Consumer Complaint: Hello, In XXXX of 2021 I applied for a credit card loan through a used car company " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I approved the company to pull my credit report one time yet I had 4 hard inquiries pulled within the same few days by the dealership. When I complained they said that all 4 would be reported and affect my score as if only one was pulled. Now, many months later when I am looking into buying my first house, the 4 hard inquiries are still affecting my score. Please advise on how to reduce these 4 back to 1. On XX/XX/XXXX the same thing happened. Can we fix the two to equal just one in XXXX also? XXXX XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX AMERICREDIT XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX Thank you greatly, XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I logged into my closed XXXX XXXX credit card account. I checked my credit score and noticed that a fraudulent auto loan was on my XXXX credit report from GM Financial. I then contacted XXXX to report the fraudulent loan, then contacted GM Financial to report the fraudulent loan. On XX/XX/2022, I receive a letter from XXXX stating that the investigation results are " verified as accurate and updated. '' On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a dispute with XXXX regarding the results received from XX/XX/2022 letter mentioned in above paragraph. On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a letter to GM Financial 's Credit Fraud Department, requesting that they remove this loan from my name and absolve me of any responsibility for this loan.

Consumer Complaint: Over two years ago I contacted XXXX regarding my account with GM FinancialXXXXAmeriCredit that was opened in XXXX. This account had many delinquencies that began in XXXX after my brother passed with no life insurance resulting in me taking on responsibility for a funeral debt in addition to other personal issues that ensued me from fulfilling my obligation to make timely payments to GM Financial/AmeriCredit . Fast forward and almost 10 years later, this account is still on my credit report to negatively impact my credit. I paid GM Financial/AmeriCredit every cent that I owed them which included all the exorbitant late fees for their harassment in XXXX. I disputed the presence of this account still on my credit report with XXXX and GM financial about two years ago to no avail knowing that the fairness of " up to 7 years from the date of first delinquency '' would mean that the account could be removed now or at the latest in XXXX. However, I was met with resistance and fraud on the part of both XXXX and GM Financial/AmeriCredit and there was nothing I could do but continue to suffer the consequences of the negative reporting. XXXX reports " Data Unavailable '' instead of what should have been a late payment. I'm sure they know this because I brought it to their attention. And just last year XXXX was reporting 3 more late payments than they are this year ( a provable fact ). Now the late payments on my report for the months of XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX are filled with dashes ( - ) to indicate " Data Unavailable '' when last year they showed " RED 30 Days Late ''. Isn't this FRAUD? This seems to be the same thing they did for the " dashed '' or months showing " No Data '' for the years XXXX and XXXX. Isn't this FRAUD? Isn't this so that this negative reporting can stay on my credit report longer? Does XXXX get paid more for allowing creditors to do this? This is wrong and unfair. And when does the " Up To '' 7 years from the date of first delinquency get considered. Who gets the benefit of this privilege? What circumstances allow this? I pray that the Federal Government will come up with a way to ease the burden of this type of discrimination and fraud.

Consumer Complaint: GM is constantly misapplying my additional principal payments. I have to call the customer service dept every month to ask that they reapply the additional principal payment i make AFTER I've made the corresponding payments due. The last TWO loan statements indicate that GM is applying my additional principal curtailment to interest that's not yet due. This is considering I've already made the monthly payment that's due. For example. The XXXX payment is due XX/XX/XXXX i paid it in full XX/XX/XXXX and then two days later made another payment. They constantly misapply the payment to next months interest. I feel not only wasting mine and everyone else time but causing financial harm. Forcing me to pay more interest on a much higher balance. I'm tired of calling GM financial every month. They need to update their systems to ensure funds are not misallocated.
