Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. On XX/XX/XXXX my Wells Fargo Bank called me, and stated that my bank account had been used by an unauthorized malicious hacker from XXXX. On that same day I had received voicemail calls from XXXX. My XXXX XXXX was stolen and another malicious hacker from the USA began steeling from my checking and credit card accounts from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. They stole XXXX XXXX dollars from me! I had the same banking checking account since XXXX. I have never had this problem until the first week of XXXX of XXXX. Wells Fargo has denied my claims. This is why I am reporting with your company, so I can receive help!

Consumer Complaint: They said it was their policy to charge for non-WF ATM access to my account. I told them I disagreed with the propriety of this as it amount to a penalty for using another provider service as I had already paid a network fee. I said Do Not dispute the Non-WF provider 's right to make a charge for use of their network and ATM services. I felt that their policy was to discourage my obtainingservices from a competitor - especially as I already pay for their services in a monthly service charge on the account ( or if waived by minimum balance then they are using my money AND charging me an additional service fee for the Non-WF access. Further I sated I only use non-WF services when there are no WF ATM 's handy to my point of service. The is a machine nearby but it is 1 ) frequently out of cash or 2 ) is is ( also frequently ) out-of service for other non-explained reasons. They refunded the last 3 {$2.00} NWF service changes for " customer relations '' but I told them that this would not deter me from filing a complaint with the appropriate gov agency for an unfair ( and probably illegal charge under anti-trust or anti-. competitive practices Summary of occurances : 1. However I have not noticed WF is charging for the same service which I already payfor in my service expectations for WF. I am told this has been their policy for some time- my bad! However this would also qualify as " small print deception '' and rather despicable business practice ( in my opinion ). Looking back I find multiple charges as far as I can easily go. They have made significant income off me and obviously others and this windfall needs to be stopped. Crying 'caviat emptor ' does not let business off the hook for knowingly deceiving and taking unfair advantage of us all. DAY

And now my home is up at the state auction sale on XX/XX/XXXX My problem with this company is on going until, as they stated, pay the full balance so you can keep your home!! Wells Fargo denies a loan modification Wells Fargo refuses to accept a reinstatement Wells Fargo pursues a foreclosure or sheriff sale They sold my loan to another company about XXXX, and they maximize my credit and charge arcrueing interest that i was not aware of. I can not recall any type of mail from them until when XXXX wells fargo has been fighting to sell my home. I received a knock on door sheriff give me paper my home is on auction.. I was never aware I had something against my XXXX deed. I dont remember having a representative told me during the start that my loan that this was attached /against my home. The loan says XXXX XXXX credit card, XXXX as XXXX is my second language visa is credit card. I also try to remember it was {$5000.00} credit, not {$35000.00}. They try to confuse me!. I come from XXXX in XXXX, not understanding XXXX well. I know well alot of people got scammed by them I read bad story wells fargo take peoples home. Thats why this company got sued, and now i am one of the victims. Now im stuck., they charge me alot of interest I dont know how. There are probably lot of fees I dont know about. If I knew about this debt before XXXX or when i refinanced I would have argue about the debt, BUT THIS DEBT WAS NEVER AND IS NOT IN MY CREDIT REPORT!. How do one company not report a large amount of debt to the credit company? I have a mortgage from XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are my main mortgage. I have never had any problem with them since XXXX when I refinance my loan. I PAY MY MORTGAGE ON TIME. I have never seen wells fargo in my credit report So i was not able to dispute this thru credit bureau. So CFPB i need help, and I to everyone that is going thru this stressful situations with WELLS FARGO, WE ARE NOT ALONE.!!

It was for merchandise and I never recieved it. XXXX XXXX told me once the customer I sent the money to accepts the money. I can no longer get my money back through XXXX XXXX. Unless that person sends me money back. I asked them for money back. And they just kept at XXXX and declining it. And so I contacted cash app and they told me to contact my bank. XXXX contacted Wells Fargo. Put in a claim on XX/XX/XXXX I waited XXXX business days and today. They told me that I was denied because it was a money transfer and not a debit or credit card purchase. And that is why I was being denied. Because for XXXX XXXX, your bank account is what's linked to send money, not your card.

Upon checking my online banking app I discovered that {$5000.00} were missing from my Savings Account. Immediately after discovering this I contacted Wells Fargo through their customer service number. Followed all the steps instructed which included closing both my Checking and Savings Accounts as well as open new ones and transfer the remaining funds to them. A Claim Inquiry was made that same day here 's the claim reference number XXXX I was contacted after the investigation was done and was told that the money that was withdrawn totalled to 3 different transactions. I was credited with the sum of {$2000.00} for one of the transactions but was told that a new claim case was made to further investigate for the other transactions. Here 's the 2nd Claim Inquiry XXXX upon getting an email from one of the Associates at Wells Fargo I was instructed that they needed to have a word with me, I got this email on Friday XXXX the XXXX of 2023 at XXXX XXXX. Minutes has just passed after I received the email when I reached out to them trying to get some closure on my inquiry but have since failed to do so and tried since then to get a hold of XXXX XXXX. XXXX but had had no luck doing so I left multiple voicemails but haven't heard anything back yet.i took it upon myself yesterday and called the Claim Inquiry Department that specializes in this cases and was told that the case had been closed since they couldn't gather enough evidence to support my claim. I really hope you are able to assist me with the matter in hand as that is hard earned money that I wish to get back.
