Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the reporting of my account, Account # XXXX with XXXX opened XX/XX/XXXX is in violation of my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 16 CFR 313.7, 15 USC 1666a and 15 USC 1681 . I have sent the aforementioned company opt out notices and they have, and are, violating my rights by not complying with my opt out notices. Ive sent these notices to XXXX different addresses identified as XXXX ' Creditor Information addresses from my credit reports. I have requested XXXX, TransUnion and XXXX remove any and all information associated with my Avant Account # xxxxxxxxx due to violations being committed per regulations and laws under the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX CFR XXXX ) and the Privacy Act of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to no avail. Along with numerous other violations, XXXX reports the account with on time payments in XXXX of XXXX, while XXXX reports payments 30 days late in XXXX of XXXX and TransUnion has no payment history available. Also, XXXX has the account remarked with Unpaid balance reported as a loss by XXXX XXXX, transferred to another lender, TransUnion has it remarked as Purchased by another lender and XXXX has it remarked as Charged Off Account. In addition, XXXX, TransUnion and XXXX each have different addresses listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I, once again, am formally requesting XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion the remove the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opened XX/XX/XXXX from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/XXXX According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: I checked my credit report I come to find out XX/XX/XXXX a request to remove a personal statement that I am a victim of fraud and identity theft and that I should be contacted at phone number XXXX and they removed it XX/XX/XXXX I never requested that that needs to stay on my report for the duration of my life there's a data breach plus someone tried to steal my title to my home and I am a victim of identity theft and they remove that not at my request I tried to put it back on there it's not allowing me to do so and this needs to be put back on my credit report please note also TransUnion is the one that's doing this and transunion has also put a supplemental statement given the description of my property location a whole bunch of unnecessary information that's what I asked them and requested for them to remove which is my right and Dad they removed the identity theft part so I am beginning to feel like TransUnion one of their employees or somebody is in on identity theft and fraud those things have never been on my report as far as a description of my home that I purchase and an alert is on there that no credit is to be given until you contact me and verify that an account can be open they took that off I left me wide open I'm already a victim my mortgage company offered me special monitoring because of the data breach but I have been a victim of identity theft prior to that and now somebody has stolen my title to my home and my tax papers and all kind of things so this needs to be put back on my report they keep giving me the runaround I request credit reports they don't want to send them to me now they got me blocked out of my account I can not even get in or log in to see my credit report not the school just the credit report they're not allowing me to do that they're not allowing me to do anything. I tried communicating with these people to resolve this multiple times they're refusing to assist and they have remove essential information that will protect me as a consumer which is in violation under the Fair credit reporting act fcra please assist
