Consumer Complaint: I have attached three documents of which are all of the correspondence requests that I sent via e-mail to Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ), using the e-mail address on their statement. The same was also sent directly to XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX. Every attempt went ignored. I will make this as short as possible as all of my questions and requests are in the three correspondence documents enclosed. First I have no idea who Transworld System Inc. is or why they are involved to begin with as I had an agreement with XXXX/XXXX XXXX to settle my account for {$3000.00}. For the past two years or more I have just assumed I was paying this agreed to amount directly from my bank account. I just so happened to open a letter from TSI that was sent to my parents address, a address that I have not even lived at for 6-7 years. I have several issues and questions regarding TSI : 1. Is TSI a part of the government therefore allowed to be garnishing {$300.00} each month from my Social Security Disability ( SSDI )? 2. This debt had not been paid on since at least XX/XX/XXXX which was the result of many XXXX/injuries sustained from my XXXX to XXXX about a year prior. Does this not fall into the law here in Oklahoma regarding the Statute of Limitations in regards to debt/collections which ranged from 3-5 years from the date last delinquent of which I was well past this timeframe when someone started garnishing {$300.00} per month from my SSDI benefits which should be protected to begin with even if this debt was within the Statute of Limitations of which it is not. 3. My credit limit was {$6000.00} and on this letter that was sent to a residence that I havent lived in almost a decade shows I owe over {$9000.00} and the majority of what is being garnished from my federally protected pay is almost entirely going to interest like a big scam, taking advantage of a XXXX veteran and in turn this would take me another 10 years of paying {$300.00} per month on before ever paying this off. 4. I want to know how much I have been garnished the past two years or more now. {$300.00} per month for two years would come to {$7200.00} which is {$1200.00} more than my {$6000.00} limit and {$4200.00} more than the {$3000.00} we settled on. The statement conveniently does not reflect any of this. 5. What address was I allegedly sent any notifications or my rights to appeal? I have lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, OK XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and I havent received anything there. 6. Why has all of my correspondence and requests for information been ignored? I believe I have the right to ask these questions and be provided the requested information according to law. In closing if this debt that is being collected on is past the Oklahoma Statute of Limitations, I am requesting that I be paid back in full the {$300.00} per month that has been directly taken from my SSDI benefits for the past two years or more and still occurring monthly. I went delinquent in at least XX/XX/XXXX and started getting my SSDI garnished in XX/XX/XXXX which is 6 years, therefore, by Oklahoma law can not be legally collected on but that was ignored as well as garnishing my SSDI benefits which is supposed to be protected from such but that to was ignored. I have been barely minimally surviving living off of XXXX as the direct result of my time in XXXX and when I opened the letter it was like someone spit in my face and that my account somehow being {$3000.00} over my credit line after I have already had at least {$7200.00} garnished thus far and would take approximately another 10 years to pay off given the ridiculous interest rates being charged and then there is no way to question any of this as you just ignore it and you wonder why 22 veterans a day are committing suicide. This is one of those reasons, because we are sent off to war and come back to this, being taken advantage of to where I am living off of pay day loans just to survive and you are taking that much in interest each month. This is something I would see on XXXX XXXX XXXX with all the stories on ponzy schemes, con jobs and all sorts of bypassing laws to completely XXXX me over. I made my settlement with XXXX/XXXX XXXX and have never heard of TSI of which I believe is not a government agency and not allowed to have been garnishing my federally protected pay on a collections account that is over the Oklahoma Statute of Limitations and should be deemed closed, null/void, but I guess its easy to take advantage of someone with so many health problems that they are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and when you send any correspondence to an address of which I havent lived in near a decade and then you ignore all correspondence and laws then it makes it pretty hard for a guy like me to be able to do anything about it. To me it is unethical and I not only request every single bit of correspondence regarding this debt immediately because I dispute everything you have been doing thus far and I am requesting that immediately I receive all pay illegally taken from me for the past two years or more and still continuing.

Consumer Complaint: I unfortunately had to take out two separate private student loans while I was in XXXX school, upon completion I then did a consolidation loan. The loan has since been transferred numerous times, the current servicer is University Accounting Service. The loan was under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but between my XXXX and XXXX payments it was transferred to GS2 Grantor Trust 2019-A, still with UAS managing it. My loan has a due date of the XXXX and has been on automatic draft since the beginning. In the last month and a half I feel this company has handled my account in an illegal and fraudulent manner. XXXX XXXX authorized monthly payment posted on my bank account XXXX XXXX UNAUTHORIZED payment posted on my bank account -Called to question the second draft, I was told the 2nd draft would be used for my XXXX payment. XXXX XXXX statement principal balance of {$18000.00} XXXX XXXX Late Fee posted on my account ( how when my bank account was drafted not once but twice!?!?!? ) XXXX XXXX monthly payment posted on my bank account -Called the same day and requested the XXXX XXXX payment to be applied to my principal balance since they failed to do what had been previously stated XXXX XXXX called to check on status of request, no response from accounting department and nothing in their records showing a double draft occurred in XXXX. Sent an email showing proof from my bank records. XXXX XXXX statement principal balance of {$18000.00} XXXX XXXX called and still no response from accounting department so I called my bank to report the unauthorized draft and by the end of the day my bank had posted a credit to my bank account and placed a stop payment on UAS -XXXX XXXX signed onto UAS see both the XXXX and GS2 accounts listed which was reflecting an original loan double the actual amount, balances on both, past due balances, incorrect total balance and amount due, and an increase on my GS2 principal balance to {$18000.00} -XXXX XXXX signed onto UAS all figures had changed, another late fee had been posted, a returned check fee had been posted, and the GS2 principal balance had increased again to {$18000.00}. XXXX XXXX signed onto UAS figures had again changed and both accounts are still being shown XXXX XXXX called, they stated my XXXX payment was returned, attempted to correct them in that it was the XXXX XXXX payment that was returned, but still no acknowledgement of two XXXX payments XXXX XXXX called, I was again told that my XXXX payment had been returned but the second XXXX payment ( first time it had been acknowledged ) had been applied to my principal balance. I then had to explain how that was absolutely not true. After a long hold the representative came back and said " unfortunately you are correct '', and stated he had sent a message to the accounting department to try to correct their mistakes. Received an email stating my account had been adjusted and made current and the duplicate XXXX payment was applied to the XXXX payment. I signed on to verify only to find my current amount due had decreased but my total balance had increased and my principal balance had again increased now to {$18000.00}. How is that possible if they had just applied a payment???? This company clearly has proven themselves incompetent, untrustworthy, and incapable of handling this loan. The person you speak to has no ability to do anything, they can only send messages to account specialists and the accounting department. I have asked to speak directly to an account specialist but was told that isn't possible. They tried to steal money from me, every time I check my account the values on my loan change, and my principal balance keeps increasing. I have worked hard to manage my money and accounts and have earned excellent credit and I do not want their mistakes to negatively impact that. I feel I have allowed them ample time to resolve these issues. Their gross mishandling of my account is unacceptable and inexcusable.

Consumer Complaint: After XXXX XXXX from the XXXX in XXXX, I was unemployed and attending XXXX University. Once I got a job, I was unable to make payments to several debts to include XXXX XXXX. Since then, I have obtained a very good job, payed off several debts, am completely caught up on XXXX XXXX, and am trying to take care of this debt in particular. The debt in question is a XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that was purchased by Transworld Systems Inc. with an original debt of {$1800.00}, collection costs in the amount of {$360.00} and interest in the amount of {$89.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a " good faith '' payment of {$750.00} in order for me to make a settlement offer ( as " policy '' from Transworld Systems ). After the settlement offer was made ( settlement in the amount of {$1900.00} ) I declined to pay because I had already made a {$750.00} which didn't seem to reflect in the total amount owed. Throughout their entire attempt to collect this debt, not once have they given me the information I need to make payments online in order for me to lower the debt. Every time I have asked for my " Registration number '' to setup my account online they decline to give it to me saying my account is in a garnishment status, yet they have never garnished my wages in 4 years. XX/XX/XXXX I called to setup payments arrangements and to notify them that I will be paying the full amount either at the end of the month or next month and to setup payment arrangements in the mean time. They told me my debt has risen to {$2300.00}. This is about {$400.00} more than what they have been submitting to all 3 of my credit bureaus, and where is the {$750.00} that I paid in XXXX? So I offered payment arrangements in the amount of {$100.00} a month, the representative said it would be better to make a {$200.00} payment. I settled for the middle and offered to pay them {$150.00} a month to start paying down the debt. The representative told me that they needed a monthly financial statement in order to start a payment arrangement " so low. '' Are you kidding me? I hung up and later called for an itemized statement of my account for the last 12 months. I want to know where they included my {$750.00} payment.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I received a call from Transworld Systems , Inc. attempting to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX in XXXX, SC of roughly {$300.00}. I told the representative that I did not have a debt with them as I paid off my final bill in XX/XX/2019 after I had moved out in XXXX of 2019. The representative acknowledged that I did indeed make a payment on XX/XX/2019 but this was a new debt submitted to the collection agency by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019. I told her it was impossible to accumulate additional as I no longer resided in XXXX. The representative advised that I reach out to XXXX XXXX directly to find out what the debt was for as the representative at Transworld Systems , Inc. stated XXXX XXXX did not provide any details regarding the debt. I insisted that they had the wrong person and she asked me to confirm my information which I did. She basically said it is my debt and that if I dont pay it it will be reported to credit agencies. On XX/XX/2019 I contacted XXXX XXXX and confirmed with the lady working at XXXX XXXX that I do not owe any additional debts to them and she advised me to confirm the debt collection agency was legitimate. She forwarded me a copy of my ledger which showed I had a {$0.00} balance on my account. I called Transworld Systems , Inc. and again informed them that it wasnt my debt and I have written confirmation from XXXX XXXX that I could forward via email. The agency stated that they dont do email correspondence and that I could either mail or fax it in. I faxed it in twice and called to confirm their receiving. So far they say it has not been updated yet and they cant give me an estimated time for it to update. Simply, this is not my debt, I have confirmed this is not my debt, and have done my due diligence to submit documentation requested by the debt collection agency without resolution. Please help!

The info that Transworld systems is furnishing does not match the info I received from the original credit/creditors. This is a huge violation of the FCRA, and FDCPA. This inaccurate data has caused me great personal issues. It has triggered my XXXX and caused my interest rates to sky rocket. If this debt is not removed I will seeking litigation under 15 USC 1692 which combats abusive debt collection practices. I will seek my {$1000.00} per violation as well as the other inconveniences these inaccurate debts have caused me. Consumer Complaint: Debt Collection Company is Transworld Systems Inc. Address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX They have called several times about a debt that isn't mine. The Debt is apparently for some apartment application fee for apartments in California for a XXXX XXXX apartment complex. I have lived in Utah my whole life and have never even considered living in California. The debt is for a small amount like {$81.00}. The Creditor calling me had a strong accent like they were from a call floor in a different country. They started asking for personal information. I gave them my Bday to verify the account and then I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving them more information. I don't them several times the debt was not mine and they said they would mail out proof. They never sent me any proof and now have reported it to the credit bureau. XXXX has removed them but the other credit reports still are taking their time to process the dispute. I search for reviews only and this company has a history of claiming fake debts to try to scam consumers.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/19 disputed Transworld System Acct # XXXX for the XXXX XXXX. I paid money to them when and I had insurance. I was told to pay an amount before I even had XXXX and Ive never received anything else from them. Ive attempted several times to get a copy of the invoice from transworld they told me that the collector that sold the account to them. Didnt provide them with one and they would have to get it or I could call. I did that and nothing. Ive never seen an invoice in the amount of {$250.00}. And of the account was sold to the collection agency why dont they have one? I dont know how they have provided any proof when I havent received anything as of yet and its damaging my credit. I feel that it should be removed since they can not provide the information. Ive been getting the run round for over a year. I dont feel I should have to pay something that I never received.
