Consumer Complaint: I was informed by an American Express customer service agent that they report to the credit bureau every 60 days and not every 30 days. I was financially impacted by Covid 19 and was unable to work for several months. My accounts with AMEX were under the Pandemic Protection Plan which has now expired. I asked if my account would be reported as 30 delinquent if payment wasnt made by the due date. I was informed that I would not because AMEX report every 60 days and my score wouldnt be impacted. I received a credit alert from XXXX saying that AMEX reported XXXX as 30 delinquent.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for the American Express Hilton Honors credit card on the public welcome offer of getting {$100.00} credit plus XXXX bonus points after spending {$1000.00}. Two weeks after the approval, I did not receive the card. I called American Express for a replacement card. The Representative refused to send a replacement card. He assured me that the original card was on the way. Another two weeks had passed, and I still did not receive the card. I called American Express again, and this time the Representative agreed to send a new card and stated that I had 90 days from receiving the new card to fulfill the requirements to get the bonus. One whole month was wasted. I fulfilled the requirements by spending over {$2000.00} ( only spending {$1000.00} is required ) within the time frame, but did not receive the bonus points. I called American Express on XX/XX/2021, a female Representative assured me that the XXXX points will be issued within 8 weeks. She stated that XX/XX/2021 was the last day to receive the bonus points. I patiently waited another 8 weeks, and no bonus points showed up.

Consumer Complaint: American Express ( or their representatives ) have repeatedly called my phone number via an auto-dialer attempting to collect a debt from an individual, XXXX XXXX. I am not XXXX XXXX and have shared this information on multiple occasions. They tell me that my phone number was given as a number for " XXXX XXXX '', even though I've owned this phone number for some time. Each of the 10 times this company has called, I have told them this number is not XXXX 's. They have told me they will continue to call to attempt to collect " XXXX 's '' debt. When I told them that what they were doing was " illegal '', they continuously denied that what they were doing was illegal and that they could take any action necessary to collect the debt. At this point, this is harrassment. I'd like American Express to abide by fair debt collection practices. The vendor uses local number - XXXX.

Well mind u I am still fighting to get all of my funds with several different deposit into my account and yet I have still got a XXXX balance mind u I have or only should of had one card and one account.
