XX/XX/2022 Request from SPS to provide copy of Homeowners Insurance Policy to SPS XX/XX/2022 Sent via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to SPS XXXX. XXXX. XX/XX/2022 Confirmed delivery w/signature " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SPS with documents requested. XX/XX/2022 Request from SPS for " HOA Master XXXX XXXX ''. XX/XX/2022 Phone call with " XXXX '' to inquire about request from XX/XX/2022. Informed were in possession of XXXX XXXX XXXX, just needed the Master HOA policy now. XX/XX/2022 Contacted agent XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/2022 Confirmed fax from agent for XXXX had been sent and received by SPS. XX/XX/2022 via XXXX mailed hard copy of XXXX XXXX Policy to Insurance Address XX/XX/2022 Received CERTIFIED LETTER " SECOND AND FINAL NOTICE '' from SPS threatening costs to us to purchase insurance for the said property. XX/XX/2022 Spoke with SPS Rep who advised uploading documents through portal as " XXXX '' stated our loan shows our insurance policy as " MISSING '' XX/XX/2022 Documents uploaded to SPS via their portal ( THIRD TIME ) XXXX NOTICE FROM INSURANCE COMPANY TRAVELERS CANCELLATION OF POLICY DUE TO NON-PAYMENT BY MORTGAGEE. This company has made it impossible to conduct business or to reach necessary personnel to assist you. I spent two days navigating the insurance department phone maze with no success for connecting to a human. I have contacted personnel, I have mailed with proof of delivery receipt documents, my agent for the XXXX has faxed necessary documents with proof of receipt.Now we are in a very dangerous position should we suffer any sort of loss due to their continued intentional negligence with regard to our mortgage. They have failed to exercise their legal responsibilities and duties according to law. We kindly request an investigation and answers. We have exhausted all our possible avenues and are not receiving adequate responses or assistance. Thank you in advance for your help.

LETTER SENT TO SPS This document is a Living Testimony in the form of an AFFIDAVIT and is in response to a letter from SPS Select Portfolio Servicing Inc. dated XX/XX/XXXX. The SPS letter is addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The SPS letter is attached and returned with this response. Line one of the SPS letter states : YOUR MORTGAGE HAS BEEN REFERRED FOR LEGAL ACTION. The next line of SPS letter states SPS has referred your account for legal action, you may still be able to avoid foreclosure. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man live in and own unencumbered 5 XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ] I XXXX XXXX XXXX am an American woman with Inherited Sovereignty. I XXXX XXXX XXXX was born on American Soil. My husband is XXXX XXXX XXXX, an American man with inherited sovereignty. XXXX XXXX XXXX was born on American Soil. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man are not XXXX citizens. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man, identify as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The SPS letter is addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is a soulless legal fiction. XXXX XXXX is a soulless legal fiction. Soulless legal fictions can not contract. Any contract that may exist titled as addressed in this letter is not a woman or a man and therefore can not enter a contract. We, XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man, are not the legal fiction printed on the SPS letter. We XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX do not have a contract with SPS, nor do we consent. That said XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man will not ignore the letter from SPS. We XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man, agree to pay any financial obligation which we lawfully owe on the condition that SPS provide the following : 1. Validation of the debt that is the actual accounting. 2. Verification of the SPS claim against XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man that is a signed invoice. 3. A copy of the contract binding, both parties SPS and XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man in a letter by registered mail that there is an independent witness to it having been delivered. 4. Full disclosure. Proof that XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man, were told that they would create the credit with our wet ink signature. 5. Equal consideration. Proof that SPS brought something of value to the contracting table. 6. Lawful terms and conditions. The terms and conditions should not be based upon fraud. 7. The wet ink signatures of both parties. Corporations can not sign because they have no right or mind to contract since they are soul-less legal fictions ; and furthermore, no third party can sign a contract on their behalf. I XXXX XXXX XXXX and my husband XXXX XXXX XXXX do own land/property. As we XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man discovered in XXXX all our property is unencumbered from lawful interest. As we XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man and most everyone now know banks and financial institutions do not lend money. Banks are not able to loan their own or depositors money, under Federal Law. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man were led to believe that a Promissory Note we sign is a document that binds us to make repayment of money that the lender ; XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX was loaning us to refinance property we acquired. There was no disclosure as to the effect that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was not loaning any of their money to XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and my XXXX XXXX XXXX a man and therefore the Bank took no risk whatsoever in the transaction. It was not disclosed to XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man that according to FEDERAL LAW, banks are not allowed to loan credit and are also not allowed to loan their own or their depositors money. In the federal courts, it is well established that a national bank has no power to lend its credit to another by becoming surety, endorser or guarantor. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX F XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ; A national bank has no power to lend its credit to any person or corporation. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX denied in XXXX XXXX Ct XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Banks steal money by letting their employees lie and pretend that the bank is lending money. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX by their representatives lied and pretended to lend us, XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man money. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX did not lend XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man money. Instead XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man jointly by each of their signatures on a specified promissory note provided money/credit for their property. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX prepared a promissory note and a Deed of Trust for XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man to sign. The promissory note was signed but was flawed thereby inapplicable for its purpose. The Deed of Trust was never signed. The unsigned Deed of Trust is in XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man possession and control. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man discovered the fraud perpetrated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX years after. Suspected fraud in the undertaking was confirmed via a professional audit and a hired detective. We, XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and my husband XXXX XXXX XXXX a man filed a lawsuit against many actor Banks and Financial institutions who participated in this extended fraud. The lawsuit named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and SPS. As a result of this lawsuit the judge issued a minute order following a Defendant demurrer which led to dismissal of the case. Per the court order a real party in interest for any liability caused by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Federal Department Insurance Corporation FDIC. FDIC is a receiver of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and the party in interest for liabilities caused and created by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Based upon this order of the court we, XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man redirected our remedy and discovered another. This remedy is based upon public policy as outlined by TILA ( truth in lending act ). It is designed to punish banks who play outside of rules and ethics. This is most all banks. Based upon the Supreme Court ruling by XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man prepared a Notice of Right to Cancel original XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX fraudulent transaction. The cancellation was notarized and mailed to the FDIC with supporting case law. According to law the FDIC had twenty days from the time it was received by them to object to XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man claims of cancellation. FDIC could do this by filing a lawsuit. No objection occurred. This letter/notice is XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man response to an SPS threat by inquiry that states money is owed to SPS. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man response to SPS is that NO financial obligation to SPS exists by us that is owed to SPS. We have no contract and we do not consent. XXXX XXXX XXXX, a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX are the victims in the fraud to which SPS did partake. The initial fraud was perpetrated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man signed an inadequate promissory note. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man are the only signatures that appear on the document. Under common law this was not and is not a contract. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX was printed on the front of the note as the lender. This was not true. XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man, their signature on the note created the money/credit to fund the transaction. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX did not disclose this nor did the bank disclose that the Note would be immediately sold and securitized. Fraud vitiates [ makes void ] any contract that arises from it. Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments [ XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ] In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claimed to be a servicer for a bankrupted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was not true. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX utilized a lie to pillage income and wealth from XXXX XXXX XXXX a woman and XXXX XXXX XXXX a man for 20 years. The following Criminal Codes have been and are violations perpetrated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, SPS and co-conspirators i.e., XXXX XXXX XXXX Notice of violation of 18 U.S. Code 1341 - Frauds and swindles Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a presidentially declared major disaster or emergency ( as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5122 ) ), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than {>= $1,000,000} or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both. If such a communication is addressed to a United States judge, a Federal law enforcement officer, or an official who is covered by section 1114, the individual shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both. Have there been at least two predicate acts of Fraud by the parties involved? Have the people involved used any type of electronic communication in this Fraud such as telephone, faxing or email? It is obvious that those questions will be answered with a resounding YES! If that is the case, then the Fraud that has been discussed here falls under the XXXX statutes of Federal Law. Consumer Complaint: During 2020 due to XXXX I lost much of my income from my small business. I applied to get unemployment but was turned down. I contacted my mortgage company - XXXX XXXX XXXX to let them know I was having financial hardship and they said I was not eligible for refinancing or a loan modification. I asked why and they told me that that is what came back in their system. I have never gotten a straight or real answer from them. I offered to pay in a couple lump sums as I earned the money but they said it was all or none. I contacted the organization in WV to get guidance on what my alternative were and I never heard back ( I left my name and number 4 times over a two week period ). I have never received a notice from my mortgage company but I have had two realtors come to my door telling me that my mortgage is in foreclosure and did I want to sell. I would rather work this out and pay back the amount over a period of time if possible. I just feel I'm out here alone with no assistance, no resources and no where to turn. I feel that XXXX XXXX XXXX is a predatory company who do not share the resources available to home owners in need.

Consumer Complaint: I have a mortgage loan ( Convention 30 yr ) with Select Portfolio Services , Inc ( Loan # XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( cell ). I've applied for the Pandemic hardship and submitted documentation according to the application procedures set out by the lender. However, during that process when nearing the XX/XX/ 2021 date, SPS began practicing predatory lending practices. For example, I would complete the documentation submission for Pandemic hardship application yet, SPS would kick it back as incomplete stating that I needed to submit a " Retirement Payout ( Income ) documents '' to which I would submit numerous documentations, ( upload to the SPS portal a written doc, send an email, and call my relationship manager ) stating that that document does not apply to me as I was not receiving any retirement income and it was as if they were continuing to make claims that my application was incomplete by requesting documents either already submitted or asking for documents that do not apply to me. Once I realized the predatory behavior was intentional vying the equity on my home and they seemed to be just postponing a " pandemic Hardship '' decision till the XX/XX/2021 when loan pause was removed by congress ( moratorium on Mortgage ) so that they could gain on my property and begin gaining rights to my equity and potentially sell the property. Consumer Complaint: This is the second complaint against this company. What is being conducted is this Company is asking for new documents even though the same documents were emailed to this company and they received them. This is a continued and direct process to not do a loan modification. This company is continuing to conduct a REPEAT CYCLE of asking for the SAME DOCUMENTS they already have in their possession. Now this is what this company is doing in an effort to deceive and lie and continue to REFUSE to give me a LOAN MODIFICATION. But the unbelievable part is how their employees are scripted to try and get you to state you need to go into a fore bearance. I applied for a Loan Modification. This is their REPEAT CYCLE now : 1. Sending notification that ALL DOCUMENTS were received and it will take up to 30 days to make a decision. 2. Having strange people taking pictures of your house, over and over and when questioning the person as to why they taking pictures again, the answer is I dont know why the Mortgage Company is taking so many pictures. This is straight up harassment. 3. I get a notification with pictures of other homes with what the prices are in comparison to my home. Cycle starting over again- now asking for repeat documentation that was ALREADY accepted, now wants new updated. 4. And now a new one : Documentation that my Husbands Social Security is being deposited, although this was sent on XX/XX/21. And the cycle continues over and over. I will continue to pay my mortgage although late. What they gon na ask for next that they already have? This is the 19th repeat cycle this company has conducted. As you can see the 30 DAYS STARTS OVER FROM DATE THEY SEND ANEW MISSING DOCUMENTS NOTIFICATION.

Consumer Complaint: Briefly ; SP Servicing, post Forbearance dated XX/XX/XXXX to present. XXXX ( XXXX ) additional payments were debited from our XXXX XXXX XXXX account, without authorization from us. We are fine if however these additional XXXX payments would be applied to our monthly contractual ratified agreement. SP Servicing however is not providing credit for the additional funds debited and has stated that these funds were applied directly to principal. This action was never discussed and / or approved by us. Attached is a copy of our XXXX XXXX XXXX statements, showing this action by SP Servicing, again who was not authorized to take funds from our account. WE have had 5 or more phone calls, consisting of 40 plus minutes each on the phone, to no avail or solution. We are concerned SP Servicing is leading us towards a notice of default filing come XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the CFBP already once about the XXXX / XXXX XXXX AND SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICE about my mortgage a few weeks back and I didnt have this information to provide about these 2 companies that will provide more definitive information that I knew absolutely nothing about either of these companies in XXXX nor did XXXX XXXX that I was about to finalize my refinance with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX my homeowners insurance I was put in as the Mortgage Company to send my homeowners insurance policy bill to be paid out of my escrow account that XXXX XXXX already had set up that included my monthly mortgage payment, my homeowners insurance coverage and my property taxes to be taken care of by XXXX XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX when I was going to refinance my mortgage at a 2.00 % Fixed 30 year mortgage, XXXX XXXX RAN 3 CREDIT SCORE REPORTS ON ME BEFORE I COULD REFINANCE my mortgage and my credit score was PERFECT. I have never missed any payments on anything so I only had a car payment with XXXX XXXX and my mortgage payment with XXXX XXXX and I strongly reiterate that XXXX XXXX was shocked that my credit score was perfect, I have never missed a payment on anything and if I had XXXX XXXX would have known by XX/XX/XXXX. I had my mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX and I refinanced my mortgage with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, was notified by XXXX and XXXX with a better interest rate only and nothing changed except my mortgage payment went down about $ XXXXmonth because of the decreased interest rate AND I WAS NOTIFIED. When I bought my house in XXXX, I also added an INSURANCE POLICY in with. my mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX for an added protection that my go use would be Paid In Full by the insurance policy that also transferred over to XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX in case I was killed in an accident or I became XXXX XXXX XXXX. The insurance policy would pay off my mortgage. Then XXXX XXXX merged with XXXX XXXX I was again notified by certified mail that I HAD TO SIGN FOR AND A RECEIPT was sent back to both institutions with a signed receipt with the date and signature on itXXXX XXXX went out of Business after the merger just like the merger that my Credit Union is mergin with another bank right now because the bank that is called XXXX XXXX can not provide the same rates and assets that my my institution XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IS able to provide and XXXX Bank will not exist any longer just as XXXX had to shut down for a while and rebuild their institutions over several years of being shut down. HOWEVER again when that merger took place nothing changed in the terms of my mortgage. I AM going to provide some information to the Cfob association and also with the Federal Trade Commission to prove that XXXX XXXX and now this Select Portfoliio are both FRADS, SCAMS and Definitely have DISCRIMINATED AGAINST MYSELF BECAUSE OF MY XXXX OF XXXX XXXX. My mortgage was paid off because of the Insurance policy that I had taken out 7 years ago and I had forgotten about until XXXX was processing the Insurance policy because I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. However somehow XXXX XXXX and now this Select Porftfolio have devised up a conspiracy that 2 representatives of XXXX XXXX claimed a few days as I was about to close the deal to finance my home with XXXX XXXX for the purposes of making necessary adjustments and improvements to my home to accommodate myself and some of my friends that are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my XXXX XXXX has to help me get my friends into my house because Select Portfolio and XXXX XXXX have illegally committed XXXX discrimination acts against myself, my friends and my XXXX XXXX because they have obtained my title for my property and I cant get the necessary improvements done to my home because the 2 criminal institutions have somehow acquired the title of my property, screwed up my credit score to the point that I cant get my home refinanced because both of these institutions have sent in fraudulent information to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX claiming that I am 90 days past due in my mortgage that they dont have. I have a recorded conversation with 2 representatives of XXXX XXXX XXXX one in customer service and the other representative was in consumer affairs that both told me on the recorded conversation with XXXX XXXX representatives on XX/XX/XXXX with their consent so one of the representatives was named XXXX XXXX XXXX, ith my elderly mother and my son being present, both of XXXX XXXX representatives couldnt access anything about myself, my house, name, social security number not a XXXX thing about anything that his institution should have had if he had legally obtained my mortgage. The lady who was the supervisor of XXXX XXXX Consumer Affairs Division stated that XXXX XXXX NEVER had my mortgage but she had access to another Database that showed XXXX was contesting the company of XXXX XXXX XXXXr claimed to have bought my mortgage mortgage but she said that he had not and my title looked to be processed by the XXXX XXXX Courthouse of South Carolina XXXX I called the Courthouse and asked the director why she had not filed my title to my property and of course she put me on hold. She came back to the phone claiming that they had never received my cleared title from XXXX XXXX company and I told her that she was wrong. She didnt like that I was telling her that she was wrong cocked her attitude but READ THIS CAREFULLY. I told her to pump her brakes because I gave her the exact date and times that her office received the clear title twice but she didnt know that I had XXXX XXXX in on the conversation and she cocked her attitude again but I told her that if she was the director over the department of Titles and Deeds, it didnt surprise me but the Federal Government were probably already investigating her and if she had been doing that job for 16 years, she needed to be fired because I cant imagine how many others in XXXX XXXX she had done this way. Then XXXX XXXX come into the conversation gave her the names and time to who received the information and then she claimed that lady had retired. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but if she was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because we had some questions. However my Title was never found but now this XXXX XXXX and Select Portfolios Service have all of a sudden turned me into the credit bureas, screwed up my credit score and discriminated against myself and my XXXX friends that my XXXX XXXX sees them come to my door, grabs his pulling harnesses and the strap that we use to help my friends and family into my house. My dog is like me and helps anyone never thinking about how its making him feel. However I am deteriorating my health and spreading up the progress of my XXXX XXXX progressing and shortening the health and life of my XXXX XXXX. So now that I have put it exactly how I feel, I am going to file charges against these companies with the Federal Trade Commission as well as the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for violating my rights and my XXXX XXXX rights rights that are protected under all of the FEDERAL LAWS OULINED NY THE ADA ACT OF XXXX, and revised in XXXX. Heres the evidence that I didnt have before I filed my first complaint. However I dont want these companies feel like the XXXX XXXX because I have filled lawsuits against the XXXX XXXX Sheriffs Department XXXX South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and South Carolina for law enforcement officers excessive use of force on me, assaulted me, tackled me onto an outside iron couch for no legitimate reason other than these law enforcement agencies were too XXXX ignorant as to looking into factual evidence that my soon to be ex-wife, her 2 cousins and her family had stolen my identity, took full possession of my personal information, my medical records and an email account that I havent been able to access since XX/XX/XXXX. I have definitive evidence to that fact and I am filing criminal charges against every XXXX one of these individuals and filing lawsuits against them as well because my new divorce attorney is also licensed as a lawyer that can file Federal charges and lawsuits against everyone that has violated my Civil Rights and that includes XXXX XXXX and SPS Portfolio or whatever the XXXX their name is or stands for. So understand that is what I am going to have my lawyer file against these 2 companies for XXXX Discrimination, VIOLATING MY CIVIL RIGHT LAWS PROTECTED BY THE ADA ACT AND FOR MY UNITED STATES COMMISSIONED XXXX XXXX XXXX, because he has just as many Civil Rights like s as ll Americans have. I dont threaten anyone but I am tired of filing complaints, so I am going to copy and paste this final email to everyone that I have just stated and believe me that you all are going to pay for everything that my lawyer is going to charge each entity, company, individuals related to all of these actions against myself, my son and my sXXXX XXXX. However XXXX XXXX and this Select Portfolios also claimed to have bought my mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX but again as the document from SPS Portfolio claimed that the 2 companies of XXXX XXXX bought again according to SPS Services documents that I received Thursday XXXX XXXX claimed that XXXX XXXX bought my mortgage AGAIN XXXX XXXX and SPS XXXX stated that they bought my mortgage AGAIN AS WELL on XX/XX/XXXX. If I bought something in XX/XX/XXXX, I sure as XXXX will never buy it again FROM MYSELF. I WOULD SAY EXPLAIN THAT BUT THAT CANT BE EXPLAINED AT ALL. XXXX BOUGHT MY MORTGAGE IN XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX but XXXX XXXX and SPS Portfolio claimed to have bought my mortgage mortgage also on XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. THAT IS FRAUD BY THESE 2 COMPANIES, ONLY 1. ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. and 2. ) SELECT PORTFOLIOS SERVICE. ONLY YHESE 2 for this one complaint but the other 2 that really did have my mortgage, I am not wanting anything from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXy. They did everything legally. Let the XXXX XXXX Courthouse, XXXX XXXX Sheriffs Department, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and the State Governor that I am filing charges and lawsuits against all of them also if you would like to because I dont discriminate. They are public entities that violated my Civil Rights but my wife and her family, I promise anyone that they will be charged with Federal Charges and I personally am going to sign those warrants for their arrest directly under my lawyers names.THSNK YOU

Consumer Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing has been the server receiving my mortgage payments for almost 2 years. And out of the 2 year time frame, my mortgage statements have arrived late, numerous times. Usually around the XXXX or XXXX of the month. When I call to inform them, they would say, pay $ XXXX {$25.00} each time to pay online or by phone. Or give them my bank Info. I would refuse, and explain, that if they mailed the mortgage statements early enough, there would not be an issue. After each complaint, in retaliation, SPS would send my mortgage statements later each month, or report falsified information to the credit bureau, causing my credit to drop. In three days my credit score dropped XXXX points. I love a paper trail. It has been one issue or another with this company. Select Portfolio Servicing is engaging in unfair, deceptive, illegal practices. I mailed my XXXX payment XX/XX/2022, the same day I received it and they still have not been posted the payment. In the 2 year time frame I have paid on time, but SPS sent me a late notice but waived the fee. I have never payed late. SPS is deliberately not posting my payments on time. Moreover, I checked my 3 credit report, and SPS reported that I have an account, with the number # XXXX, which is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan. This is not my account number, this information is fraudulent and the information has been falsified. My account number is # XXXX and I don't have, or ever had a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have a FHA loan. FHA XXXX XXXX : XXXX. The address on this fraudulent account is in XXXX, FL. However, I send my mortgage payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX UT XXXX. The credit report states, it was updated on XX/XX/2022. Who updated it?
