Nobody will give me a reason for why this was done, I never violated any rules, yet they refuse to release my money

Consumer Complaint: The seller from PayPal shipped my item to the wrong address so I was supposed to be covered for that by PayPal 's buyer protection program but they sided with the scammer ( CASE ID : XXXX ). I checked the tracking information with XXXX and they informed me that the name and address on the package was completely different. But PayPal still sided with the scammer. PayPal misadvertised their buyer protection program.

Consumer Complaint: Paypal Account Limitation So I was notified on about first week of XXXX that my paypal account was limited and they requested for additional documents to verify that account belongs to me. I submitted their requested and waited. After few days, I got another notification that my account to limited permanently, they did not mentioned the reason why my account was put into limitation. So I called the customer service and explained the situation and asked why my account it put into limitation and i have submitted the documents they requested and still not solved. I also asked the reason why it was put into limitation and the customer service told that they can not disclosed the reason with me and i had to wait 180 days to access my funds if there is any and my account will permanently limited and i won't be able to use paypal anymore.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from Paypal out of nowhere stating that they have decided to permanently limit my account. I use Paypal to make purchases with my credit card from many online retailers, but the only selling I do on Paypal is for clothing and nothing else and I have been selling clothing for the last 4 years with no problems. I called them 3 times, the first two times the agents told me they were not allowed to tell me why my account was deemed as a risk but after reviewing my transactions they told me it must be a mistake and should be resolved within 24 hours. Nothing happened in a week so I called again where a Paypal agent by the name of XXXX was extremely rude and told me there was nothing I could do. I requested to speak with a supervisor and she told me one would call me within the day. It has been nearly a week and no supervisor has contacted me. I currently have {$1000.00} in my account which I was planning to use for rent that they are not letting me access. My email for the Paypal account is : XXXX This has brought me a ton of stress and has effected my wellbeing. I have attached a restriction notice that is available for me to view on my Paypal account 's notification center, a screenshot of my Paypal account main page, and a piece of photo identification for myself.

Consumer Complaint: On, XX/XX/2021, I received an email stating I have been permanently banned from Paypal. The reference number is Ref ID - XXXX. The same day, I contacted Paypal to determine the reason for being permanently limited and the customer representative stated my account was flagged due to a XXXX XXXX note from one of my transactions. I buy and resell sports cards and memorabilia, and have contacted Paypal prior to acknowledging the many transactions that arise on my account. On the same day, XX/XX/2021, I appealed the reasoning and three days later I was denied without any explanation. I have contacted Paypal multiple times and have not been given any information, rather than wait 6 months for my funds to be released. HOWEVER, Paypal is not releasing funds to accounts that are limited but taking your account balance and sending it themselves for violating their user agreement. That is a fact, there are many instances recently of Paypal taking entire account balances. I have over {$44000.00} in my PayPal account. My Paypal account was terminated on a {$50.00} payment that an individual put XXXX XXXX in the notes. I am baffled that a {$50.00} payment justifies holding {$44000.00}, that is someones livelihood. That is my life savings just being held in limbo for 180 days without any assistance from Paypal. It is a pandemic, what does Paypal do with your money for 180 days? Loan Program?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I had the sum of XXXX sent to me from the proceeds of the bitcoin i sold from binance platform, immediately the money dropped into my paypal account, paypal threw my account to account limitation, then i called and explained the transaction and i was told that the limitation will be lifted with 24hrs to 72hours. I have made 5 calls to the very rude and inhospitable customer service representatives and i was assured that the limitation will be lifted. To my amazement on XX/XX/2021 the account was permanently closed with my funds in it, then i was told i can not claim my money for 180days! without any form of empathy! I even explained an emergency i had, but they were not concerned. There is XXXX transaction which i remembered is a survey platform that helps you earn when you answer questions, they claimed it was fraudulent transfers. Kindly use your good office to claim back my money for me please, i am in dare need of it. I have provided them my International passport, my bank statement and all they required and i am ready to provide whatever they need, i do not engage in any fraudulent activity.

Consumer Complaint: PayPal closed my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back up and going. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be. I have not been able to get help from them for days but I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is effecting me a great deal as I used PayPal I have to pay bills I received my Benefits there and Im having trouble withdrawing them I have to pay rent.
