Consumer Complaint: Over the last 4 years I have tried to get the supposed debts validated or removed the bureaus refuse to do so. they also refuse to remove inaccurate information off of my report. XXXX also now refuses to allow me to do any disputes online etc. Transunion i can not see or even dispute my credit UNTIL i PAY them the XXXX a month. I have several collections that are from a debt buyer when the original account is at XXXX XXXX XXXX or more. But yet the debt buyer account shows as brand new and is ILLEGALY reaged and the bureaus refuse to fix or even remove them and they are substantially harming my credit. All my collections have failed to provide debt verification and the bureaus themselves have refused to act on my behalf.

Consumer Complaint: I did receive a response from TransUnion which they stated they would send me a Temporary password and a user name to view my credit file, they did not do this sense they told me they would. From the date they answered me back I have not as yet received any Temporary password or a user name to open my credit file. I check my e-mails all the time and there was nothing from TransUnion about any user name or Temporary pass word or anything else from TransUnion. I don't know why they did not keep their promise to me and the CFPB, after stating they would do this but so far they have refused to send the information they promise to send.

Consumer Complaint: I went to log into my Transunion account to make sure my credit report was locked. When I tried to log-in it said my account was suspended because they could not verify some information. Ive used this account for 5 years with no problem. So I called them, got routed to mobile messaging, they told me to call back. I call back and get a rep, only to be disconnected with no return phone call. Horrible Horrible way to handle someone's financial information. Have no way to unlock my account and it needs to be done by friday due to a loan that is currently pending.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Screening, Is reporting information I never permitted them to do so. This is a violation of HIPPA as well as State and Federal Laws. They have caused me housing on several occasions and even after reaching out. They still report information to rental agencies. Fringing on my rights to happiness, life, and more. This is not to mention TransUnion Credit Reporting Agency doing so, as well. I did not permit them to report on my behalf. Causing denials and harm to my rights for freedom, life, and happiness. It is illegal to report any negative information, report without consent, provide any information to anyone without my consent, report without my consent, and more. Both Entities continue to do so, I am going to apply for another unit, to prove their disregard for the law. Causing me issues with housing, happiness, credit, and more.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2024, I received my monthly credit report update from XXXX, which my FICO XXXX score was XXXX and had all of my accounts on it. On XX/XX/2024, I received an email from XXXX and XXXX that my score dropped XXXX points. When I checked the report it only had my new XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX but my entire credit profile was now GONE. I contacted Transunion and the rep assured me that everything was still the same and that nothing has changed from the XXXX credit score report. Then a few minutes ago I received an encrypted email from Transunion with an updated credit report, which only showed 1 account on it. I need my preexisting credit profile back! XXXX accounts are now missing.

Consumer Complaint: Was not able to access my account when third party company said my account was frozen. When I notify company they said it was not, I told them of my ongoing issues with TransUnion and it's now over a year and problem has been effecting my way of living. After doing more research I decided to call a number on the report. Turns out one of the issues they mixed up my info with my son 's. Caused me catastrophic problems in my life.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to initiate a fraud alert with Transunion on XX/XX/24 after I noticed fraudulent rental history on my transunion credit report, but I was denied access to my account and transunion would not allow me to file an alert even after speaking with customer service. I was told I could not log onto my account and alert to fraud until I had sent Transunion a photo id and documents that show my residency. Do to the pressing nature of fraud, I believe consumers have the legal right to alert to fraud on their account in a way that is not unreasonable or difficult for the consumer.
