XX/XX/2022 XXXX app-used couch He was on his way to new place with moving truck and wanted to pick up Emailed received with cashier check ( deposit money for the moving company ) Asked if I can deposit that and keep {$250.00} and send the rest using venmo. XX/XX/2022 I deposit the check. XX/XX/2022 It showed as if it was posted. XX/XX/2022 sent money to @ XXXX {$750.00}, @ XXXX {$500.00} XX/XX/2022 The cashiers check had been returned. I called XXXX Bank and asked what had happened. XXXX Bank told me it was an unauthorized check and I stopped the transaction. And also sent email to XXXX XX/XX/2022 I received an email from venmo that you guys already sent the money to them. XX/XX/2022 XXXX I called the support team spoke to XXXX and also received confirmation email. XX/XX/2022 also I evidence was also sent by e-mail to XXXX. XX/XX/2022 XXXX I received call from this number XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX ( collection dept ) I spoke to XXXX hung up on me and transferred to C/S dept XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX C/S dept spoke to XXXX XXXXAdvice to call different number XXXX But I got the same answer that Venmo couldn't solve it.

Consumer Complaint: Paypal permanently limited my BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Here 's what happened : Paypal asked me if I owned a PAYPAL PERSONAL ACCOUNT beside my PAYPAL BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I replied " YES ''. Then asked me If I already solved the problem regarding my personal account. I choose " No, because the document I sent is still under review and I have to wait for 5 days. For this reason, Paypal limited my BUSINESS ACCOUNT without waiting for the result of my other account. Paypal took 3 weeks to restore my PAYPAL PERSONAL ACCOUNT. So I think that it was a mistake on Paypal 's part not to wait for the results of my other account before they limit my BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Hoping for that kind consideration to remove the permanently limit on my BUSINESS ACCOUNT because I use it always on my online transactions and this is where my boss sends the money from my weekly work. Yesterday I got a text message on my phone ( XXXX XXXX saying that I sent a payment to XXXX XXXX from PayPal Amount:XXXX XXXX reference ID : XXXX if not me? XXXX to dispute. So I called, some XXXX answered and the put over to his supervisor XXXX XXXX another XXXX voice. He told me they would have to go to my PayPal account, but I have a hard time with computers and phones so he directed me to my XXXX XXXX account. He told me to touch them clock symbol so I did then to touch home symbol then the add cash then go to my profile then to my debit card. Then I xed out of that page and went to then touch the XXXX dots I did then punch in XXXX and hit add cash and to confirm it. I did this a number of times with different amounts XXXX. All those amounts failed except XXXX this money went to some person called XXXX XXXX. So that person has XXXX of my money. $ XXXX. Then I said wait a minute you just took my money, he kept saying that I would get it back. Now he tells me to go to XXXX, XXXX or anywhere that I could get a XXXX gift card from XXXX or XXXX, or XXXX. He said to purchase it and give him the numbers. I didn't do it cause I don't have that kind of money and don't want to lose another XXXX. I'm on XXXX retirement He said I would get it all back. I was thinking XXXX no. He kept saying it was for security reasons. Is all of this sounding liget to you. It doesn't to me. Please get my XXXX ASAP. This person sent me a E mail saying he works at Consumer Financial Protection Bereau.Said he's liget I still don't believe it. Consumer Complaint: Paypal won't let me withdrawal my money. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from PayPal stating that my account had been permanently limited and that I could no longer use PayPal. I had no idea why this would happen ; So I called them. It turns out they don't know either. I have emailed and called multiple times.
