Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2020 I contacted the three main credit bureaus and the individual debt collectors about debts that are on my credit report that I am not familiar with. The three credit bureaus responded that these accounts were verified, but could not tell me how they were verified or what information and documentation was provided to them to verify these negative accounts. In XXXX of 2020, I contacted each debt collector directly via letters that were sent by USPS and by phone. None have sent any documentation showing that these are my accounts. I have only been provided with an account statement showing a debt. Because of all the fraud that has taken place throughout the world I am asking for documentation showing these debts are mine. Not an account statement. If these are indeed mine, they should be able to provide me with this information. After contacting my attorney, in order to move forward with a lawsuit - I will be sending another letter via Certified Mail to each company involved. If these accounts aren't removed or original documentation provided we will move forward with our legal process.

Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2019, I moved my business out of XXXX XXXX and to XXXX. I notified the city and I was told they updated in the system. Without a previous bill, I just received this collection notice. - It was sent to my XXXX XXXX location so I didnt even receive it until just recently. Even if this Information did not properly get updated in the system like the city assured me it was, I also should have received some kind of bill before a bill from the collection agency.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to complain about the increased payment amount being taken out of my account without my authorization. I said if they adjusted the payment amount back to the original amount I would continue their services. They said no, so I asked them to cancel my account at that time. The customer service agent offered me an administrative credit of {$30.00} that would be charged for closing my account. I thanked her and that was the end of our conversation. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a collection notice from Nationwide Credit , Inc in the mail. As with the payment increase, I was never notified that I was was being charged or that my account was sent to collections. I have an impeccable credit rating and I am shocked that something like this can happen. Also on XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked what was going on and they refused to help me and I would have to resolve a situation they mistakenly put me in with the collection agency. What the XXXX is going on.

Consumer Complaint: Trans world is placing items on my credit report that has not been confirmed or provided anything in writing to me. As part of the Fair Credit Reporting act, I am entitled to have information accurately displayed on my credit report. There is no new collection or past collection reported to myself. If it was fairly identified as a debt I owed it would never went to collections because I personally would have paid it. This is not identified as a credit account, loan, state or government lien. I demand it is fairly displayed as I do not have outstanding debt owed to Trans World or any of their affiliates. I want my credit scored returned to previous value as this is not a new collection.

They did not provide the information and stated the original creditor did not provide it however continue to report to the credit bureau 's. I tried to resolve this with them but they hang up on me and refused to let me speak to a manger. I have no resolution for this situation.

They have entered into a contractual relationship inclusive of evidence of consideration paid to or agreed to be paid to the original creditor, which contractual relationship has caused you to become the legal holder in due course of an alleged obligation between myself and the original creditor.
