Consumer Complaint: Today, XX/XX/28, I spoke with XXXX from Transworld, who advised that he is the director. XXXX advises me that he has the authority to extend a payment agreement, but that I would have to send proof that I am awaiting a withdrawal check in the mail. He threatened that he will report this to my credit if he feels that I am lying. After multiple calls with XXXX and feeling pressured and threatened ( by advising that they WILL report to my credit and not grant me time to pay ), I paid the balance using funds that were not meant to be used on this debt. I and my mother have been harassed by this company. I was advised on one call that they reviewed my mothers assets and that she could pay for me, instead of listening to me advising that I had the money, but needed a few days to wait for a check that I was expecting due to a withdrawal that I made in order to pay this debt. The first time I spoke with this company, I was advised by XXXX XXXX that I should not be calling unless you are paying now. This was after I received notice from my mother about this debt and was calling for information because this company never contacted me. XXXX also advise me that he is not here to help the consumer get whats best for them, but to help my client get whats best for them. I dont have to work with you. I have a monthly quota to meet. This has been a very stressful week of dealing with this company.

Consumer Complaint: The company transworlds systems inc/XXXX has reported derogatory account 3 times on my credit in the same month. I called them and told them they could not report 3 times in one month on my credit, and they said they had no control over it because it was an automated system, which means they know what they are doing is wrong but are blaming it on the a computer program to say its not their fault. Yet the program is controlled by them, which is means they have direct control of when and how many times it reports. I am fine with the one time but they then lied to me saying it wont hurt my credit yet they are reporting 3 times which directly does effect my credit.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems continues to report to the credit bureaus debts allegedly from me that I am unable to validate. They have given no proof of validation and I have complained about them before. Due to HIPPA laws, they can not validate what the debt is for and I have no knowledge of entering in contract with Transworld or Maryland XXXX XXXX for services. They have previously been unable to validate debts. I am asking that they send me the contract I signed for service with Transworld and Maryland XXXX XXXX ( they claim is the original creditor ) as well as an itemized bill for debt owed or remove these collection activities from my credit report. I am asking that these debts be removed immediately as it has severely impacted my credit report. Please see company 's response to previous complaint.

Where there is no fair valuable consideration given, the contract or agreement is void ab inito. The debt is non-transferable. If it is a contract for credit or goes to the character of the parties, it can not be transferred or assigned. No state can make a law impairing contracts, Under OHIO LAW U.C.C 1319.12 Taking assignment of debts ( 3 ) The assignment was manifested by a written agreement separate from and in addition to any document intended for the purpose of listing the account, bill, or other evidence of indebtedness with the collection agency. He specifically stated in my first call with him if youre not calling to pay, then you dont need to be calling. I called to make an arrangement to pay a SIF of {$5300.00} and I called on XX/XX/XXXX to advise that my check may not be available to pay the full settlement on this Friday due to my withdrawal n to pay this being a check that is in the mail. I do not have control over when I will receive this check in the mail. I then spoke with XXXX and asked that he reach out to the lender for an extension because I have every intention to pay the settlement of {$5300.00} when my check comes in that I have taken out to pay this loan off. This company acts as if they can not work with the consumer and makes speaking with them and paying this debt very hard. It feels like I am dealing with the mafia and they are making this process difficult.

XXXX explained to me the XXXX services and fees as follows : 1st Service : {$130.00} ( $ XXXX {$50.00} coupon= {$130.00} ) unlimited service calls for the first 3 months. {$90.00} for the next 3 months and {$90.00} for any consecutive 3 months thereafter. I could cancel the contract anytime I wanted 3 busines days after the 3 months of service. XXXX wanted me to sign a contract. Despite my refusal to sign the contract or any agreement, XXXX accepted the terms of our oral contract as described above and XXXX said that he only thing he needed was my Credit Card. On XX/XX/XXXX I gave XXXX my Visa card and he charged {$130.00} for the Initial Service for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$90.00} for XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$90.00} for XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Last service done at the residence was on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and I requested to cancel the service. When I started receiving bills from XXXX I contact XXXX and I was told that I owed another {$90.00} for an extra 3 months because I had not given enough notice. I requested the copy of the contract. Upon inspection of the signature I can confirm that this is not my signature. There for I don't believe that I have any responsibility for this debt. Te collection agency is billing me for {$75.00} in order to settle the account. Please see documents attached.
