Consumer Complaint: PayPal closed my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back up and going. I am not sure if this is some mistake but I assume it has to be. I have not been able to get help from them but I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is effecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. I use PayPal for XXXX ( 100 % rating, no negative reviews ) as well as an intermediary for Coinbase ( PayPal is the only way to withdraw from Coinbase ). My email linked to my PayPal is XXXX. I've tried calling PayPal 5 times ( now the automated response says my account can not be discussed by phone ), I've tried reaching out by XXXX ( put on a 'first come, first serve ' list where my position has never come, I've tried emailing every email address I've been given to seek more information on why my account has been permanently limited and why I've been blacklisted from PayPal . I've tried using PayPal 's Message Centre which gives me unhelpful automated responses to which I can not reply. I have thousands of dollars locked in PayPal and will continue to pursue what's right.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a case with PayPal because I did not receive the item. Seller provided tracking information so I went ahead and talked to XXXX about the non delivery issue and it turned out the package seller shipped did not have the correct shipping information which turned out it was delivered to completely different address and person. I talked to PayPal about this to appeal the case and they're not doing anything to help. I can't believe big company like this profits off hard working people like me without getting caught. I'm so disappointed.

Consumer Complaint: Hi CFPB Team My concern on my Paypal account that was on hold to permanently not using Paypal service and holding my small fund for 180 days I have register as Paypal user due to I want to start my freelance job in online. It wasn't easy to find one since I was employed but due to this pandemic I lost my job and decided to pursue searching for my next bread and butter online. Which most of them requires paypal for payment of service rendered. I thought it was going smoothly that I was willing to wait for the 21 days verification holding policy, since its first time to use account. But upon submission of the required documents they asked my account was limited and can no longer do business with Paypal. My first transaction was XX/XX/XXXX and another on the XXXX. I was waiting for the 21 holding period before I want to regularly continue working to earn and received payment on my payapl. Please help me on this concern.
