Consumer Complaint: My car is currently in the shop and parts were ordered on XXXX by the body shop. The parts are not available and have no ETA. I'm told it can be months more before the parts are available. I called XXXX to find a solution XXXX weeks ago, however, they have no solution. Yesterday I received a call that the case was being referred to the Parts Delay Team. I asked why it was not initially referred there XXXX weeks ago when I called but they were not able to answer that question. The representative simply said, " Well I'm doing it now. '' In the meantime, I'm being charged monthly for my loan. In addition, I've had to pay for a month of a rental and now had to get a new car in anticipation of not having my XXXX back for months. It isn't right that XXXX is not helping, and I'm being charged for a car I have no use of.

We've talked to the bank & they've agreed to remove the account. BUT XXXX has some internal block which they're claiming they can use to not block the account because they feel they're above the law. When questioned why they're not accepting the Identity Theft report they claim they have an internal policy ( which is OUTSIDE FCRA laws ) & they're unwilling to explain why they won't accept the Identity Theft report ( which is a FEDERAL LAW ). Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I was approved for auto loan with AmeriCredit. Then on XX/XX/2022, I received a welcome letter in the mail from GM Financial. In the letter it didn't state GM will be servicing my auto loan nor did AmeriCredit inform me that GM will be servicing my auto loan. In the meantime, I had sent GM billing error notice asking them to provide with contract binding, validation of the debt to pay them. I received in the mail account summary, TILA dealer contract, my credit application, and notary documentation that AmeriCredit and GM are one company. They never provided me with right to rescind disclosures. Those are not what I'm asking for and I'm so confuse because one company is in Maryland and the other is in Texas but the notarize shows both address state in the state of Maryland. As a consumer every document is supposed to be clear for the consumer to understand. I have spoken with dealership regarding my contract as to who was my original creditor and the finance manager stated Americredit not GM. I told him I wanted to make sure. I extended my credit to Americredit. I do not want to hear this is like a mortgage loan. A mortgage servicer informs their consumers on this date we will start servicing your loan all payments go here. I recently sent GM a Cease-and-Desist letter to them because they have violated FDCPA and as a federally protected consumer I have the right for GM to provide with the correct information I'm requesting. This company needs to be investigated for their deceptive misleading practices.
