Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a PayPal customer with email address XXXX Last year, PayPal frozen my account and withheld my money which I received from the state and ruled that I will have access to my money after 180days due to high risks which I didn't understand about. PayPal is using same techniques to steal customers funds as thousands of people have Complaint about it too. PayPal told me that I would have my money on XX/XX/2021 through emailed last year when I raised a concern appealing to get the limitation removed. I have waited so Long and on XX/XX/2021 I got email from PayPal saying my funds were eligible for withdrawal. But when I want to link my debit card to withdraw it, PayPal says there is issue with my account and I should contact customer service. I have been PayPal contacting customer service to make adjustment for me to link my debit card to withdraw my funds since the previously linked debit cards are not active. But PayPal customer service representatives I have come in contact with are unprofessional and untrained as they always give a copy and paste response which doesn't even partain to the issue I raised. My only issue is that I want to be able to link my debit card so I can withdraw my funds. I want anybody attending to this Complaint to forward this to a specialist in the limitation department to resolve my issue and then to get in touch with CFPB, California Attorney General and XXXX that they have made the adjustment for me to add my debit card, and also I want PayPal to give me a call. I want to also suggest that the management of PayPal should retrain the customer support teams to handle customers Complaints effectively and not the hectic " copy and paste '' response everyone is complaining about which doesn't resolve any issue. Also if PayPal put customers account on limitation and ask the customer to wait for 180 days before having access to funds, PayPal should make sure that after 180 days, all features for the customer to withdraw his/her funds are made available so that the customer will withdraw his/her funds without having to contact the untrained support which doesn't exist. I have sent more than 50 emails and messages to PayPal without any solution and it's very sad other customers are going through the same process. After the 180 days, PayPal should enable all features for exit of funds to the customer. I need my issue resolved and I will never use PayPal again. I will attach the error message which I receive, a screenshot of email from PayPal saying my funds were eligible for withdrawal I need my issue resolved asap without any delay. I don't want a response that doesn't resolve my issue.

Consumer Complaint: My account was hacked and there was an unauthorized charge of {$480.00} on XX/XX/2019. I submitted a claim to Paypal that it was not me who authorized the transaction and someone had been accessing my account. After a few days they responded to me that they were not accepting my claim and that they would leave the negative balance on my account. Now I see in my credit report that XXXX Bank ( collection bank for PayPal ) has a charge off and is lowering my credit score. I went ahead and I paid that balance to avoid any more damage to my credit. But now I cant even buy a car at a low interest rate because of this account is still showing on my report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX there was a fraudulent charge of {$53.00} on my PayPal account. I filed a dispute and within hours they closed my case without giving me another chance. The so-called seller has no valid contact and obviously the item wasnt shipped. Also threw my investigation I found that not even XXXX can locate this seller to file a dispute. There are multiple names to the seller and no way to contact them. {$53.00} was taken without my permission and obviously a scammer is holding my money and PayPal absolutely would not help me and said that they already closed the case and there is nothing I can do. I can prove to you that whatever items said being sent were never sent it was just somebody taking my money. XXXX is one of the names and it can not be located anywhere. The other names are written in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I have a PayPal XXXX account for my company XXXX XXXX. During the year 2019, I was operating a PayPal account using my company 's email ( XXXX ) and tried to sell items that PayPal did not allow for the sale of in their acceptable items list. I was selling Vaporizers in accordance with Oklahoma law where I was selling them. PayPal 's brand risk department and I spoke through email correspondence and resolved the issue I removed all vaporizers from my store and stopped selling them. PayPal then fully reactivated my account, and I did not try to sell vaporizers anymore instead men 's clothing and electric bicycles were the products I decided to sell. During this past XXXX, I started using PayPal 's currency conversion tool that is in their Money tab to convert my USDs to Foreign XXXX Currencies ( I diversified spreading risk among multiple investments in foreign currency as my Finance Degree told me to ). I chose well, and my investments increased in value due to increases in exchange rates. PayPal then froze my account again and sighted my trying to sell vaporizers as the reason for the freeze. I have actually had really bad sales through PaPal and only had been using it to store small amounts of capital I was using for advertising payments to internet-based ad agencies in attempts to sell the men 's suits, and electric bicycles I had purchased wholesale from XXXX manufacturing plants.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I ordered tires for my car and I never received them. I filed a dispute on PayPal ( Case ID : XXXX ) and they denied my case because seller provided tracking number. The tracking number is XXXX. I checked with XXXX and they told me the tracking number wasn't addressed to me. Seller provided other person 's tracking number to manipulate the PayPal dispute. This seller is fraud and this needs to be addressed with law enforcement. XXXX tracking website shows item is 7 pounds. Tires should at least weigh 20 pounds. I can not believe PayPal is helping fraudster make money off of innocent people like this. I want my money back.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I purchased a Cricut maker with my PayPal XXXX XXXX card linked to my PayPal account for {$91.00}. What arrived in XXXX was a cheap pair of sunglasses. I tried to contact the company but their website was gone and their email bounced back. I contacted PayPal on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that this case would be resolved in 90 days. I was contacted in XXXX for clarification about whether I had spoken to the company who sold me this. I answered immediately. I was then told that the company had until XX/XX/XXXX to reply to PayPal. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted PayPal and after much discussion was promised that the money would be in my account by the end of the day. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX. They said the money would be in my account by XX/XX/XXXX. I called today and they say it will be there tomorrow. I want my {$91.00}.
