Consumer Complaint: I am not knowledgeable of any of these inquires and never authorized these companies to pull my credit. On XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX and XXXX in on XX/XX/2022 XXXX directly in received no help. Each company suggested I dispute directly with the companies, or file a complaint with FTC, and or file a police report. I have reached out to these companies by phone and neither one could provide me any information on where the information came from. Consumer Complaint: After careful review of this account, I noticed multiple instances, where 99 % of the information reported by the credit bureasu are not accurate and they insist on confirming and validating the creditors inaccuracies. The high balance is being reported inaccurately with 3 different amounts. Only one credit bureaus ( XXXX ) is reporting that it has actually verified the account. Date of Last activity, date reported, date opened, balance owed, creditor type, account status, payment status, are all reporting different information. None of the agencies match on any of the data they are reporting against this account. On XXXXXXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2022, I submitted a dispute via the online portal with all 3 Major Credit bureaus regarding GM Financial. Each result came back " verified as accurate '' by both the Creditor and the Credit Bureaus.

Under 15USC 1681 section 602 states that I have the right to privacy. 15USC 1681 section 604A section 2 also states the consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15USC 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: In light of recent investigation upon XXXX, I find that my consumer file is being irresponsibly tampered with. Over the past few months I have made several attempts to remind XXXX of their duty pursuant to 15 USC 1681. It appears that they have intentionally and willfully been neglecting remedying my affairs. 15 USC 1681e ( b ) states that I am due, promised accuracy in my report based on federal law. I did not apply, nor ask for credit, nor did I give permission to this company to run my credit, place a hard inquiry on my credit file, or furnish any inaccurate information.

Consumer Complaint: GM Financial reported a late payment for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX was a tough year. Covid was spreading and I was sick at the time back to back they said they couldn't offer me any assistance due to me using all 4 payment extensions. I made the account 30 days late but then I was told by a representative that they were offering assistance and that they wouldn't report people late during covid as long as the account was not 60 days past due. I tried my very best as a single mother trying to survive during tough times and made the payment 1 day late which pushed me to 30 days being reported late. This is not fair. I even saw on the GM website they were helping customers during covid but they refused to help me. XX/XX/XXXX was tough for me I was on XXXX XXXX and wasn't receiving my payments on time from state XXXX but I tried my very best to make sure I made my payments on time to avoid any future mistakes. My payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. I made my payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Someone how my bank rejected the payment and I was not aware until the following 2 business days that the payment didn't go through so immediately made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX with ACI payments which is instantly instead of doing ACH for the amount of {$520.00} plus the {$5.00} fee so the payment would immediately be taken out to avoid any delays. I called the next day to speak to a representative and explained what happen and they said there was nothing they could do and that I could try disputing with the credit bureaus. I tried several times with no success. These late payments are drastically affecting and as long time GM customer the company would not help me.
