Consumer Complaint: GMC financial failed to send me in writing why I still have a balance on a closed lease contract. The lease was paid in full for the 3 year term and turned by in on time! I have talked to several reps to no avail. They put incorrect information on my credit report which caused my score to drop. I never received any letters saying what the charges were for? Also 3 years later it slapped on my credit report because the debt was sold. This is so wrong and unfair.

Consumer Complaint: I went on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire about a car, I mind you on my old lease, I still had 10 moths left on my lease, I fill like they had a motive the whole time, they told me they would buy me lease out they did not and they attached it on this lease and I feel like they screwed me put me in a 4 year lease for {XXXX} and he also did fraudulence by putting I was on the job for a year and I wasnt, I was only on my job for 4 months. I could have kept the car I already had because he claimed I would not see any good rebates on my car, I feel like I did not get a good deal, he screwed me for a car sale due to the car dealership was giving this car to XXXX XXXX schools and jacked the price up on me, the dealer ship also stated they didnt have any inventory, no cars were coming in but screw a long term customer to help pay the bills, that is not the way you do things, XXXX will never get my business ever again they can not be trusted on no levels, I seen on XXXX they have a lot of complaints on their website.
