Consumer Complaint: My Lease was for 39 months, XXXX miles for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. It started on XXXX XXXX. I turned it in in order to purchase a new XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. It was at XXXX miles and normal wear and tear. Despite this I was informed I had to pay for the wear and tear, approximately {$700.00}. I was able to talk it down to approx {$300.00}. However, it was a compromise and I should not have had to pay anything per my contract.

Consumer Complaint: I had fraudulent activity that took place on my XXXX XXXX checking account. There was an error with the payment that should have been debited on my account onXX/XX/2020, instead GM Financial processed onXX/XX/2020. I contacted GM Financial and informed them there was fraud on my checking account and that transaction needed to be reversed as my account was under investigation. I was informed that there was nothing they could do. Because the bank account option was removed from my online payment methods of choice, I was unable to set up an automatic payment forXX/XX/2020/ This has caused a late payment to affect my credit report. XXXX XXXX provided documentation stating this was not my fault and that GM Financial should remove the late payment. After reaching out to GM Financial, I was informed that the 1 late payment history could not be removed.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried contacting GM Financial regarding an old account I had with them for a leased vehicle. I returned the car on time and they say I owe money on over milage but they never gave me a form or contract to sign stating this. I have called and tried to request this form or contract and they say they dotn have one to give me. They also refuse to close the account on my credit report which marks me late or no payment if I dont pay them over {$400.00} a month. They do not send me monthly statements and never call or email me for payment. If I owe them money for over mileage, I need a form or contract stating this and agreeing to the terms of the payment. I have asked to speak with a manager several times, and they transfer me and I stay on hold for over an hour and still no manager comes to the phone or picks up the call.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX of 2018 GM Financial reported an outstanding balance remaining on the leased vehicle of {$190.00}. This was not noticed until i pulled my credit and they were reporting this balance because they had an invalid address in their system to send the proof of the debt to. I have paid off the balance and provided them with my correct address. I have the proof showing they were sending the statements to the invalid address that does not exist. I have contacted them several times to delete this off my credit since it has been paid off and they refuse even though i have proof showing they were sending the statements to an address that is invalid. I need this deleted off my credit report as soon as possible or i will have to seek legal action against them for their mistake.

Consumer Complaint: I was looking through my report and noticed a vehicle that I returned to the dealership where it's reporting completely incorrect. I had the opportunity to talk to several lawmakers and friends, and learned some basic laws in regards to voluntary or repossession of a vehicle. Under the laws of MASS and UCC 9.506 as well as State RISA and MVISA statutes, a deficiency can not be claimed unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to. PLEASE HAVE THEM IMMEDIATELY REMOVE
