Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems Inc. attempted to collect a debt ( electricity bill ) from me on XX/XX/2022. No phone calls were made, no voicemails were left, and no signature confirmation delivery was made to my home address. As a result, I did not know I had a debt until my credit score was attacked. I attempted to dispute this matter with Transworld Systems and with XXXX, but to no avail. The XXXX dispute result ( see attached ) recommended I dispute with Transworld Systems directly. Transworld Systems told me that they do not do derogatory mark deletion and that I need to contact a professional service to do so. I believe that this was a very unfair attempt at collecting a debt.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, This is my second time submitting complaint about XXXX XXXX XXXX. Back in XXXX we submitted loss mitigation hardship application to XXXX. Application was submitted on request from XXXX. XXXX rejected the hardship the words from XXXX repserventive he looked up the home prices in our area and saw our area people were not up side down on there mortgages like most of the country at the time. This is unfair we were not looking to sell we submitted the loss mitigation to keep our children in the home they grew up on. XXXX our credit was bad low XXXX because of the delinquency loan that XXXX did not approve in XXXX. We decided to sell in XXXX to get out from under the debt. We went back to XXXX told them we were selling and could they help? XXXX requested loss mitigation again and we submitted another W2 tax returns bank statements and letter explaining how we were moving over seas back to where we came from and take employment in XXXX. XXXX rejected loss mitigation again and said if we gave them a XXXX less than what was owned the home would go to short sale and this will slow your process to sell. We never got any letter explaining why the two loss mitigations were rejected. XXXX have now got a law firm blocking us from communicating. We have reported the lawyer to her state bar grievance board as she informed us our files were destroyed after the home sold. We have our files because the law firm was not been truthful. XXXX responded back to the CFPB this year saying they did not do loan modifications, CFPB there is a copy of this letter here for your records. I asked the lawyer last week for copy of my rejection letters no response. Also the lawyer that is representing XXXX said XXXX associates did not feel safe in there office after i said i would come to there office to pick up my files. I did say this but never made any threats. XXXX would be calling local authorities if they felt unsafe and not a lawyer. XXXX you are not been fair here that is why CFPB has been contacted. Consumer Complaint: I was monitoring my credit report the past week when a collection report showed up on my credit report of an unknown company I've never heard of, to look into that I reached out to the credit companies to find out it was a utility company based in Texas called XXXX. They tried to collect a bill by my name on their account which I believe my identity is stolen because I live in Oregon and have never live in the state of Texas and do not know anyone living in that state. Therefore my credit is currently damaged by this collection. I've reached out to XXXX and a customer service has insist I file a police report and also report on XXXX which I am doing now.

Consumer Complaint: After XXXX XXXX, I took out a loan from the XXXX. Due to economic reasons I could not start with the payments and they sent the account to a collection agency. At that time, we made a payment plan of {$120.00} per month, which was being debited from my account with no problem. In XXXX of this year I received a call stating that I had to pay the full amount and that if I didn't pay my wages would be garnished. Also that the agreement they had reached was a mistake, because it should have been for more money. I was surprised what happened. I had to ask a family member to lend me {$4400.00} to make a payment. Still, they want you to keep paying {$700.00} per month for 36 months. I've been trying to work out a lower payment deal and they don't want to help me. I need your help, I do not refuse to pay, but to establish a reasonable payment that I can meet. The collection company is Transworld.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a disputed apartment rental account for {$740.00} was resolved in my favor as the apartment management company could not prove that the amount they stated I owed for carpet repair was true and correct. I was also charged a rental late fee at time of move out. This was a final payment, not a regular rent payment which I had to mail and did so the last day that the apartment was in my name in XX/XX/XXXX. I moved out XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they acknowledged receiving payment on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I had to mail this payment as I am military member and was on PCS orders at that time and was not in the local area. I eventually paid the {$95.00} balance on account to avoid affecting my security clearance although I still dispute that amount as well. My credit report and rental record still erroneously reflect the full balance of the {$740.00} as a collection account. The account balance is wrong and I paid what was owed which was {$95.00}. Transworld needs to update the original amount owed on my credit report to {$95.00} as that what was actually owed. The {$740.00} original balance was erroneous, wrong, and incorrect as it was disputed and acknowledged as such.

Consumer Complaint: Trans World Systems Inc has reported the same debt 3 times to my XXXX credit report once on XX/XX/2022 and then 2 more times on XX/XX/2022 for a {$120.00} balance. They have not provided me with any notice of the collection efforts or a way to request validation of the debt. In fact they have not communicated with me at all and I only learned of the debt through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX feature. This is extremely unfair and unethical. I want these accounts removed from my credit report as reporting the same debt multiple times is fraud.
