Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive notice of right to dispute
Consumer Complaint: I had a bill from an ambulance service I was trying to covered by my health insurance company, I did receive a couple bills, but never knew it went into collections until I found a collections mark already hit on my credit. I never got any notice from the collections agency and had no way to dispute or validate the debt. When trying to call they just asked for payment, and did not seem to care about not receiving any written notice. I am also not sure who has the debt, my credit report says TCI, but when I tried calling the number they give me a different name of XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I applied to rent an apartment at XXXX in XXXX XXXX while it was still under construction in XXXX of 2019. My application was denied and I never moved in. A few months later I noticed that I had a collection on my credit report for a security deposit for XXXX. I have disputed this item and had it removed from my credit report several times only to have Transworld Systems Collection Agency continue to put it back on my credit report. I am tired of disputing it and want it removed for good. I dont understand how they think I should pay a deposit for an apartment I never lived in. If their story is that the amount was to hold the unit, that would also be senseless because again, the building was still under construction at the time.

Consumer Complaint: From XXXX to the present day, this company has repeatedly called my home and mobile numbers, as well as the mobile numbers of my family, multiple times a week, sometimes multiple calls daily, in regard to debt that is not owned by any of us. During calls, the company claims to be XXXX XXXX. I've notified the callers that the numbers they are calling are the wrong numbers, the numbers do not belong to the person they are attempting to contact, and to stop calling. They then proceed to call with a different phone number. I sent a cease and desist letter today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) because previous requests to stop calling went ignored.
