I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND BEING IGNORED OF MY DISPUTES. I DEMAND THESE ACCOUNTS BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL FILE FOR LITIGATION DUE TO THE XXXX YOU HAVE CAUSED ME. Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX, natural person, original creditor, cardholder, and federally protected consumer, initiated a consumer credit transaction as the creditor, with GM Financial using my open end consumer credit plan. My social security card is the credit card that initiated the transaction. The transaction included a finance charge and pursuant to 15 USC 1605, " the finance charge SHALL be determined as the SUM of ALL charges ''. GM Financial has violated my federally protected consumer rights by furnishing a deceptive form, creating the belief in I the consumer that an alleged debt was owed to them by me, when in fact I was not willing, and I was harassed by mail to pay to avoid an illegal repossession of my personal property granted from my credit, for the second time. GM Financial has violated me, and countless other laws under the Truth In Lending Act, and i have filed multiple reports with proof with the CFPB, FTC, and i have sent them multiple Affidavits of Truth sworn before the most high of creation, under the penalty of perjury, and notarized by federal witnesses to protect my rights and receive appropriate remedy as prescribed by law.

Consumer Complaint: I have uploaded a deceptive form from GM FINANCIAL showing how they are in violation of 15 USC 1692j ( a ). Pursuant to 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) GM FINANCIAL is also in violation by using criminal means to harm my reputation which is my credit reports. They have threatened to negatively affect my credit and add additional fees and have stated it is allowed by federal and state law, what i don't understand is how they came to this conclusion? when I have proof this was a consumer credit transaction and a finance charge was involved. GM FINANCIAL is also in violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) they have used obscene and profane language by calling me a SCAMMER in the letter submitted. I just want to make it clear that this is not a scheme or scam, NO this is very serious and my paper work I have sent in is very real. I will follow with a lawsuit next if I don't hear back. Remember not only are you civilly liable but CRIMINALLY liable as well. The CFPB has all the documents i have sent already form my last complaint and those are not fraudulent and they will hold up in federal court. See the attached document for proof of all that i have spoken today thank you.

Consumer Complaint: GM Financial is reporting erroneous lates on my credit file. They are reporting lates for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and lates all through out XXXX. During this time i was affected by COVID an was un able to make full payments. I called and try to make partials payments but the representative refused to take my payments. I was trying to get back on track and give GM the little bit i had but again they refused to work with me. I am very disappointed that even during a hard time and while we were all in a global pandemic they weren't willing to help. I would like these lates to be removed from my credit file. I was not late, i tried to make my payments but they refused to work with me!

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020 with the COVID outbreak I spoke to a GM representative who supplied me with the belief that I would be placed in a forbearance program where I would not need to make payments for a certain amount of time. Immediately following that discussion I paused making full payments due to my businesses being closed, government orders in place and an inability to make payments. The very next month I was assessed a late fee for not making the XXXX payment. This continued on even after payments began to be made again. I've called and spoken to several people at GM Financial and they will not provide a full accounting of all late fees charged. I have asked on 3 separate occasions to have my account history sent to me and I've never received. I have an online account that does not show a full history of invoices, due dates, payments or late fees. They essentially have charged fees on top of fees and continued to assess. I believe because this is a zero percent interest loan and fees are the only way to make profit off of this loan GM Financial took advantage of the pandemics economic impact and unlike most other reasonable and ethical businesses continued to charge late fees knowing that a customer had reached out and that my business was closed.
