I was never issuedmy provisional credit into my account ( XXXX and XXXX which is for XXXX XXXX XXXX both email addresses ) for Case ID XXXX This oddity where I can not see some things when I look through one email in the resolution center and I see different things in the SAME ACCOUNT to be fixed immediately. I suspect this is how they are fooling you into thinking that they have the right NOT TO GIVE ME A LOAN AS WELL. Because then all the invoices and money would be under one email address and not the other.

Consumer Complaint: Im having trouble with my paypal account saying : You can no longer do business with PayPal ( Ref ID - XXXX ) ( XX/XX/2021 ) Money the took ( XXXX ) When im busy packing my product which is ( Engine oil additive ) i receive an email from paypal saying. ( You can no longer do business with PayPal After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You'll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal. ) But im hoping for any specific details that why im a being permanent limited but there's no explanation and when i reached them in twitter they always said that my account was a potential risk but no specific reason and when they said that i need to wait my funds in ( 180 days ) But 2 days left before releasing my lock up funds they took all my money, theres no email or notification i get before they took my money, i noticed it when my paypal dashboard become XXXX. Im using paypal as my payment method because i thought it would be safe for my business and now my business has been stop operating because the money they took Please help me to resolve this problem XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX while working I got a notice money had been withdrawn from my checking account from a XXXX XXXX Ive never been to a XXXX XXXX or shopping there but it had been taken out with an atm. I locked my card immediately and disputed it but unfortunately they took two withdraws one of XXXX and another for XXXX. My bank denied the claim saying it was authorized because my pin was used but this was impossible because my card was with me in XXXX and no one but me had ever known my pin. I filed a police report they believed my card and pin was skimmed I provided paypal the case number and office name as it was being used nvestigated and would be able to provide camera footage of atm if paypal needed after speaking with 3 reps over the phone and escalating an appeal I got motivation again it has been denied again this was an automatic message generated with no real person to talk to besides general customer service agents over the phone that cant handled appeals

Consumer Complaint: PayPal is facilitating fraud. I am a recent victim of an online scam involving XXXX XXXX. The seller uses PayPal 's " purchase protection '' to give buyers confidence in moving forward with fraudulent transaction. They do this because they know how easy it is to XXXX PayPal 's purchase protection controls. The fraudulent seller simply submits an unrelated tracking number and PayPal closes the claim. I've already proven to PayPal, via an email from XXXX, that the seller is using an unrelated tracking number as " proof of shipment ''. They reopened the case after I provided the email, then the seller sent another fake proof of shipment and PayPal immediately closed my case again. Each time the fraudster provides a tracking number, the departing location and addressee are different. They use tracking numbers with the same destination city as my current address. PayPal does no due diligence in investigating fraud and is opening up all of their customers to potentially big financial losses.

I check my PayPal account and it show no outstanding balance. I contacted PayPal an confirm this. I believe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is phishing to get me to pay when I dont owe any money. I contacted the collection agency and they said they are going to close this inquiry and sent it back to PayPal fraud department. This whole scenario sound like possible fraud.

Consumer Complaint: My PayPal account was banned without any reason in XX/XX/2022. I received a notification saying that I will be able to withdraw my PayPal balance after 180 days. On the XXXX of XXXX I received an email from PayPal saying that my PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal. But when I tried to add my bank account, I got some error. Then I called PayPal support, but they were not able to help me and just told me to try again after a few days. It's been 3 months, but I'm still not able to add my bank account and withdraw my money. Every time I'm trying to add a bank I'm getting an error " This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account. '' And every time I contact PayPal support they just tell me to wait. I'm tired of this and just want to get my money back. Please check the issue with my account and allow me to add a bank account.
