Consumer Complaint: CFPB complaint # XXXX was closed prematurely as the response from Transworld was not correct. We have made several attempts to request they stop calling ANY number associated with XXXX since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX utilizes all numbers with this exchange. Whatever number Transworld is calling it is being routed to a phone in our warehouse. We are receiving phone calls daily and need it to stop immediately. If this is not done, we will be forced to take legal action.

Consumer Complaint: About a month ago upon checking my credit report I noticed a collection from a collection agency called Transworld Systems was on my credit report. I attempted to contact the debt collectors on several occasions requesting in writing a verification of how and why do I owe {$1200.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the agency for the second time with the same request and on XX/XX/XXXX the agency called me back asking about payment I again requested in writing an explanation of the debt. The agency stated that they would have contact the original creditor and send me out a statement and then said or I can pay the bill in full. I again contacted Transworld systems by phone on XX/XX/2020 inquiring about the written date or bill again they told me that there was nothing they can do and they have requested a summary from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX I insisted that I needed to clear this issue up as soon as possible to no avail, they kept telling me the same thing over and over again

Consumer Complaint: I first received a bill for I believe over {$3000.00} worth of damages from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that were mine. I told XXXX that I was shocked to hear this as I did not damage the vehicle at all. After contacting my former insurance company ( XXXX ), they investigated the matter and found that XXXX failed to conduct a final walk-thru with me, therefore I was not liable to pay anything because there was no proof that the damages were done by me. One XXXX was made aware of this, they sent me a bill for the {$750.00} stating that this was the amount I owed for the damages done to the vehicle. I explained to XXXX that XXXX XXXX notified them and myself already, stating that I did not owe any money due to there not being any proof that the vehicles damage came from me. XXXX continued to send me bills for {$750.00} for which I was told I do not owe and will not pay. Currently, the bill is with Transworld Systems Inc., a debt collect agency.

( TSI ) has received your complaint dated XX/XX/XXXX filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. TSI has researched this matter and the findings are set forth below : The above-referenced account is closed in TSIs system. On XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX XXXX, Transworld Systems Inc. made initial contact calling from XXXX XXXX, the representative stated he was calling from Transworld Systems Inc. and at no time during the conversation did the representative provide the amount owed, that l could dispute the debt, that l could request the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. Furthermore, ( FDCPA ) states that if the debt collector doesnt provide this information when they first contact you, they are required to send you a written notice including that information within five days of the initial contact. If the agency contact me on XX/XX/XXXX and their only response is acknowledging my CFPB complaint XXXX, dated XXXX XXXX, would indicate that they are in violation of the ( FDCPA ). Transworld Systems Inc. is required to send a written notice including that information within five days of the initial contact which would be XX/XX/XXXX. Because TSI has fail to respond in a timely manner, revealing a violation, I am resubmitting my complaint to add a new finding. The CFPB has informed me from previous complaints that an agency should not combine new and separate complaints as duplicates. For the agency to provide only the response, quote, " This account is closed in TSIs system. It is TSIs intent to have no further communication with you regarding this matter. '' " Further inquiries may be directed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. ", Is insufficient and does not provide any standard set forth by the ( FDCPA ). Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint that TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC are reporting inaccurate information. I am in distressed since finding out they have included the information on my credit profile, not only did they fail to maintain to follow the proper steps to determine wether the information was fraudulent, but they have continued to harass with out giving me the opportunity to defend these false claims. I am not in the best position to pay or lose money on an account that is not mine. As a matter a fact, they lack to do their due diligence, which is required by law, meanwhile I'm in distress because it's preventing me from obtaining a stable job. Please, I would appreciate any assistance with this misleading company. I have attempted to explain that this account was fraudulently opened to set me up for failure, and is now impacting my personal and professional lifestyle.

Consumer Complaint: Sir/Maam, Good afternoon, we are submitting a fraud complaint on an account that was opened illegally and we are not receiving ANY assistance with Transworld Collection Agency. We have called them several times for the fraud packet and they still havent sent one to us and we have provided our address several times. The collection agency is contracted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). The first phone call to the debt collector was on XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) and we told them that it was fraudulent account and we would like to resolve it and get back our federal income tax that was applied to the debt. After the last phone on XX/XX/XXXX they said they will mail a fraud kit out residence and it should take a few days. We immediately went to the police department and filed a police report of the fraud. Over a month goes by and no " fraud kit ''. Around XX/XX/XXXX we get a letter from Transworld thinking it was the kit, unfortunately it wasn't. It was actually a statement from XXXX with the statement and balance of the account and they want us to sign and agree that the balance owned is in fact true and we agree to it ; that is completely ILLEGAL and not what we spoke about on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/2020 I called XXXX four times and I specifically asked for a supervisor/manager and the first representative said she will transfer me and all I got was " the number you have dialed is not in service ''. I called again with little to no assistance. The last call I was provided a number for Mr. XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX and I left a message to call me back ASAP ; it's XX/XX/XXXX and no phone call back from Mr. XXXX. At the end of the day we just want to file a fraud report, get our names from this account and get back our federal tax return. This particular fraud is hurting us financially and also affecting jobs. Below are some details about the account. Consumer Complaint: I visited the emergency room in XX/XX/2019. After that visit for months I received multiple bills for multiple services related to that visit and it was hard to keep track plus I was still mentally reeling from my medical issue. Unfortunately, I discovered that one of the bills went into collection : Transworld Systems Inc. I thought it was paid but received no documentation. I called the collection company ( Transworld Systems Inc ) who promised that if I just paid it there would be no adverse effect. However, I discovered months after the debt was satisfied that they still placed a negative account on my credit report. This is uncalled for after I was assured that my payment would satisfy any issues. When I called to ask that they remove it, they just said they would state that it is paid, which is still unacceptable. Additionally they offered me credit repair services to build my credit back up. This is totally a scam. I know that collection agencies do not have to report anything to credit bureaus, but they totally did as probably some lame attempt to drum up money for credit repair. I have only had one collection in my entire life and it happened at the worst possible time as I am trying to obtain a new mortgage loan.

Consumer Complaint: Left apartment on XX/XX/XXXX within approximately 2 weeks received a XXXX dollars charge because carpet had a 5 cm XXXX stain and they were going to replace all the carpet. I gave XXXX dollars, and was told that the rest was going to be sent for collection and did not took more payments. In XXXX I received a collection letter by TSI, I paid XXXX dollars. Expecting to received a subsequent charge and that continue with monthly installments. Did not received any, I emailed my apartment complex to get a contact number for TSI, they did not replied. Answered a call, and it was TSI collector, ask them to please send me another bill to do an installment, and asked for monthly payment plans. Told OK as long as I am paying. Again, did not received any information. Called TSI, to update address, and request a monthly payment plan. Agent, said this was recorded and requested, that I should be getting a stub. Received, paid XXXX dollars. Then, again did not received any more documents. I called, requested monthly payment plans and stub was sent, and paid another XXXX dollars. On XXXX, I received a call requested payments and explained to her that I been requesting monthly payments stubs, to do installments. Told to pay, via phone and that she could setup payment plan ( FIRST THE FIRST TIME ), I explained I did not feel comfortable giving my card or bank info, to please send me instructions by mail or email She hang up ( call in XXXX XXXX ). The following day this was sent to collection. I called back TSI, and an agent mentioned that even though I was doing monthly payments since this was not set up by an agent or documented, this was not shown as I was doing monthly installments, and they sent the charge to the Bureau. I did not received any collections or letter stating that this was going to happen, I was not informed. I am upset, since I was the one calling on a monthly basis to ask how to pay monthly, doing monthly XXXX dollar payments. Communicated my desire of paying, never denied a payment, expressed my interest and updated them ; and even though I did monthly payments and was in communication with them, they did not updated me about the situation and send my collection to the Bureau, when I was proactively paying and calling them, since I did not received letters/stubs unless I requested them. When I spoke to the agent on XX/XX/XXXX he said nothing to do from his end, that I needed to send a letter to corporate that I did. Requested to talk to supervisor, who said she will review case, but dismissed me. Since TSI has bad communication within their office, I just immediately paid the remaining balance, in order to avoid more issues with them. Per them all the conversions are audio recorded and documented. There is evidence I multiple times said " I do not refuse to pay, I am calling because I want to pay, though I can do this in monthly payments, please send me the stub to do my installment ''. They still did not communicated with me, and sent everything to the bureau, which will affect my credit score. This is an abuse, unfair, unjustified and careless. Please help me!
