Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo Visa has told me for the past five months not to make any payments until the issue is resolved and not to worry about interest or fees, and now they tell me its been resolved but the balance plus fees and interest and negative marks on my credit report say otherwise. Its showing the full balance, late fees and interest on my card along with derogatory marks to my credit and all they can say is we dont know why its not showing XXXX balance and no one is doing anything about it. I have given them everything they asked for and have not gotten anywhere. Please help as its affecting my health.

Consumer Complaint: Both Wells Fargo credit cards were hacked and used by someone other than me and without my knowledge or permission. I have stated the cards were in my posession at the time this occurred and the claims letter said that since I had them they were all authorized charges. This is a problem that Wells Fargo is well known about. They deny all claims and attempt to place the consumer at fault. I did NOT use my cards nor authorize ANYONE to use and or make ANY transactions with them. I want this resolved in a timely manner short of having to get the courts and news agencys involved. Wells Fargo even stated the charges were not normal for me. Then why did they allow them to go through?

Payments bank account which I use to pay all other cards and bills was not able to make the payment ( due to a mistake on their end which they have admitted ). Nonetheless, I used another account to pay my balance in full. When I reached out to Wells Fargo, the rep admitted that it was a mistake on their end and mentioned that the problem would be escalated. I then received a letter that confirmed that payments were returned with no fault of my own however that my account would be closed.

They did not have any paperwork to give me, but the gentleman who was repossessing my car told me he would call the police. He then proceeded to tell me that no appointments are available soon, but he can put me on a waiting list and get me to meet a banker faster than making an appointment. I found it ODD because I have been with Wells Fargo for more than 35 years and I have renewed my ATM cards before at the teller window. Usually, they want you to sit with a banker to try to convince you to open more accounts that you do not need and to make investments that profit the bankers. I want from Wells Fargo answers to my questions, to verify if Wells Fargo is turning to a circus or is it still a financial institution 1- WHY THE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH TOLD ME THAT I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SIT WITH A BANKER JUST TO RENEW MY ATM CARD? This XXXX. did not provide a solution to my issue in the answer, for that I am re-filing my case. -- -- This complaint is number XXXX about the same issue without a solution. Even after 3 years of complaints and more than 100 phone calls and more than 124 written complaints complaining about this same issue The responses I am receiving from the contractor of Wells Fargo who are labeled XXXX are vague and till now even after 3 years Wells Fargo did NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION Wells Fargo is still VIOLATING MY PRIVACY RIGHTS AND MY CIVIL RIGHTS by sending their mail to my resident and not to my mailing address as indicated on my account preference, and by calling me by phone when I requested Wells Fargo Not to call and to have all communications in writing via mail or email Last call I received from Wells Fargo was on Friday XXXX. The caller was by the name of XXXX who left voice messages on all my phone numbers, resident and work and cell. asking me to return her call as soon as possible. Last letter to my resident was XXXX XXXX, 2023 Wells Fargo is still denying me the right to speak to a REAL Wells Fargo manager about this issue, in the past 3 years their excuse was they do not have a manager and they do not have a way to connect me to a manager because those XXXX are 4th party independent subcontractors working for 3rd party contractor ( executive Complaint Management ) and they are working from their homes without any supervision and not under the management of Wells Fargo, And now a new excuse which is on XX/XX/2023 a manager tried to contact me over the phone and I was informed that the customer can get one shot in life to speak to a Wells Fargo manager The XXXX XXXXXXXX informed me that Wells Fargo is aware that I do not accept phone calls, for this reason a REAL manager of Wells Fargo could not contact me. Well then how come all those XXXX are calling me and leaving messages on my my voice mail at my resident and business!! YOU SHOULD BE HONEST AND CLEAR AND DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES THAT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF THE OPPOSITE. The XXXX XXXX informed me that they can not tell me what is the solution for my issue because of the privacy rights of Wells Fargo! - What about my privacy rights and my civil rights that WELLS FARGO has been violating for 3 years. WHY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNTS HAVE A SECTION FOR PROVIDING A MAILING ADDRESS? I HAVE BEEN WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 37 YEARS AND AT ALL TIME MY MAILING ADDRESS WAS THE PROBLEM STARTED LAST 3 YEARS. I WANT A SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE. Again no phone calls are accepted all communications Must be by mail or email, because from my experience, the Wells Fargo employees do not tell the truth.
