Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, We used Paypal as a payment processor on our website and suddenly after six months of using their service, they sent us an email on XX/XX/2022 stating that we can no longer do business with PayPal because we're in violation of PayPal 's Acceptable Use Policy. Also, they held our balance of over {$51000.00} for six months which caused our business many financial hardships. The money has been on hold for over 3 months and we can not wait any longer because we may lose our business.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, Good day! I would like to request PayPal to restore my account from being permanently limited with the help in your good office. This is unacceptable that my account was permanently banned for the reason of gambling, and other fraudulent activities. I have already confirmed my identity and I already sent out all the proof that they need. I am a freelancer and rendering service electronically. After creating the account, one customer sent a payment and the payment got hold. However, after several days, I received an email from paypal saying " You can no longer do business with paypal ( Ref - ID - XXXX ). The email says that I am violating Paypal User Agreement. I am not doing any malicious activity or transactions with my paypal account. I need you help to restore my account so that I can use it again on my business as it is one of the most convenient payment methods of my clients.

Consumer Complaint: I was sent {$50.00} on Venmo on XX/XX/XXXX by my spouse. My bank account had not yet been manually added to my Venmo account and in attempting to do so manually instead of using their instant verification spyware called XXXX which allows that company access to my bank account balance, they froze the account and called it suspended saying I violated terms of use. I did nothing of the sort. Thereafter Venmo account specialists on XX/XX/XXXX said I could only have access to my money and my account and have the access and ability to transfer my money to a bank if I provided BOTH a photo of my government issued photo ID and a selfie of me with my government issued ID. This is beyond invasive and ridiculously stupid to do. They are clearly not a secure, trustworthy company. They are holding my money hostage unless I comply and have given me no reason for freezing and suspending my Venmo account. I have not committed any violations of Use. I have been a PayPal ( their parent company ) user since 2001

I don't know what rule or section of their rule I had violated, so I ask them, then they just say that it is base in their confidential criteria.
