Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021, when I tried to transfer my balance and payment, I found I can't access my money. XXXX EUR and XXXX USD. So I contacted Paypal support via XXXX. I told them the problem. First time, they asked me to create a second PayPal account in the country I am currently living in, once the secondary account is created the funds in the U.S balanced can be sent to the new second account. But it didn't work. Second time, they asked me try with a different mode of payment or try after XXXX hours. But it didn't work, too. Third time, they asked me to verify my XXXX account. But it didn't work, too. Forth time, they asked me to wait it get normal. But it didn't work, too. Fifth time, they asked me to call them, but it's not save for me. Sixth time, I proved my money is legal few days ago, but after I provide my ID there is no answer anymore. I felt that their process was very confusing, I felt discriminatory, and I felt that they didn't want me to take my legitimate funds. It put a huge burden on my life and credit during the hard times.

Consumer Complaint: I first contacted Venmo on XX/XX/2023 and asked them to help with my account because I was getting an error code. They told me to Waite 24 hours and it would work I waited more than 2 weeks and it has still not worked. Ive asked them if there was an outage they said no but another representative there said there was. I have funds in my account that I cant access and they basically told me theres nothing they can do for me and all I can do is Waite and see if one day that it might work. The money on the account was used for bills and such and now Im over drafted and have late fees and so on.

After a while, I decided to contact PayPal to change my account back to a personal account because I realized I could not send my money to a card. after I contacted them for some reason my account got a permanent limitation and I was banned from PayPal.
