Consumer Complaint: I am reopening a previous complaint with Transworld ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I am now seeing discrepancies between parties XXXX XXXX and Transworld. I recently reached an agreement to pay a lump sum with said company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Transworld ) through the XXXX XXXX as stated in their closing. They stated they saw no XXXX XXXX. I will be attaching my DD214 ( Social Security Number blackout for Confidentiality ). Also, i see on the loan it is at {$9900.00}. However, XXXX XXXX states nearly {$16000.00} the total loan has come up too. Our agreement of the lump sum payment. Where are all these extra funds coming from. Also, the transaction history starts in the year XXXX however the disbursement date was effective XXXX. Where are the 5 lost years of information? i will also be reaching out to my mother to find documentation on her trying to talk to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I know Transworld, XXXX, and several other comapnies. Where are the other 5 years. I will also attach the previous letter as well. I need answers everything seems very very fishy. if you waited 5 years to buy this loan or missing 5 years of documentation. how is that possible? Also I am adding the transaction history of the loan to show of where it starts.

Consumer Complaint: I am in receipt of a copy of my credit report reflecting invalid debt that I do not owe.I am for certain that I do not owe your company any money. For starters, I have never done business with you. In fact, I had never heard of your company until having received a copy of my credit report.What I find strange is your attempt to settle the debt with me when I don't owe you any money in the first place! Why would I settle on something I don't even know?! Again, I don't owe you any money! With all of that being said, please see this complaint as me disputing this alleged debt with your company as well as requesting debt validation with the signed COA.Thirty days is more than enough time for you to send CFPB and myself a response with legal supporting documents bearing that I've done some type of business with you, hence owing you money. Furthermore, State of Florida requires all collection agencies to be licensed and bonded in our state to collect on any debt you say I owe your company.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Received bill for tolls by mail. The bill showed me as a class 1 vehicle in one direction and a class 4 vehicle in the other. I was in a class 1 vehicle in both directions. Same vehicle, same license plate as shown on the bill. I notified XXXX XXXX and XXXX authority by mail and included payment of the corrected toll by postal money order. They ignored my notification and continued to bill me the additional money adding on fines as they went. They gave the account to Transworld Systems in XXXX OH. I sent them all my paperwork along with a letter outlining the problem. They have ignored my proof of payment and continue to bill me for the extra toll and fines. I think XXXX XXXX is acting in a capricious and arbitrary manner, ignoring my proof of payment. I tried to file a complaint with the XXXX but was turned down, as it is outside of their ability to address a concern with a state government agency. I am attaching my correspondence that is dated and speaks for itself. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Consumer Complaint: In early XX/XX/2019 my daughter visited The XXXX XXXX in XXXX, VA ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, VA XXXX ) for an appointment. The XXXX XXXX had recently changed head providers and therefore, tax ID numbers, and so my insurance ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) did not cover the appointment. Several months later I began receiving bills from Transworld Systems , Inc. Collection Agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX ) for the amount of {$270.00} for the appointment. After conferring with my insurance and verifying that they would not cover the cost, I sent the XXXX XXXX a check for {$270.00} through my bank, XXXX XXXX, which was cashed on XX/XX/2019 ( see attached .pdf titled " XXXX XXXX '' for proof showing the image of the cashed check ). I continued to receive notices for debt collection for the {$270.00} from Transworld Systems despite paying the amount. In early XXXX I went to The XXXX XXXX and spoke to the billing department, informing them of the issue and providing a printout of the proof that the check had been cashed ( same as the attached .pdf, " XXXX XXXX '' ) along with communications from Transworld and from their billing department to copy and inform the involved parties. I continue to receive debt collection notices from Transworld despite paying the amount, with the most recent, printed XX/XX/2019, arriving today ( XX/XX/2019 - see attached document " Transworld Letter '' ).

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed that 'I ' defaulted on a private student loan taken out back in XX/XX/XXXX. The remaining balance was XXXX dollars. I paid the balance, but my credit report never reflected a paid-in-full status. I called the company multiple times, but they refuse to update the information. At the same time, they claimed I defaulted on another loan with a balance of about XXXX. This loan showed an origination date back in XX/XX/XXXXas well. The records they sent me indicated the loan was placed into deferment without my consent or knowledge when I went to graduate school in XX/XX/XXXX, and it was only after I graduated in XX/XX/XXXXthat they approached me about the default status in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. These documents also showed that they were not the real party of interest since they couldn't prove ownership after they purchased the loan from another originator. Yet, this item remains on my credit report after they closed the account with a collections/charge-off status, stopped reporting it, and sold it to another company that does not report this to the bureaus. The company refuses to remove the item. The company is XXXX. I've disputed this with XXXX and XXXX multiple times, but they refuse to update the information.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX the lender that has my loan through my university about late reporting they have done on my credit. In XXXX I contacted the company and they advised that I had a late payment I needed to make. I made the payment and specifically asked the rep numerous times if it would be reported as late. He advised that it would not. My goal of the call was to bring any outstanding payments current including my XXXX payment which was also due. I also set up a payment arrangement because I want to buy a house next year and I wanted to ensure that no late payments would be made ever again. The rep set it up for XX/XX/XXXX knowing that this would make my XXXX payment late as well! I was not aware of this until the derogatory mark hit my credit. I happened to call UAS Accounting when I found out and even changed my payment date to the XXXX because I never wanted the payment to be late in the first place! If I was setting up payments in order to avoid being late why would the representative advise me incorrectly????? I have asked the company to pull the calls and listen to the representative and my conversation and they will not do so. I have also contacted XXXX but UAS Accounting is refusing to help me. I am asking that this company remove these negative marks from my credit as this was an error in their representatives communication to me that has caused all of this.
