Consumer Complaint: My debt is regarding a " Cleaning Fee '' in the amount of {$490.00} USD that is apparently owed due to my move-out. However nowhere in my lease contract states such cleaning fee or amount. I would have taken that in mind before even signing the lease, and make my own decision on to move in or not. I turned in my Move-out letter accordingly 60 days early as I was not renewing my lease. My Lease contract ended in XX/XX/XXXX, and I left the apartment in the same condition I moved-in. I'm a student and I had very little pieces of furniture. After receiving emails about the amount owed which at first was in the full amount of {$660.00} USD. I contacted the credit agency and asked what the fees were exactly. They weren't unable to tell me because they were waiting for a document to be submitted to them from the Apartment Complex. I contacted the apartment complex, and they weren't aware of anything. I called the Debt agency again because they had promised me they were going to once they received the itemized charges. They finally sent me a link were I was able to sign up and see what the charges were. I told them how outrageous and how there was no way I was going to pay some " cleaning fee '' when I know how I left the apartment. Also, taking in mind how the contract never disclosed such fee when you move out. I agreed to pay the other charges because they made sense to me, since on my last month living there my rent seemed to be a smaller amount that what I was usually paying monthly. So I went and gave them my credit card number and paid the other fees, which were mainly for Amenity fee {$0.00} USD, pest control {$7.00} USD, tenant rent {$61.00} USD, utilities admin chargeback {$12.00} USD, trash recovery {$11.00} USD, valet waste {$1.00} USD, sewer recovery {$23.00} USD, and water recovery {$50.00} USD. totaling {$160.00} USD paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I kept telling them that I was disputing the {$490.00} USD " Cleaning Fee '', because that was not part of the contract, and also because I left the apartment in the same cleaned condition I moved in to. I have contacted the Debt agency and they aren't able to do anything to make this right.

Please hope you can help me with this because it is effecting me more so with all that we have all been through with the pandemic.

I advised the lender of my bankruptcy discharge, they then filed for bankruptcy, sold the account to Youconomics. Youconomics then sold the account to UAS XXXX. I have called and emailed them about the discharge Gave them a copy and requested my payments for XXXX and XXXX returned. They advised it would take 3 weeks but it has been over a month with no new information and they continue to report the account to the credit agencies.

Consumer Complaint: Someone with my name has a collection and it was placed on my credit report. It is a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX. I have never used this utility company and have never lived in XXXX. I filed a dispute but Transworld and XXXX said they found it accurate and will not remove it. If investigator was smart, they can compare this collection with my credit report and addresses and conclude it was placed on my credit report in error and needs to be added to the person who used this utility company and lived in XXXX that has same name as me. I believe they just added it to mine by pulling my name, which is very uncommon. Please investigate and remove from my credit report, I have tried to keep a great credit report and this has caused me harm.

Consumer Complaint: I have always made my due payments on or ahead of time. I had fees on the account that I did not understand and called UAS, the loan servicer. After multiple attempts of holding and them dropping the call mid conversation I was unable to resolve the issue. I went online to make my minimum payement, but the website would not process my payement. I called again to speak to customer service and they did the same thing, on hold for twenty or so minutes and once I got connected the rep dropped the call. They reported me for 30 days delayed payement and ruined my credit score. I paid the amount due and they still have not wiped the incorrect reporting off my credit report, for something that it their own fault. I still have not been able to understand the charges that I was worried about.
