Consumer Complaint: Paypal wants to hold my funds for 6 months and that's just not acceptable. I'm a XXXX XXXX trying to make ends meet and this major corporation is holding my funds because of some type of misunderstanding. Paypal doesn't allow you to sell weight-loss products. XXXX XXXX does not sell weight-loss products. The words weight loss is not listed anywhere on our store or on even in our description. We sell XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have sent out all the products to customers who have order and paid through PayPal. I have sent out these products and now don't have access to the funds for 180 days! How does PayPal say they are in business to help small businesses and even small black-owned business but holding funds to stop them from doing business. All of my packages have tracking numbers, all of them have been delivered and 96 % of the customers have already left 5-star reviews. I'm just really annoyed with this whole thing. A simple solution is to allow me to collect my funds from the account to run my business and i will no longer do business on PayPal ... Ever again ... Im willing to keep fighting this until that happens because I refuse to let the doors of my business close due to this frustrating situation.

They have verified my identity and that my funds that were directly deposited were fine. I waited the 3weeks past their 180 lock out. Several phone calls were made and I was told that I would get an email to transfer my money would be sent in 72hours ... .got nothing I was informed to write to your company letting you know paypal is not doing their jobs professionally. my email address for paypal is XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Hello PayPal closed my two accounts for my personal and business due to their mistakes. I have not been able to get resolution to this issue. We first submitted our beneficial owners account for review as requested back in XXXX and due to a website glitch on their end, they did not recognize that we had submitted it even though we have messages confirming we submitted it. We then, were limited because they said we had not submitted beneficial owners information. We then used my AP paypal account to handle while PayPal tried to rectify the issue. They then closed that account for circumventing their restrictions. Even though we were told it was ok and was an issue on their end. Additionally, in XXXX they limited out account for review and we submitted all requested information and they had a multitude of issues verifying tracking. We then finally got a to a manager and realized that we were using freight companies that they could not verify our account. We got that resolved but they unilaterally held over XXXX for 4 weeks due to their mistake. We then had our account limited on Wednesday after finally getting the funds released last week and paying and ordering a lot of items. We think that any issues we have had were directly caused by Paypal and the damages are incredible. No one has been able to help and now they closed our accounts and are holding funds.
