Consumer Complaint: I have tried to resolve with merchant in regards to a reduction in XXXX from my balance from one day to the next with absolutely no transaction occurring or document. The end of the XX/XX/2021 shows a balance of XXXX In XX/XX/XXXX, the first transaction is a deposit via transfer from my sisters venmo account if XXXX, and does a balance after a XXXX, filters by another XXXX deposit, with XXXX result balance. From XX/XX/XXXX and the final transacting of XXXX leaving XXXX balance to the infatuated next transaction XXXX the balance result at XXXX, there is a disappearance of XXXX in the balance. After contacting venmo, the response was it was from transactions that occurred earlier. They were unable to provide the line items of any such transactions that if occurred XXXX, would have been documented but show no balance change as a result. There was absolutely no reported transactions that would account for the missing XXXX and the balance reported after each transacting for the 60 days prior had neve dropped below XXXX, so the money was present up to that day and didn't account for any transaction of XXXX they claimed occurred. Venmo has been unable to provide any proof or reason for the error nor record to correlate. And the refuse to correct. It's as if they took it and though ti wouldn't notice. They will not cooperate and I reported now to the consumer protection agency

Consumer Complaint: I was locked out of my PayPal account by an ex partner and PayPal knows this as they approved already some dispute claims I filed. But then I filed for another dispute that I noticed and I filed on XX/XX/XXXX and was denied over night by the morning they had reviewed my case, investigated and then proceeded to deny my claim and then close my account. I hardly believe that PayPal thoroughly investigated. In a few hours. I was my money back and a proper investigation. Dispute case : XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Sir I'm XXXX on XXXX. I have account on XXXX & I seen a swimming pool on sale for 72 hour at the first of summer XX/XX/XXXX and that Index pools and know that brand had one for years and needed another one cause my plumbing is not working. I got one to bathe. Never got the pool. Pay Pal gave them the money before I got the pool. Never received the pool I been with out .I Disputed it came back declined. Can you help me get my money back I waited 2 weeks never came. So XXXX and PayPal is not doing things right. Right is Right Wrong is Wrong Good is the only way to do. Consumer Complaint: My PayPal account associated with my email XXXX '' was limited on XX/XX/2021. At the time the account was frozen there was {$830.00} in the account. I was told repeatedly by PayPal that the money would be held for 180 days and as long as I did not have any chargebacks or cases opened against me, it would be refunded. PayPal even admitted on XX/XX/2021 in response to a case that I opened against them through the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( screenshot attached ) that The money belongs to you and that its being held in reserve to cover and disputes or reversals that may be filed against you. However, contrary to their repeated verbal and written promises, when the waiting period passed and I did not have any of these types of claims filed against me, they still kept my funds for damages they had incurred. ( screenshot attached ) It is my argument that PayPal did not suffer any monetary damages as a result of my use of this account and have no valid claim to this money. Furthermore, PayPal currently has suspended and put the same hold on another PayPal account that I have under the email XXXX in the amount of {$2700.00}. They told me the same, that my money would be released after 180 days and I am concerned that they again, will not keep to their verbal and written promises. This money is rightfully mine as PayPal stated. No claims are or have been opened against me by any other person or business that I did business with via PayPal. I am asking that the CFPB to help me in forcing PayPal to release my money from both accounts in the amounts of {$830.00} and {$2700.00}, for a total of {$3600.00}.

Consumer Complaint: I have been using PayPal for over 10 years and suddenly they are emailing me saying I can no longer do buisness with them and that I have violated their terms. In the email they sent they did not specify what terms I have violated as I use PayPal to recieve money through selling products on Stock X and I use it to pay some subscriptions such as XXXX and XXXX eats and sometimes to purchase products, nothing illegal or fraudulent. I do not use my PayPal for any thing other than those that I have stated and they have not explained to me the reason why they say I can not do buisness with them. Consumer Complaint: Today, XX/XX/2021, I received a debt collection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They say tgat PayPal Inc sent my account to collections and I owed {$860.00}. I was supposed to contact them within 30 days. Also, that PayPal was willing to accept partial payment of {$650.00}, paid to XXXX. Once this is paid, if I wanted to use PayPal again, I would have to pay the remaining balance. A few years back I used PayPal to make a purchase, but because I never used it I recently closed the account. I did not owe money because the PayPal account was attached to my bank account. I looked up this company 's address and it comes up as XXXX, NY, not XXXX as on the letter and it is a small little office. There are a ton of reviews attached to the XXXX search warning people not to pay, it was a scam. It is the weekend so I have not been able to call yet.
