Consumer Complaint: Good day, I want to complain Paypal for permanently limiting my account last XX/XX/2022, I received an email from Paypal that I can no longer do business with them, that I violate Paypal 's Acceptable Use Policy. I tried to message Paypal and ask them what I did wrong with my Paypal account and they answer about the violation of Paypal 's Acceptable Use Policy. I ask them to explain to me thoroughly the problem of my account but they always answer that they can not fix my account if i already received an email that I'm permanently limited. Currently I'm using bank transfer to received money from my client across the globe and i'm having problem because of too much bank charge and it cuts my small income. I want my Paypal account to be restored because of its convenience to its users like me, but Paypal is too strict with their policy that most of its user account get limited. According to paypal I violated on their agreement specifically, on sales of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX certain XXXX XXXX or other products that present a risk to consumer safety. I did tell them that I did not use my account on XXXX XXXX But still they did not accept my reason. Please help me restore my account. Because I am using it on my business and I am having trouble on receiving money internationally because of what happened.

This was my first transaction and i'm not able to withdraw the money because it's on hold. I saw a message on the app that my account had been suspended. I contacted support, and they would not tell me why my account was suspended. They would not let me withdraw any of my money. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I received a suspicious email in regard to a paypal transaction. This is not the first time this has happened. I called Paypal to instruct them to close my account. They informed me that there had been restrictions put on my account due to suspected fraudulent activity. They relayed that the only way for me to lift the restriction so that they could close the account was to upload my driver 's license to their site, and allow them to confirm my bank account. I stated to the rep that they wanted me to upload and verify my personal information while someone was trying to hack my account- this does not make any sense. They placed the restriction, they should be able to lift it and close the account immediately. I was able to confirm every " verification code '' that they text to my personal phone, which was used to register the account. I have not used Paypal in the last four ( 4 ) years. I feel that their request for my personal information, when they confirmed someone was trying to hack my account, is unreasonable. I only want the account closed.

I just don't know why they have to do this kind of act, they suddenly banned my PayPal account, without me knowing what did I do wrong that violates their policies?
