Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owed paypal {$190.00}. I tried contacting them three times and was never able to get a phone call through nor an email response. I then got a second letter that showed the debt. The two emails associated with the debt are not mine nor emails I recognize whatsoever. I contacted PayPal support and they were able to confirm that none of my accounts owed any money. Looking around on the internet I found that many other PayPal users are getting the same fraudulent letters from the same company.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 I ordered some stuff off XXXX that never arived I went elsewhere to get it so I asked for my money back well it took them 2 weeks from the time I received the email saying XXXX issued the refund but paypal had no mention of it still trying to reach provider will email me with the decision then the money showed up along with my acount being locked up and for 3 days now I've called customer service and they say my funds are frozen for 180 days call the next day and then was told the can fix it it would take 1 hour and I can withdraw my funds well the hour never came so I called again to day and this time it's frozen 180 days I got upset with them then all the sudden he can fix it check my email it would take an hour and I'm sure you guessed it the clock passed 12 hours so I need some one to step In this is all cause somthing I had no control over its not much money but by me not having it when I needed it I'm in debt XXXX dollars cause paypal decided to steel my cash and it's not fair that they just do whatever they want and say you can't use paypal no more or have the funds that belong to you it's ours now and XXXX you and your bills let em stack up late fees
