Consumer Complaint: My daughter visited XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX was advertised as a Tier 1 PPO Provider XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We were not advised that their provider was not credentialed. They took our insurance as usual. XXXX worked with XXXX XXXX XXXX until their claim was rejected on XX/XX/XXXX because the provider was not credentialed. They paid a reduced claim amount of {$38.00}. XXXX sent us a bill for the full {$140.00} amount. I disputed the amount and explained they had failed to credential their provider and offered the {$38.00} in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX did not respond to that letter. XXXX sent a demand letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ) as their credit collection agency. I returned the dispute form XX/XX/XXXX asking to verify debt, explaining that their provider was not credentialed even though they advertised XXXX XXXX status and that they didn't even have a " real '' name on the debt. XXXX XXXX nor TSI responded to my request. Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ) sent another debt collection letter on XX/XX/XXXX. They did not verify debt, they did not respond to two separate letters dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They did not stop debt collection until verification or responding to my requests. As far as I can tell, they are breaking all the rules.

XXXX would only state she was a third party representative for Trans World. XXXX was calling me at a inconvenient time while i was working. XXXX used used of obscene or profane language while asking questions that made very uncomfortable and caused me a great deal of XXXX XX/XX/2022 around XXXX I received another call from XXXX XXXX XXXX I told her not to call me asking for money that I do not owe her or the company she works for because I am not in contract with her company. I told XXXX XXXX she caused me a great deal of XXXX from her previous call on XX/XX/2022. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX then transferred my call over to her supervisor XXXX XXXX. I told XXXX to place me on the do not call list. I then asked for the name of the CEO of the company she works for. Consumer Complaint: Portfolio XXXX is making a fraud claim on a bill that I do not owe and never was sent. In XXXX my Light Company was and is still XXXX XXXX. They claimed that XXXX XXXX has sent them a bill from XXXX ( XXXX ) for the amount of {$180.00} dollars. Then when I called Portfolio they came back and said that the bill was from XXXX. All of these years I have not ever been sent a collections letter or a bill from XXXX XXXX. A couple of years ago they tried with XXXX XXXX XXXX and found out that XXXX XXXX XXXX said that they does not even use them as there collections company. I have no past due debts on my credit file. In XXXX my name was not the name used on the letter. You can see that they is attempting to scam and defraud me. Before XXXX I was with XXXX and then XXXX XXXX XXXX. You can see that all of my bills is not in the listed name on the scam and defraud letter from them. If the debt was in XXXX as claimed, why send the letter date XXXX, and why wait 13 years to attempt to collect a debit. TX Law says 7 years in order to attempt to collect a debt.

Consumer Complaint: I took this student loan, XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX to finance part of my medical schooling. During residency, from XXXX, I deferred the loan payments by submitting paperwork each year. The loan was due to enter repayment upon leaving residency, on XX/XX/XXXX. I called University Accounting Service , LLC ( UAS ), the company handling the loan, in XX/XX/XXXX to find out about the details of repayment. They sent a status letter on XX/XX/XXXX as the loan was now in repayment, which stated the total loan amount ( {$12000.00} ), interest rate 0 %, repayment schedule of {$100.00} monthly, with the next payment due XX/XX/XXXX. Beginning XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the {$100.00} on the XXXX of each month without fail, with an extra lump sum payment of {$3900.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. The statements I received from UAS through XX/XX/XXXX ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ) had no issues- it always showed that I paid the monthly amount of {$100.00} with 0 % interest rate and had {$0.00} interest balance, and that my next payment of {$100.00} was due at the end of the month, next on XX/XX/XXXX. Unexpectedly, this month, I received a past due notice of {$230.00} ( generated XX/XX/XXXX ). When I called to ask what this was about, the representative stated that my monthly payments had increased in XX/XX/XXXX to {$130.00} per month ( this was not communicated to me at all, not by email, mail, or phone ), that my interest rate is 6.25 %, and that interest had been accumulating all year at this rate even though their monthly statement documents showed 0 % interest rate from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX with {$0.00} interest balance as of XX/XX/XXXX. She was unable to help me further and could only escalate by sending an email to a supervisor. I called 4 more times that week in an attempt to speak with a supervisor to understand what was going on with the loan payments, each time being told that no one was available to help me and that someone would get in touch with me in several days. During the last call, the customer service representative hung up the call without completing it. When I investigated the interest rate, I found that the prime lending rate in XXXX ( when the loan actually entered repayment after being deferred during residency ) was 3.25 %.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX On XX/XX/2022, I received a bill for XXXX XXXX provided from out of network provider ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which was used by my in-network doctor. My insurance company, XXXX XXXX XXXX paid the out-of-network XXXX service base on their pricing schedule. However, the XXXX provider stated that the payment was too low and sent me a bill requesting an additional {$350.00} bill. XXXX XX/XX/2022, I called the billing department of the XXXX and also contacted XXXX. XXXX stated that they will send the provider a letter explaining that what paid to them was fail and ask them to stop billing me. XXXX XX/XX/2022, I received the second bill for the same amount. Accordingly, I contacted XXXX again and requested a review for the payment and services. XXXX XX/XX/2022, I received the letter from XXXX regarding my review request and again it confirmed that I should not be billed for any extra. I submitted a copy to the provider who told me that they are not satisfied with this and they continued asking me to pay the extra {$350.00}. I requested for the to give me additional XXXX to proceed with a personal appeal with XXXX XXXX XXXX but they refused. XXXX XX/XX/2022, I received a confirmation from XXXX and a new EOB where XXXX approved my appeal and paid the provider an additional {$210.00}. I contacted the provided with the new payment information but they informed me that my balance was sent to a collection agency and they have nothing to do for me. They also provided me with the collection agency information. XXXX XX/XX/2022, On the same day, I Contacted the collection agency, tsi , and they told me that they put a freeze for the collection until they verified the charges. XXXX XX/XX/2022, I received a letter from tsi showing my account and still not showing the additional payment XXXX made on XX/XX/2022 and kept asking me to pay the debt.

I've tried disputing this with yhe credit bureaus but keep getting an outcome that the creditor states I owe {$120.00}. I've paid in full back in XX/XX/2022 the full amount of not only the {$120.00} directly to Transworld Systems but for another medical debt with Transworld Systems as well. I've requested receipts of payment from creditor... still have not received. I've called Transworlds Systems who verifies there is no balance but they continue to report inaccurately to the credit bureaus. I've ask that they update with them and they refuse. I've filed disputes and at this point the credit Bureaus state they can't help.

Consumer Complaint: Received an attempt to contact me by a representative at Transworld Systems collection agency on XX/XX/2022. They did not leave a voicemail, so I called back to investigate. This phone call was an attempt to collect a debt that is not owed, no prior knowledge of the debt or the company that issued a request to collect a debt. They used an old address of mine to verify who I was. Details of the debt from the phone call : XXXX company requesting around {$69.00} debt collection from a bounced check. I told Transworld systems that this is a fraudulent check, I never use checks to pay for anything and I don't do any sort of gambling. I contacted transworld systems a second time to confirm some details and the last name they had on file for me is incorrect. They then removed my phone number from their contact list.
