Consumer Complaint: My account of paypal restricted between XXXX XXXX, then recovered. After that at XXXX I sold a item sent it through dpd you can find it there https : XXXX And I also got another sale to united states XXXX XXXX. Now they forever stricted me first at XXXX ok XXXX recovered. XXXX restrict again, XXXX ok recovered, normal as their message said. Now XXXX restrict again, it really hurt my business, they said there are activity they can not support but after XXXX XXXX I did nothing. Between XXXX made a sale but need time to send it, between XXXX I did nothing why unfroze and froze again? I contacted grailed which I made sale on, which they said clearly they need my account normal to have the button to release money on paypal. If they restrict me forever due to I didn't do anything they would hold my money forever, now they paypal even ask me to refund, how can I refund the items I already sent??? Need my account get normal.

Consumer Complaint: On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX I received notification of unauthorized activity on my account from Venmo. I was in process of following their instructions to remedy ( change passwords etc ) and was froze out of my account. I have talked to 8 different customer specialists..been dancing in circles with them doing this and that and everything and still can't log in to my account. Keeps giving me an error code : apparently this is an issue with Venmo and their engineers can't figure it out. I can't log in..my card was cancelled and they have my funds. I have 11 different ticket numbers where they are working on it..which we now know is a lie.

Consumer Complaint: I currently can not log into my Venmo account whatsoever. Each attempt is met with an error, as follows : XXXX Exception : Unauthorized action. I XXXX this problem, and discovered that there are many other Venmo users struggling with the issue, and it has been ongoing for some of them as early as XX/XX/23. When those other users have contacted Venmo support, they have either been told nothing can be done or to try again in 24 hours. This is an inexcusable pattern that is clearly kicking the can down the road rather than addressing the consumer issue. They have not publicly reported this problem, and are not interested in helping users get access to their funds.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I attempted to access my Venmo account. When logging in, I received an error message : " oauth2 exception : unauthorized action.. ''. I attempted to change my password to resolve the issue, but still received the same error message. I contacted customer service through Venmo 's Contact Us page : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response informing me that my login attempt was declined for " security reasons '', and that if I waited XXXX hours, I would be able to log in without issue. I waited XXXX hours, and attempted to log in again, and received the same error message. I contacted customer service again to see why I was still not able to log in. I have over > {$1000.00} in my Venmo account ( I can not confirm the exact amount because I am currently unable to access my account ), and don't have access to those funds while I am locked out of my account.

Consumer Complaint: I paid {$350.00} and ordered a dress on XX/XX/23, the seller promised me that will provide tracking number in XXXX hours, never did. Contacted him maybe XXXX times to get at least the tracking number, he promised will provide next day, after that never responded to my several emails. Until today don't have tracking number and my order. And I believe it was a scam. I need my full refund. Tried to contact him today too, and again no response. Was promised that I will receive the dress in XXXX days. On XX/XX/23 I received XXXX inches empty envelope, I didn't understood who sent this envelope, but suspected that at the last days the seller sent me something to show that I received something for your decision. This is a scam an fraud. I ordered from the seller a dress for my wife. It is now way that the dress could fit in XXXX inches empty flat envelope, and you Paypal without going into details, decided to close on the seller 's favor. This seller is a scammer and cheater. Attached please find pictures of my order and the empty envelope, where you can see the same tracking number.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I contacted the company in regards to not getting into my account. The original reason why I couldnt get on was due to me having an unrecognized device as my cell phone had water damage on the screen. Once that was resolved, they had. the company in regards to not getting into my account. They couldnt explain why it did it or how, and they havent given me answers on when it would be resolved, when Ill have access to the funds, etc. I asked to close my account and transfer it into a new one or transfer to my bank they said no. They havent given me no answers, and no timeline. It has been seven days. I told them that this is causing me extreme stress due to the fact I have to feed my kids and thats all the money I have. My storage unit is locked out because I cant pay the bill due to me not having access to my funds. They have came up with no solution to help me and have avoided any contact of telling me anything other than Im sorry.

Consumer Complaint: PayPay uses XXXX XXXX for payment services. I was an auto pay. Since XX/XX/2023 PayPal claims my payments is being reversed by my bank XXXX I checked with my bank and payments are going through. Furthermore I was on a special plan to pay for items purchased and those were going through. XXXX explained that as ACH transactions it should have gone through on date of transaction XXXX day of month ) transactions were not. I am being charged {$41.00} dollars in late fees, interest daily, {$10.00} to pay by phone ( never disclosed ) my account is now over {$200.00} more than what it was in XXXX. Today XX/XX/2023 a charge for XXXX appeared - I didnt use XXXX. I think this is usery. They closed my account ( they did this the last time I complained BTW ) and it affected my credit.
