Consumer Complaint: This complaint relates to your Case # XXXX. I am a parent co-signer paying the loans that were put In collection due to my Chapter XXXX in 2013 even though my son was paying the loans current at the time. Payments were made to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX since 2013, but I have never received statements, prior payment history, how the payments were applied nor have I received a XXXX tax statement. I have never seen the original documentation from them. They had added the accounts to my credit report as well as my son 's. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX removed the accounts from the credit reports early this year and I have stopped making payments as my son wants to try to settle and/or refinance, but we need the accurate history of the loans. The above referenced case number required that, but I never received notification of this case or it's results. The loans have been transferred to a different collection company who is calling both of us. There documents are included in this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent certified letter after certified letter to XXXX as well as the other credit reporting agencies regarding accounts in error on my report. XXXX originally removed the referenced account for {$120.00} dollars and when I sent a written letter following up regarding another account that was erroneously placed on my account. They reinserted the an account they initially removed. I have made multiple attempts to have them explain to me how they're verifying these accounts. I've asked for copies of the documentation that they by law should be reviewing to verify these accounts prior to reporting them. However they simply reply with the accounts have been verified. I asked them to remove the accounts. They're stating they've verified the accounts. But fail to send me the physical documentation they reviewed to confirm the debt was mine. The account in question is being reported by " Transworld Systems '' as I have emailed them due to their sending me a generic statement that I don't recognize. Nothing with my signature or an application of my applying for services. Furthermore there were no notifications of reporting information to my credit sent to me nor any letters notifying me of transferrence of ownership of my account. If it in fact it were mine. I asked Transworld where they received authority to report anything on my credit report. I'm waiting on a response from them right now. But I seem to be getting nowhere with either and this is just one account I'm having issues with. I'm applying for new housing this year and a professional license where my credit will be reviewed. These type of issues greatly affect my life and it seems that due to the number of accounts they're reporting. They're just bypassing the protocols required by federal law. If something doesn't change here my next step is to file a civil claim.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this account with credit bureaus as the balance is incorrect. I provided the statement to the credit bureau showing the end balance with a date of XX/XX/XXXX. The company in turn sent by mail the exact statement with the correct balance, but they are not reporting the CORRECT end balance. I received correspondence in the mail from the company dated XX/XX/XXXX " While we have complied with federal law, factors beyond our control may prohibit us from confirming or denying the presence of inaccurate information within the timeframe prescribed by state law. We may not have sufficient time to complete an investigation of the alleged inaccuracy. '' Which leads me to believe this information was never actually verified. The previous complaint did not address my issues. According to the statement that you sent you are still reporting an incorrect balance. I see a balance on XX/XX/XXXX that is lower than the balance that you are reporting. Besides that point the balance would still be incorrect as the deposit that I paid to the apartment when I moved in is not showing on the move out statement to reduce the balance. Which I pointed out to the previous collection agency and they never responded and removed the account from my credit report. You DO NOT have proper verification of the account nor the amount due.

Consumer Complaint: I'm a XXXX percent XXXX veteran and I defaulted on an XXXX credit card. I had a major hardship and needed to move to New Mexico to care for my now XXXX mother in law. After I got moved, XXXX began garnishments on my social security XXXX benefits. Instead of simply taking {$100.00} a month, they took the maximum allowable of {$260.00} a month which caused even MORE defaults for me when I got moved. I couldn't stop them from garnishing my XXXX benefits. After receiving the stimulus money of {$2400.00}, I combined that with money from my mother in law and was finally able to pay off the {$3000.00}. I sent {$3100.00}. They applied {$2600.00} and retained {$490.00} for a NEVER DISCLOSED TSI fee. Now they say I owe {$530.00} with NEWLY applied interest. They forced interest every month already over the past two years. I'm at wits end. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX. The mere idea of contacting them over this has me in a terrible attack. I'm a complete mess and I have no recourse when they have direct access to my social security XXXX benefits.
