Consumer Complaint: First of all, I had to disconnect my home phone because it was the only way to stop unwanted soliciting calls from Nationstar Mortgage. Seriously. I HAD TO DISCONNECT MY HOME PHONE BECAUSE OF THEM!!! They, Nationstar bought my mortgage from XXXX, of course without my consent, and since I had a home phone number on file, they started calling twice a day every day begging me to refinance the very same loan they just bought the way it is. I had to say I do not want to refinance the loan hundred times. I talked to manager, and to managers manager, and they keep promising the soliciting calls will stop but they did not till I disconnected the line. Thanks God I was smart enough never to give them my office number cause like I sad I had to disconnect the phone to get rid of them. That is the reason I will never call them from my cell or office line not to let them have the numbers. Now, they started making mistakes on my payments and charging " Other '' from my monthly payments. So I went to their web site to send them email and inquire about it but to my disbelief their web site is not working. Of course only if you want to send email, I guess to prevent customer complaints. And it is not working for many days now, since last week. I just ca n't believe this joke of company has a license to do this business in the States. They can not introduce new " Other '' charges to MY MONEY just because they want to. Right?

Consumer Complaint: After providing all the documents Nationstar Mortgage LLC asked for a few times over they told the company who helps to modify my loan that I am not qualified. They said if they were to qualify me my monthly payments would be over {$8000.00} a month! That means I have to make over {$24000.00} a month to be qualified. My payments before the hardship was less than {$4000.00} a month and I do n't know how do they calculate in order to come up with such a number. I called and they said the new loan is based on remaining years on the loan with fully amortized. I have heard that banks and servicers offer 40 years with low interest. The other problem is when I sent them my income and stuff they still think I do n't make enough money to qualify even for {$4000.00} I was paying before. I do n't think they have all the facts and are not applying correct numbers I sent to them. I still do n't have a final letter of denial in writing from them to me but just a note to the law firm who is representing me. I am wondering and scared they may go directly to foreclosure without giving me the chance to appeal and or send my income again because I am not sure their calculation of my monthly income and expenses are correct. This happened before when my loan was with XXXX XXXX XXXX and then went to XXXX and now at Nationstar. The other thing is all the assignments and transfer documents they presented to me were false and not signed by real people. I have sent them all the recorded documents but they still are trying to use the existing fraudulent and fabricated documents to foreclose on me. Nationstar filed a Notice of Default XX/XX/XXXX and Notice of Sale XX/XX/XXXX using fabricated documents. Someone by the name of XXXX XXXX as VP of their company and at the same day and time as VP of XXXX XXXX on same date and time!!! signed Substitution of Trustee and Assignment of Deed of Trust. My question is if you can be a Vice President for XXXX different company in XXXX different countries at the same time??? XXXX XXXX XXXX tried the same documents but failed and paid a penalty through Independent Foreclosure Review and now Nationstar wants to do the same thing again. I need your help to resolve this matter. Thanks

The same letter lists the information that the statute requires a 10 day notice before the first publication. As you can see, we 've only been given an 8 day notice before the first newspaper publication. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Mortgage company has filed a trustee sale against my property while a lawsuit against them is filed. For the past 2 years I have tried to reach an agreement and resolve our differences with this company, and one option was to modify the loan, and for about a year their employees kept losing the paperwork that was being submitted to them, I kept re-sending them the same papers 2 or 3 times and still they would deny the modification stating that I did n't submit all the requested documents. I got fed up hired a law firm, they filed a lawsuit against them, because this company uses Robo-Signers, this means they used a random name as the person who signed the assignment of the deed, the signer does n't even work for the company, but on the document that person is appearing as the vice president of the bank. They use forged signatures to foreclose on homes. During the lawsuit process, the staff from the law firm were finally able to reach the bank, and receive a modification to which bank was not willing to disclose the terms. They stated that I must pass a trial period, which means I have to make 3 payments for the amount they stated, after that they will provide the terms of the modification. I did make those trial payments, and after they sent me terms that were completely unacceptable. I made several attempts to reach them, in order to discuss the terms, prior to signing or agreeing to anything, I was not able to reach anyone. I left 4 messages within 15 days, and did not receive any call backs. I did however receive 3 calls from the bank, when I picked up it was a machine stating that I need to call the bank regarding default payments. I would call them right back, and again be transferred to a machine where again I had to leave a message, and no calls were returned. I even sent email to have someone call me back, even my attorney tried to get hold of someone and failed. Now a court date has been scheduled for XXXX XXXX, and bank decided to set up a trustee sale 3 days prior to the court date, for XXXX XXXX, while a lawsuit is still pending. I need to stop the trustee sale until the lawsuit is over. Bank is trying to foreclose on my house without any proper documentation, actually even worse, with forged documentation. I need this to be stopped.

Consumer Complaint: Loan modification documents were signed & XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and Nationstar has failed to report the HAMP Tier 2 loan modification to the Treasury as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. MHA ( Making Homes Affordable ) Escalation Team has been contacted. Nationstar continues to request extensions. As of today, it has been 7-months since signiture. They state they are unable to upload documents. I feel this could be in retaliation for reporting them to HUD for failure to accommodate a person with a XXXX. Nationstar is aware this is delaying the finalization of 2MP ( XXXX Lien Modification ) paperwork with another lender.
