I have been in contact with the credit bureaus and GM Financial to correct this error, but the account continues to remain on my credit report.

GM FINANCIAL is still posting the account as an {$820.00} Charge-Off balance, even though it was successfully settled XX/XX/2021. The account should be deleted permanently, but they are in violation of their subscriber agreement with all three credit bureaus respectively. I have tried calling and talking with them, but all they say is that they have reported it as current. I ask to speak with a manager and they never let me talk with one, all they keep saying is that it has been marked current and I'm still flagged as 30 days late. Consumer Complaint: Twice in XX/XX/2021 ( on XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX reported my auto loan with GM Financial as being closed. This caused my credit score to drop not once, but TWICE this month. They now corrected the issue, but failed to correct my credit points that dropped as a result of their incorrect reporting. I contacted GM Financial on two occasions and they stated that my auto loan has been reported as open with all 3 credit bureaus monthly and this mistake was not on their end, but on XXXX end. When I called XXXX to get this matter resolved, the rep said " Im so sorry for your trouble. Let me get you the necessary information to remove a hard inquiry ''. I said " Sir, this isn't a hard inquiry. As I stated, this is an open report that is being inaccurately reported as closed! ". I need XXXX to correct their mistake and adjust my credit points that was taken away from me due to their error! This is very unfair as I am working extremely hard on keeping my credit score above XXXX. My score is now a XXXX! I'm attaching each days of the discrepancy to show how they removed and added on two occasions causing my score to drop on multiple occasions.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, My fianc leased a brand new XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX located in XXXX Florida. On XX/XX/XXXX we turned in our XXXX XXXX XXXX completely paid off and proceeded to lease a brand new XXXX XXXX XXXX. Our original loan was through GM financial. We received late payment calls and emails from GM financial after XX/XX/XXXX. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX we receive 11 recorded calls from GM financial where we explain the situation over and over again. We stayed that we had turned in XXXX XXXX XXXX with a paid off lease and the dealership XXXX provided us paperwork that they would be purchasing the car from GM financial. On XX/XX/XXXX GM financial reported a late payment to the credit bureaus and this caused my credit to drop from over XXXX to the low XXXX. We did everything in our power and what was expected of us to turn in this car and get a brand new car and we specifically said to GM financial we did not want this to affect our credit The car was no longer in our possession and we paid off and completed the lease terms so it was not our responsibility. Every representative i had spoke to from GM financial told me that they would call XXXX and get to the bottom of it. We called XXXX XXXX many times to have this issue resolved and every call became less respective and difficult to work with their employees. Me and my fianc feel like XXXX tried to steal the XXXX XXXX and hoped that no one would notice. We need to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: Gm financial once again reported to credit bureau about my account even though they have sold my account to a collection again This an attempt to destroy me by a XXXX manger in XXXX North Carolina because we got in to an argument. We had made arrangements about the payments on the vehicle. The next day he repossessed the vehicle. Then he promised me that I wouldnt have to worry about it being on my report. He said if it did appear he would remove it. I said wait a minute you telling me if this appears on my credit report you will remove it.I asked him that because I dont trust no one I mean no one not even my mother. He said yes thats a easy fix. Well that easy fix has cause me nightmares. It has cause me nearly one hundred points since XXXX. I will be contacted my uncle who is U. S. Senator to let him know that how I am being treated and what this credit bureau is doing to me. No wonder theyre talking about abolishing the three credit unions. Because if they let whats happening to be everybody in this world that is a shame. Well not everybody just XXXX and XXXX. I also will contacted the U.S.Congress OF These United States of America to let them know about the injustice people of XXXX are experiencing with these three Credit Bureau. It is a shame I fought for my country. Im a 100 % XXXX Veteran and I have to experience this type of horrible treatment from the credit bureau. This is the year 2021.
