Consumer Complaint: GM Financial has right on their website that all leases will be AUTOMATICALLY extended month to month for up to six months in one month increments, and nothing more needs to be done. We needed to extend our lease and saw that and nothing else needed to be done. GM also had our wrong email ( missing XXXX in it ), used the corporate office number to contact us about a late payment ( must have been off the credit application because we never provided it, as it is not a number my husband can be reached at, and an old address so we never received ANY notice of the late payment and assumed it was all fine since their website reads that it will automatically extend month to month. The day we realized we had a late payment ( first EVER ) we paid the double payment. We contacted GM- they told us to contact credit companies. I filed disputes with all three credit companies-all were denied. I contacted the credit companies and was told to contact GM. I contacted GM again and got nothing in response at all. Our credit score is ruined and it was not at all our fault that the website ( STILL READS TODAY ) that it will automatically extend-it doesn't state that it shuts off autopay, or that the payment changes in NY.

Consumer Complaint: Recently, I did an investigation on my report which caused severe XXXX upon me and found unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items that your agency didnt make sure it was reporting 100 % correct. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my cred it report and Under 15 U.S Code 6181e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate. The credit reporting agencies stated that these account were properly investigated and came back as verified. However, how is this true when there are several inaccuracies showing on my report. As a consumer, I request to know the steps your agency took to insure these items were 100 % accurate

The term credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or whatever credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. The purpose of this consumer credit transaction was to obtain an automobile, I was denied access to my open ended credit. As a consumer, natural person, and original creditor, I have an open ended credit plan, it is unlawful to deny me my own credit I am requesting that your department reassess my consumer credit transaction/application and approve my application as a denial is unlawful, goes against congressional law and makes your organization civilly liable for non compliance pursuant to 15 USC 1681o , 15 USC 1640,15 USC 1691e . Further more pursuant to 15 USC 1691 ( a ) - Activities constituting discrimination, do so state " It shall be unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction ''. A denial of my open ended consumer credit constitutes to discrimination. Pursuant 12 USC Powers and Duties of Banks and Credit Unions have power to borrow money, issue bonds and debentures, therefore you are unable to lend a consumer, natural person, and original anything. GM previously responded back as if I my complaint was about a inquiry ( which it should be ), it was not ; and that I had applied for a XXXX XXXX XXXX this consumer transaction. My credit application was initiated on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My main focus is that this was a fraudulent transaction. GM Financial is in violation pursuant to 15 USC 1642,15 USC 1681m and CFR 1002 because I the consumer initiated a credit transaction in good faith, but credit was not issued. Furthermore, this is violation of 1602 ( p ) because my SSN ( credit card ) was used and I received no benefit. This is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of a credit card ) on GM 's behalf.

Consumer Complaint: I want GM Financial to provide a clear title to my car and send a release to the State of Illinois to have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX removed from my title. Either obtain a release from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or provide a Certificate of Error indicating XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should not have been added to title. GM Financial, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent the lease agreement to the State of Illinois, Secretary of State so that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would be lien holders. Because of the actions of GM Financial, my car title incorrectly listing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as lien holders. Background. I leased my vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. My lease payments were arranged with GM Financial. My Lease Payments were made to GM Financial. My vehicle is a XXXX XXXX and was new at the time of the lease transaction in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was also named as being involved in the lease transaction. I am not certain, but XXXX XXXX may have provided financing as a third-party so that the lease company could purchase the Vehicle. A search of the internet revealed that XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX & GM Financial are Partners XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are still listed on my registration & title as lien holders. I obtained a pay-off from GM Financial and paid-off the lease in full over two years ago. a conventional auto loan to pay-off the lease from XXXX Bank XXXX I refinanced my loan with XXXX XXXX in order to get a lower rate. My payment summary is as follows : XX/XX/XXXX Obtained Lease from GM FINANCIAL. Lease term was 39 months & the lease was paid-off early. XX/XX/XXXX obtained a pay-off from GM Financial for remaining balance to purchase the vehicle. XX/XX/XXXX opened XXXX XXXX account & Paid-off GM Financial Lease Agreement in full . XX/XX/XXXX Opened XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX & paid-off Chase Auto XX/XX/XXXX Chase Auto reported being paid-off Since XX/XX/XXXX I have had a car loan with XXXX XXXX.
