Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX upon signing for the vehicle I know that Americredit was the listed XXXX holder. Shortly thereafter I started to receive statements from Gm financial. My payment were a total of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is listed on my Credit as an inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX. Americredit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Gm financial I had financial hardship at the time where I made a paymenT arrangement with this company however, I was still waiting for my check as well as it would take a XXXX XXXX XXXX to processing to my bank account. XXXX thing is for-sure is why would this company contact me at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating to contact them immediately only to repossess the vehicle early in the morning the was at XXXX XXXX standard time XXXX I didnt see the email until the XXXX XXXX. I guess they work late on those XXXX because often times They were closed after a certain time. XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email at XXXX from GM financial telling me to contact them as soon as possible. I never saw the email until the XXXX XXXX when I walked outside and noticed the car was missing. So I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that really didnt result to anything. Contacted Gm financial and gave me the instructions to get my vehicle which included going to the police stating and paying a fine and also having to go to XXXX XXXX to pick up my vehicle. However I noticed that the paperwork that I received in the mail stated the vehicle was located in XXXXXXXX XXXX

Most importantly the section XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Was XXXX XXXX Recorders office : XXXX XXXX XXXX When I purchased this vehicle from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, I was living in XXXX XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX holder on XX/XX/XXXX was Americredit XXXX XXXX. Not sure when GM Financial purchased the loan from Americredit because I was notified that there was an exchange of XXXX. Americredit never notified me nor did GM financial. My payments were XXXX starting XX/XX/XXXX. Americredit is not on my XXXX Credit report from XX/XX/XXXX. However there is a Inquiry from Americredit on that credit report dated is XX/XX/XXXX Americredit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX XXXX XXXX GM financial XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX XXXX. Car was repossessed XX/XX/XXXX. Filed police report with the city. However they never replied. contacted company each time they gave me a different pick up location. XXXX or XXXX. GM financial is not licensed in the state of California.

Consumer Complaint: I sent documents to Dealer for XXXX XXXX refund. GM Financial has yet to receive Check from Gap insurance. The longer they wait the less the refund will be. I believe this being done intentionally, because when I bought the car a headrest was missing, and I was told it would be replaced in writing, which I signed. When I got home that was the only document missing. I called them and was told to come back multiple times, no headrest on promising, they would replace, or purchase another one. Never happened. Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I would like to file a complaint on XXXX because I have been disputing two accounts XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX results always come back Updated and XXXX has supplied me with many results over the course of my 1st initial dispute and my recent results. In every results XXXX generates for me there is NO NOTICE OF DISPUTE in the COMMENT CURRENT section in regards to each account. XXXX XXXX has a current comment Account paid in full for less than full balance XXXX XXXX has a current comment Account closed at credit grantors request To my understanding in the FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) before the expiration of the 5 business day period beginning on the date on which a consumer reproing agency receives notice of a dispute from any consumer, the agency SHALL provide notification of the dispute to any person who provided any item of information in dispute, at the address and in the manner established with the person. The notice SHALL include all relevant information regarding the dispute that the agency has received from the consumer. Since XXXX has generated me with results over the course of my first initial dispute regarding both of these accounts. XXXX is claiming under oath that XXXX has sent notice of my dispute to these creditors including all relevant information. According to 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 3 ) these creditors have a duty to provide a notice of dispute. If the completeness or accuracy of any information furnished by any person to any consumer reporting agency is disputed to such person by a consumer, the person may not furnish the information to any consumer reporting agency without notice that such information is dispute by the consumer. Both of these accounts DO NOT have a notice of dispute nor have ever had a notice of dispute proving that a investigation has been conducted properly by XXXX or these creditors. My last indirect dispute sent to XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX was based on the fact that there was no notice of disputes in the comments sections of my reportXXXX has generated me with results on XX/XX/XXXX and AGAIN these accounts come back updated with NO NOTICE OF DISPUTES in the comment current section. If you look at the BEFORE and AFTER results on BOTH of these accounts you will see that there has NOT BEEN ANY UPDATES nor has there been any indication that theses creditors have even reported any new information because the Balance Updated shows INCOMPLETE information. If these creditors updated information with XXXX then the dates these creditors updated the information should reflect on the Balance Updated field. I DO NOT believe XXXX is following proper procedures under FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and I think XXXX is just generating me results thinking I am going to give up on disputing which I am not because it is my right to dispute anything on my consumer file that I believe to be inaccurate. The way both of these accounts are reporting is INACCURATELY and INCOMPLETE and I also DO NOT believe that XXXX is following reasonable compliance procedures to assure all reported fields are to the maximum possible accuracy before preparing me a new report 1681e ( b ). XXXX FINANCIAL ERRORS and INCOMPLETE information on XX/XX/XXXX results -Balance Updated INCOMPLETE -Balance INCOMPLETE -On Record Until XX/XX/XXXX INACCURATE according to the Payment History the date of deliquency was on XX/XX/XXXX -I dont even know if the payment history is fully accurate either. -Comment Current INACCURATE and INCOMPLETE ( no notice of dispute ) XXXX XXXX ERRORS and INCOMPLETE information on XX/XX/XXXX results -Balance INCOMPLETE -Balance Updated INCOMPLETE -I dont know if the payment history is fully accurate either. -INCOMPLETE On Record UNTIL ( required information to report 1681c ( c ) ( 1 ) ) -Original Balance does not apply to this revolving account ( INCOMPLETE CREDIT LIMIT FIELD ) -Comment Current is INCOMPLETE and INACCURATE ( no notice of dispute ) Bottom line I do not understand how XXXX can generate me with many results since my first initial dispute XX/XX/XXXX but these accounts do NOT have a notice of dispute proving there investigations were all legal and proper. These accounts still reflect inaccurate and incomplete information therefore under 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) XXXX was required to delete these items a long time ago if they simply could not modify the errors.
