Consumer Complaint: I sent a payment to a man named XXXX XXXX with PayPal. The pay again icon in my PayPal account was used. I paid XXXX XXXX a year ago for hosting a website. XXXX said he did not receive the payment and was about to take down my website so I paid him again. The second time I entered his email to pay and did not use the pay again icon. XXXX received the second payment. Upon trying to get the first payment refunded PayPal said I must ask XXXX to refund me because the transfer was personal and completed. XXXX said the email that was associated with the first payment was not his. PayPal 's database had used another XXXX XXXX email as recipient. Not the email I sent a payment last year. PayPal refuses to credit back the payment and the wrong person will not answer my emails or refund the payment.

I canceled all my reoccurring subscriptions as it told me, waited, and tried to cancel my account and it still won't let me. messaged the company multiple times and it said to wait and that they would message me back and they never did. So, finally, I tried again on a computer, and now it is saying I have to call them between XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX Eastern time M_F. But ( today is Tuesday ), when I call it says they are closed and their hours are XXXXXXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX Pacific time. I just want to close my account and it seems virtually impossible!

You be the Judge is this discrimation or NOT? This is not the first time this has happened either and it has happened at times when he was stuck in a bad sections of XXXX and was almost XXXX because of it. The last rejection for our loan which we have received many loans from Paypal and successfully paid them all back we did not receive a reason why we were rejected to the address on file here

After several weeks, the company contacted me and informed me that the problems had been resolved and that I could now use my account without reservation or any restriction. However, when I attempted to use my account and utilize the funds in my account that had been frozen since XXXX, 2022, I was informed that my account is restricted. I contacted their customer service and was again informed that my account is restricted. They are now demanding access to my bank accounts to verify my identity even though I had previously sent them my state ID on multiple occasions. This company has now refused and failed to allow me access to my money since XX/XX/2022. This is truly unacceptable and should be investigated.

As they state it is part of the handling and service charges!?!? But when I deal with an individual vendor they always apologize and refund the overcharged amount! So I am not sure whos to blame either the foreign company or PayPal!?

Consumer Complaint: I'm trying to link my PayPal account to my bank account, but there is a technical issue with that and I called more than 3 times CS and have been with them on the phone each time over an hour and they are just giving me hell and going in circles, their agents don't understand English and are very unhelpful and never call back while they disconnected the phone on me twice, they gave me an hard time to reach a Supervisor. After filing a complaint with the XXXX, I recieved phone calls form the presidents office, but they too gave me just the run around and they leave messages an sending emails, but there is officialy no way for inbound calls and they don't respond to emails send. Last week Friday after wasting again my time on the phone with a rep from their president 's office, the rep promised me that they will get this resolved latest by Monday, but nothing doing. No call no Followup. This Paypal is just a scam I've money with them from over a year and no way to withraw them.
