Consumer Complaint: I had a XXXX XXXX that was recalled because of an EPA lawsuit. When we turned int the vehicle we were told by XXXX not to make anymore payments and that they would make the payment before the due date since they were paying off the loan. We got notice 30 days later that there was a 30 day late payment put on our credit reports. I 've tried to have it removed with the company and the credit reports but no one has removed it. XXXX refuses to fix their mistake.

Consumer Complaint: I deferred 6 payments on my car loan, and the payments that were deferred were added to the end of my original term due to mature aroundXX/XX/XXXX I am currently making my payments on those deferred payments and the new maturity date is set for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. They are telling me i will have a balloon payment of around $ 2k still owing to interest at the end of my loan but i am paying the interest from those payments right now. There should be no balloon payment at the maturity date because they can not charge additional interest on the interest i am currently paying. When the payments are deferred the P & I payment is deferred for that time period and they are telling me that after they placed those payments at the end of my loan, they still charged me additional interest until my next payment was made which means they are charging me interest twice for the same time period

Consumer Complaint: I have been sick since the beginning of the year where I was hospitalized in XXXX for 2 weeks I started to get better but due to the lack of income I had to defer two payment back in may I have exhausted all savings and so has my family I continued to make my payments in XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX as I went back to work however in XX/XX/XXXX my doc advised that my XXXX was dropping again due to the XXXX attacking my XXXX XXXX it is throwing my body out of whack well my doc said I need XXXX again or I could XXXX so I have been doing them since XX/XX/XXXX they cost me over 300 each round because I chose the high deductible medical plan I called gm and asked for another deferral because I do n't want to loose my car I need it to get to work and doc appointments I have been waiting on a response for two weeks when the last corp rep advised me not to worry to get a sup involved and they will help me due to my hardship. next year I will be ok because I will have better insurance that will cover my medicines and my XXXX it will cost me more per pay period XXXX dollars per paid period that is why I am asking for assistance because I forsee the problem I am out of money I cant even afford to give my kids a XXXX I did n't ask to get sick but now that I am I have to deal with it the best I can.
