Consumer Complaint: I called GM Financial XX/XX/2021 to set up a payment so it wouldnt be 30 days late as of XX/XX/XXXX. I talked with someone and she verified my checking account and I took that as they would process a payment. I get a call XXXX XXXX notifying me that no payment had been made. I immediately call to see what happened and they informed me I was supposed to make the payment and that they didnt process it on XX/XX/XXXX. So I went online and paid it. I tried to speak with a representative and was told someone would call me back. I called several times and was placed on hold and nobody came or calls were never returned. It was a clear miscommunication if they listen to the tapes and I had not missed a payment in over 2years and I would like that 30 day late removed for their workers part in the miscommunication. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I called GM Financial again. After i requested to speak to XXXX or a XXXX the XXXX and i got into an argument and began talking over each other. She told me when I can act like an grown woman I can call back and she hung up after i waited XXXX minutes to get to her. I am calling back and have been on hold again for XXXX minutes. She seems to feel she can take any tone or making any comments to me that she wants and then hang up. I am already being screwed over by GM Financial, there's no need to disrespect me also

Consumer Complaint: I have been using a credit repair service to validate debts and inaccuracies on my credit reports. I've had several inaccuracies with GM financial getting a response or getting items confirmed. The issue is they are reporting several late payments including late payments in 2021 which are false reporting. I've provided XXXX payment history to the firm representing me and GM has not verified, replied or removed the inaccuracies. They have also reported a repossession of my vehicle in XX/XX/2021 which is not at all true. I paid my vehicle off in XX/XX/2021 and have a copy of my title. Unfortunately they are reporting late payments especially in 2021 and can not or haven't verified with me or the firm I'm using. Now they have put a repossession on my credit. I am seeking for some accountability and fairness in this situation please.

Consumer Complaint: 1. GM FINANCIAL I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is with this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1. Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of identity theft reports 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above-listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted.
