Consumer Complaint: I'm writing regarding a private student loan taken out through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX that went into default and then became a judgement against my co-signor and myself. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau brought a claim against XXXX which became a judgement in XXXX stating that XXXX and it's servicers practiced illegal collection activities and falsified court documents to collect judgements against loan holders that they were not entitled to. I believe my loan is part of the class of loans that were fraudulently filed and had falsified documents to procure judgments against the loan holders. In my complaint you will find documents that prove my loan is part of the class of loans that are to be audited for accuracy, as well as additional information supporting my claim. I'm requesting that my loan be audited and have all collection activity ceased on our behalf until it can be proved that it is either legitimate and has the right to be collected on, or that it was filed with falsified information and indeed unlawful. I would like the outcome to follow the description in the judgement filed against the XXXX ( court case number : XXXX ) I would also like my information to be updated as a lawsuit class member. In XXXX my co-signor and I took out a private student loan in the amount of {$20000.00}. It defaulted later that year as I was no longer in college and unable to make payments. Collection activities began immediately and by XXXX I was receiving threatening and unrealistic debt collection attempts from TransWorld Systems. In XXXX I was told if I didn't pay them {$2500.00} upfront and {$450.00} a month they would take me to court. I offered {$200.00} upfront and {$100.00} a month and they refused to work with me. The paperwork filed with the courthouse, ( Plaintiff ) states that we were served in XXXX for a judgement hearing against the defaulted loan, in which the court granted a default judgement in the plaintiffs name. A few things I would like to point out about this court paperwork and process : - The name on the complaint : Plaintiff : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; a XXXX Statutory Trust ( please see documents - shows that our loan is part of the lawsuit ) - The paperwork filed with the courthouse states that ( Plaintiff ) " lost '' original paperwork that was served to us ( Defendent ) but to the best of their knowledge the information was correct. ( see documents ) - I don't believe that the dates that we were served are true and correct on the court paperwork, but as the they stated that they lost the original paperwork, there is no way to be certain. -They also stated that the loan principal balance was {$29000.00} - we took out a loan for {$20000.00}, Interest in the amount of {$6100.00} from and before XX/XX/XXXX, as well as fees for a total of {$36000.00} This amount is almost double the total we took out 7 years earlier.

I am in the process of refinancing my home and this derogatory item will hinder my chances of obtaining a fair interest rate on my loan. I have never had a collection account or owed any company anything in the past, so this process is new to me. Please remove as soon as possible this inaccurate information.

Consumer Complaint: I rented vehicle from XXXX in XXXX, GA, with return to XXXX, FL ; and that was about 3 months ago, and upon returning it to XXXX offices, we went through the gasoline and in and out of the vehicle, and all was satisfactory. Only to find out that they claimed to have contacted me and that there was some damage in the vehicle, and sent my name to the collection agency. That is UNACCEPTABLE practice as they have my email address and my secondary number, which they have never used, and also why are they contacting after I returned the vehicle in good condition? when does the contract end? what if the person who damaged is their employee and happened to do that after I left? This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE practice, by both, XXXX XXXX XXXX and their collection agency ( Transworld Systems Inc, whom already have some scandals as per info on CFPB website ). Please check these companies further as this is not the way customers should be treated. Never.

Consumer Complaint: Uas is the lender and XXXX is the attended university .... Good Afternoon, I am writing to you about a problem that might be affecting many graduates of XXXX University. The student loan payments are being taken over the phone which includes the bank account number, routing number and the dollar amount for the loan payment. A confirmation number is given but UAS is not completing the transaction which is adding extra interest since the payments are not being processed. I recently went online and registered the account since it was so frustrating speaking to the representatives and found 5 occasions where I was given a confirmation number but the UAS did not process the payment. Personally, this dates back to XX/XX/XXXX and as recent as XX/XX/XXXX If this is a known issue with UAS they are covering it up by not posting any information on their website, mailing the student loan customers, or making all the schools aware of the issue. Obviously, they are making more money on the interest because the payments are not being processed. The total amount of payments not processed total almost {$500.00} for me. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX Here is an attachment and every payment listed that was cancelled by UAS after a confirmation was given. On some occasions the representative on a recorded line neglected to enter the information into their system. Obviously, this needs to be corrected and proper credit given to the student loan customers. Someone from UAS is supposed to be contacting XXXX about this issue. Consumer Complaint: I received a call in XXXX of 2015 from a person who said they were calling from a hospital I had visited several months earlier. They stated that I had a late bill, and since I had recently moved I figured it had been lost in the mail, so I paid the amount ( around {$300.00} ) right on the spot. I later found out that it was a collection agency and not the hospital that had called me. I contacted the hospital I had visited and they said all of my accounts had been paid in full and on time, and that they don't even deal with this collection agency that had contacted me. I contacted the collection agency again ( Transworld Systems ) and eventually they gave me the contact for the XXXX company they got the account from ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I contacted them and with the information i received from Transworld Systems the XXXX company said they had no record of me ever being in their system. So, the hospital says that I never paid anything late, the XXXX company has no record of me in their system, but Transworld Systems stil says that this is mine, but when I call them they can't verify anything they tell me. I have disputed this account with all 3 credit bureaus multiple times and provided them with documentation backing everything I have said here and yet Transworld Systems still claims this account is mine.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems is reporting my Account inaccurately at first I mailed them to prove their must have been something wrong because I do not ever remember having any collections on my account then when they responded back to me I looked further ino the account and notice it had some issues in its reporting Collection should be coded under " OTHER '' or " O '' not as either a INSTALLMENT ( " I '' ) nor as a REVOLVING ( " R '' ) account. The ARGUMENT I CONTEND is that this MISAPPLICATION of proper TYPING creates a DECEPTIVE REPORTING DEROGATORY and in effect MIS-REPRESENTS the consumer 's TRUE CREDIT UTILIZATION RATE! See, for a " O '' mark, the AMOUNT of debt would NOT MATTER as a $ XXXXdebt would be EQUAL the negativity weight as a $ XXXXdebt ( given ALL OTHER aspects similarly reported that is such as age ). However, misappropriating a CHARGE-OFF under the " R '' type for REVOLVING as opposed to " O '' for OTHER as it should be allows for the AMOUNT of the debt to matter DRASTICALLY where a $ XXXXdebt would have near XXXX effect on the consumer 's CREDIT UTILIZATION RATE whereas a XXXX DOLLAR DEBT would SIGNIFICANTLY XXXX that client 's CREDIT UTILIZATION RATE there also SUBSTANTIALLY and NEGATIVELY more effecting the DEPTH OF THE DEROGATORINESSES of the reported claim ( s ). Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : On XX/XX/2019 I wrote a letter to Trans world Systems, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, DE XXXX ( collection Agency ) concerning medical bills ( 3 ) in total. I requested proof of contract to substantiate their claim to collect. They responded with a bill, not the proof I requested, within 30 days. On XX/XX/2019 I wrote another letter stating they are violating ( The Health and Insurance Portability Act ) giving them an additional 30 days to respond, with proof that I have a contract with them, and they sent nothing! So, on XX/XX/2019 I wrote another letter to ( Trans world Systems ) a third time giving them an additional 10 days requesting proof, they sent nothing. On, XX/XX/2019 I wrote a letter to XXXX XXXX the ( original creditor ) asking them to send me proof that I gave them permission to give my medical info to a 3rd party ( Trans world Systems Collection Agency ) they never responded. I'm filing a claim against Trans world System Collection Agency who has continually reported to the three credit reporting agency derogatory medical collection, violating the law. Please assist me in this matter, as you can see I've communicated with them several times month after month to no resolve. Thank you for your time. It's reporting on my credit file as follows : 1. Consumer Complaint: To start off the actions that were available were not the correct actions I need. This is more about reporting the wrong information on my credit report. I spoke with XXXX in XXXX about making payments on my XXXX XXXX at the XXXX account for XXXX. We agreed that my first payment of {$40.00} will process on XX/XX/XXXX and the monthly payments of {$50.00} will be paid on the XXXX of every month. I check my credit report and it says in XXXX and XXXX I paid late. It does not show that I paid in XXXX or XXXX. If I am supposed to pay the XXXX of each month, how am I late in XXXX when the XXXX has not come yet. And when I log into my account I see the wrong dates of payment- they said I paid {$41.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and {$50.00} on XX/XX/XXXX ; when I paid {$41.00} on the XXXX of XXXX and on the XXXX of XXXX I paid XXXX. They are reporting the wrong information to my credit report and it is making a negative impact on my score. I need them to correct the right payments dates in my account and correct the failed to pay negative remarks removed from my credit report.
