Consumer Complaint: I filed my income taxes for the year XXXX and never received it. Upon communication with IRS, I was notified it had been garnished for a debt to a company names XXXX. I contacted said company and ascertained they were a collection agency used to collect a debt from a military card. I attempted several times to obtain payment history and contract information to validate the date and met with negative results. I sent certified return receipt for this information to have the debt validated, and I have yet to receive a response either by email or us mail. I have been trying to rectify this issue since 2016 and have been met with resistance. After conducting some research, it appears this company has conducted these same fraudulent practices in the past according to Briggs vs United States This company has continued to take my tax return each year without any verification.

Consumer Complaint: I keep receiving voicemails where they leave no company name, or call back. They are asking for my XXXX year old son. Upon calling back they state it is Transworld Systems the number is different each time. They will not give me information unless I give them my sons name. I refuse to do so. Since they first contacted me it will be 5 days tomorrow i have never received anything in the mail. My son is under my insurance i provided them my name and said to search by my phone number. They refused and cant look by phone number even though they keep calling this number. Also I said my name is and told them. They did not ask for spelling, or anything to search my name. My son is XXXX months old and under my insurance if it is a legit medical bill it should be addressed to me not calling harassing my almost XXXX year old. They have called on XXXX XX/XX/2020 at XXXX and again on XX/XX/2020 XXXX. Both voicemails say their name and ask if ( my son by name ) is available. They never say a company they are calling from. The first number is registered to a women in XXXX when i searched it. If there was a medical bill under myself it would show on my credit. All our doctors bills go to XXXX XXXX I have never heard of this company. They are starting to harass my phone asking for my almost XXXX year old with not a single trace of paper in the mail validating this claim.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was in a collision in a vehicle I rented from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX filed a claim ( # XXXX ) and I created a claim with my primary insurer, XXXX ( # XXXX ) and my secondary insurer, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( # XXXX ). XXXX timely approved payment on the claim to XXXX, and my secondary insurer paid my deductible on or about XX/XX/XXXX. Since then, XXXX has refused to take payment from my primary insurer and has started threatening me with legal action. I have called XXXX and XXXX on atleast four separate occasions and both have assured me they will sort it out. Nevertheless, I have continued to receive threatening communications from XXXX that, unless I pay the remaining sum, which should be paid by XXXX and which XXXX has already agreed to pay, I will be sued and reported to collections. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received a formal letter from a collection agency, XXXX XXXX, that XXXX had assigned the debt and that I am subject to legal action. At this point, it appears that XXXX has decided not to work with my insurer, who has subrogated my claim and agreed to pay, and is instead insistent on shaking me down.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: Two dept collection agencies ; XXXX XXXX XXXX, Transworld Systems Inc., have been reporting unverified and invalid information to all three major credit bureaus, creating a highly negative impact on my credit score. The agency XXXX XXXX XXXX reported a collection in the amount of {$1400.00} and the agency Transworld Systems reported a collection in the amount of {$780.00}. I reached out to both agencies via certified mail in effort to request that they validate the dept in question. The letters were sent out on XX/XX/2020. I then allowed the collection agencies 30 days to respond to my letter. It is now XX/XX/2020. This exceeds the 30 days I allowed for the agencies to respond. I would like further assistance in the validation or removal of these items from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we received a letter from Transworld Systems Inc. regarding medical services that we provided on XX/XX/XXXX. Transworld Systems illegally accessed HIPAA informations and collection data from one of their affiliates to resurrect a new claim ( this is now called Parasitic Debt Collection ). This fabricated claim is clearly attempted fraud by Transworld Systems Inc.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I switched bank accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX to a local community bank. When it came time to switch my payment information for those bills I pay online, I did so accordingly. However, when I tried to make my monthly student loan payment to University Accounting Services, my payment failed and/or was cancelled ( you'll see on my supporting document in the screenshot that shows my multiple attempts ). I was not made aware of this failed payment until logging into the account several days later. I first tried to call UAS at the beginning of XXXX to solve this issue. After more than 6 weeks of phone calls to employees and supervisors, as well as and email correspondence ( which started XX/XX/XXXX - please note : we received our first debt collector call on XX/XX/XXXX ) with a customer service representative, my issue is/has still not been resolved and I have had to process payments via mail for the time being. UAS continued to waive my late fees every time I called, but has taken no responsibility for the late payment ( s ) that is their fault. Through my own independent research, I found that that probable issue was UAS was not able to accept the new routing table of my new bank account - even though I was/am having no issues with other online payments such as XXXX XXXX and XXXX. After various phone calls with supervisors and their IT department, they stated they 'fixed ' the issue but my payments were repeatedly denied. Again, I was never made aware of my initial late payment due to their ( UAS ' ) failure to process my payment. Both mine and my father 's credit score were severely impacted due to this egregious error. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email saying the IT issue had been rectified and to address my dispute directly with the credit bureaus. I filed disputes around XX/XX/XXXX with all 3 credit bureaus and it fixed my alleged late XXXX payment, but not my XXXX - which is clearly an error. I am in the process of refinancing my mortgage and purchasing a new car and now have the lowest credit score I've ever had in my life. Not to mention, it has impacted my father who remains a co-signer even though I've been making on-time payments for 7 years. UAS has also failed to supply him with the documentation to take him off the account and our email correspondence with our loan agent has gone dark and unanswered. It is my understanding that XXXX made the credit inquiry to UAS in the first place. It seems that UAS would have the means to report past due accounts, as in this case, so they would also have the means to report other information to the credit companies, such as this IT issue. **Attached you will find email correspondence with Loan Servicing Agent, XXXX XXXX of UAS, as well as the payment portal that shows my attempted payments.
