Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving incessant phone calls and letters from a company that calls themselves Nationwide Credit , Inc. attempting to collect a debt with no proof or verification of the debt to show that it's even mine. I'm hoping that by filing this complaint this company will stop contacting me or send me verification of this debt.

Per my XX/XX/19 XXXX XXXX conversation with your TSI Representative XXXX XXXX /XXXX she could not verify " XXXX '' as original creditor. She informed me that I was a " consignor '' and did not offer to send proof but informed that she could/would only " note dispute ''. I have not received any communications from XXXX XXXX or Transworld Systems as to debt owed at anytime. I have no knowledge of XXXX XXXX. They have failed to provide initial written communication to me.

Consumer Complaint: We had problems with an upstairs neighbor in an apartment complex in XXXX, CA who was an undesirable XXXX XXXX and stayed up all night with visitors. We tried to communicate with management and were assured he was an upstanding tenant. We knew otherwise, felt unsafe, and as older tenants, needed to move. Management said we could not. Met with 2 separate lawyers who said, MOVE. We moved out after giving notice, and did not receive our security deposit nor pet deposit back. They took us to collection. We are not responsible for living in a unit where we were unsafe. Continue to get notices in the mail phone calls from TransWorld Collections, XXXX and the alleged debt was put on our credit files. Filed disputes with all credit reporting agencies. My husband is XXXX XXXX and I would like this to stop, and sue the companies that continually harass us. PLEASE HELP!

Consumer Complaint: My credit report showed two accounts in collections from XXXX XXXX in the amounts of {$230.00} and {$2200.00}. I previously did not receive any communications from XXXX XXXX about these bills and found out about them on my credit file. Once I became aware of the accounts, I made arrangements to pay in full. I spoke to several representatives at XXXX XXXX Billing Dept. and TransWorld Systems Inc. and all agreed to remove from the credit file if paid in full. These are still showing on my credit report and need to be removed ASAP as it is effecting my ability to obtain a mortgage. These accounts have both been paid in full with no other outstanding balances. Please remove from my credit file ASAP. Thank you kindly.

Consumer Complaint: I am being billed by transworld for {$750.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX. AT the time of the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had a VALID XXXX XXXX which was fully funded and capable of paying the tolls. For whatever reason the tolls were not picked up by my XXXX I was unaware of this. Only recently, I receive a notice and contacted XXXX, which told me to call this collection agency regarding the tolls. I HAD AN XXXX XXXX AT THE TIME OF THESE TOLLS. MY XXXX XXXX HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO COVER THE TOLLS. I am being charge an additional {$100.00} per toll ( 7 tolls ), which is totally unfair. I had an XXXX XXXX, and my XXXX XXXX had funds on it. Why is transworld trying to collect on a debt, which I shouldn't have. This is so unfair to me. I ensured my XXXX XXXX covered the tolls, and I ensured that I had money on it. Now I was sent to a debt collector who isn't willing to just collect the toll, but wants an additional {$700.00}. I'm being ripped off big time.

Consumer Complaint: I'm filing this complaint as per my attorney TransWorld System is in violation of the FDCPA for failure to provided requested document to properly verify alleged debt. I pulled an annual credit report in XXXX of XXXX. To find that Transworld Systems is reporting that I allegedly owe a debt from XXXX XXXX. I keep good records regarding medical bills. I have never received any info regarding this account. This is a medical debt from XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed this item via all 3 credit bureaus and requested my " signature of the original contract/consent to treat '' to establish the contractual obligation. Understanding medical facilities can make clerical errors in regards to billing. XXXX and XXXX verified this account 2 times without providing the requested information ( signature of original contract/consent to treat ) nor did they give me anything that would support their verification method as I requested. I was out of the country for 5 weeks when I returned ( XXXX ) I did received correspondence via the FCRA request from TransWorld ( XXXX ) however it was a general medical bill not the requested original contract/ consent to treat form. XXXX and XXXX said it was my obligation to reach out to TransWorld System however this isn't my burden of proof to investigate. My attorney sent certified letters. Two times XX/XX/XXXX @ XX/XX/XXXX requesting more information specifically " the consent to treat form with my signature '' with failed attempts due to wrong address published on Transworld Systems website which resulted in both being return to sender. Another verification letter was sent certified on XX/XX/XXXX to the address provided from TransWorld this letter was received by TransWorld on XX/XX/XXXX. It has been well over 30 days and I have not received any response to my request nor has this item been marked as disputed on my credit file. It is currently being reported as accurate. This is a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. Please see attached documents Thanks in advance for your assistance. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: The loan is thru XXXX XXXX and UAS. The company sent letters saying the payment was 60 days behind and was not. They then deducted 2x the monthly payment without authorization. The rep told me the took the payment for the following month too. I told her this is unacceptable and she said it would take 45 to 60 days to reverse. They would not reverse the charge even though it's the holidays. Besides effecting my holidays, I will likely fall behind on other payments as well. I reported this 8 days ago and was assured they would address the issue immediately. I followed up on 3 days ago and they seemed to have no information on my initial call. Now their response today was " we haven't heard from our accounting department yet ''.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I signed an agreement with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, Field Inspector ( salesman ) for termite tent system priced at {$4200.00} and bait defense system ( subterranean termites ) priced at {$900.00}. A personal check # XXXX for {$5100.00} was handed to him. On XXXX a roof inspector sent by XXXX found 8 broken tiles. On XXXX the tent was placed over my house for fumigation purposes, on XXXX, post fumigation, the tent was removed. On XXXX and XXXX XXXX acknowledged via e-mail payment of {$900.00} and {$4200.00}. On XXXX the same roof inspector found " 208 tiles broken of overage '' recommending repair for {$6800.00} at " XXXX special price '' commenting 50 tiles " to be covered by XXXX insurance ''. I was out of the country from XXXX through XXXX, 2019. In early XXXX a billing statement for payment overdue dated XXXX for {$900.00}, {$4200.00} and {$540.00} was mailed to my home. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a second payment overdue statement for {$4200.00} for tent treatment, {$900.00} for termite bait treatment and {$540.00} for roof related repair. I phoned and tried to contact XXXX XXXX, XXXX sales manager, and details are memorialized in the attached letter dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX I received a XXXX bill " amount due immediately {$540.00} we may report information about your account to credit bureau. Since then I have phoned XXXX XXXX on XXXX and XXXX. I left messages on his phone but he never returned calls. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX from XXXX XXXX call in center called me requesting payment. I replied that I need to talk to a supervisor. The call was transferred and placed on hold and cut off without talking to anyone. On XXXX I received a collection invoice from Nationwide Credit , Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Iowa XXXX originated by XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX for {$5000.00}. On XXXX I phoned the Federal Trade Commission for assistance and I am following their advice. On XXXX the CFPB mailed me forms Re : Complaint Number ( s ) XXXX. On XXXX I phoned XXXX representative XXXX, XXXX from the XXXX answered. I told her my concerns and she will connect me with XXXX XXXX, Division service coordinator, and she phoned me from XXXX Arizona at noon time that day. Details were given including invoice debt dispute for {$540.00}. On XXXX I mailed a letter to Nationwide Credit , Inc. notifying that I am disputing the validity of the debt. On XXXX at XXXX, XXXX from Nationwide phoned me requesting payment for {$590.00}. I told here that I had sent a letter disputing the debt. On XXXX I mailed Miss XXXX a request to talk to her. She returned my call promptly and I told her that I would email a copy of my letter to XXXX XXXX dated XXXX and second request dated XXXX with additional details. ( see attachment ) On XXXX she acknowledged to have received above documents and has sent those document to XXXX XXXX, the branch manager, and XXXX XXXX, sales manager and said she will follow up with me in a few days. THE CENTRAL ISSUE is a bill for {$540.00} and as of XXXX {$590.00} for roof repairs on a collection invoice. The XXXX agreement I signed on XXXX, 2019 is completely silent and says nothing about insurance cost, coverage, exclusions for roof damage, roof related repair. My view is that XXXX representative behavior is tantamount to FRAUD followed by INTIMIDATION and most recently EXTORTION by demanding payment for a service never disclosed in the agreement and the expressed threat to ruin my credit history.
