Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of last year I moved out of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after living there for 2 years. I was consistent in paying on time every month. However in XX/XX/XXXX I received a move out balance of {$720.00} that I did not agree was owed. It included a late rent of {$200.00} dollars and I did n't even live there in the month of XXXX. I spoke to the property manager stating when I would bring In XX/XX/XXXX rent for those 5 or 6 days and she said ok. I left this apartment in the same condition as the apartment I moved into before I moved in the one left from and had not additonal charges for clean up of carpet or cleaning of stove. I requested the bill and pictures for the cleaning of the carpet and stove but never received. at the end of XX/XX/XXXX I lost my job and advised the property mananger that I would be will to pay but at the time was unemployed and was struggling paying the rent where I had recently moved. When I called back in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX when I became employed again, hoping to resolve, I was told they sent it to a collection agency and i 've been attempting to get it resolved since. They have not sent the verification of debt and the 3rd party collection company that they sent it to National Credit Systems no longer takes my calls or responds to my letters but they are the ones still reporting the debt to the credit bureaus but refuse to talk with me. They sent it to an attorneys office and I 've asked them to verify and they sent me documents for another person named XXXX XXXX that live in a totally different state.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX an ex-co worker texted me and ask if I was still looking for a house. I told her yes, so she said due to her divorce she was moved into an apartment, and leasing her house, but the property management company could not get a qualified person. Stated her friend a leasing agent she paid her XXXX to run the credit report see if it was okay and then would pass to the property management company because a lot of her friends losing money and not getting approved, so she brought me the application to fill I and I did and she called back about 3 days later said I owed an apartment complex from 7 years ago. I then advised okay no problem the 2 weeks after that she ask me by text again if I would co sign for her a XXXX XXXX XXXX and I told her no. Well 3 weeks later I got over 12 inquiries on my credit then 2 weeks a letter from XXXX XXXX welcome to the family on my new car purchase when I contact them they told me it was the same make model car she ask me to cosign I started texting her she never admitted it i then went to the dealership XXXX XXXX they would not talk to me so i filed a police report for Identity Theft. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX she was arrested driving the car because XXXX XXXX reported it stolen and XXXX XXXX after i sent the Fraud package to them with text messages from her name is XXXX XXXX they removed the car from my credit. She was also arrested on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for other charges a day before the apartments said her and her daughter moved in and was force to leave the property and also told me she did not show up for court, but they never notified me of any of this just sent me a bill after the eviction. After i Filed the police report i got an eviction bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I told them same thing never been to their apartments, never gave her permission to get an apartment in my name. They sent to collection agency National Credit Systems I asked the apartment manger for their corporate office address and phone number told me they did not have one. They never sent me a letter about someone living in the apartment under my name, never got a letter of eviction, never got letter to appear in court if i had i would have showed up in court. I got a bill for eviction fees. {$5000.00}. I sent the fraud package with the text messages between me and XXXX XXXX were she stated she used my information without my knowledge when i texted her ask why was i getting a bill for eviction from an apartment XXXX XXXX she corrected me on the name of the apartments XXXX XXXX and said i should not have received a bill from them because she paid XXXX to the justice of the peace so it would not show up on my credit. I sent national credit systems all the text messages the police report she used my ID to get this car without my permission the mug shots over 60 pages i sent them and they put it on my credit then sent me letter saying the apartments verified it is my debt based off what the manager and assistant manager stated which i think all 3 of them was working together for money, commission and to extort money from me. I am now fighting XXXX XXXX and i do n't have the time to continue to fight these apartments or this credit agency i did my part, and because they was hired to collect on a debt that is not my debt but debt occurred from my identity being stolen. Again the car has been picked up she was arrested and the car has come off my credit, but the credit bureaus wo n't remove the inquires with the same information i have submitted. Please assist me because i have worked extremely hard to fix my credit and when i start to get a step ahead doing this now this problem has pushed me back 3 steps

Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my recent credit scores, I noticed the following company has been reporting misleading information to the credit bureaus. I am distressed to see that the following company has continued to report misleading information on my credit report. I have disputed this account several times however this account to my surprise is returning to me verified and to my best knowledge this information could not possible be correct. I also took matters a step further, and decided to contact NCS by sending them a letter requesting they either properly validate the debt they are currently reporting, or removed this account from my credit report. I have never received a response from the company directly and they are still reporting the account which is a violation of the fair credit report act - due to the fact that the company refused to comply with validation from this account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), the creditor is required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see verifiable proof ( i.e. : an original consumer contract with my signature on it ) or this account removed as soon as possible from all reporting agencies whom may be furnishing it. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the account listed below.

Consumer Complaint: I have multiple issues with National Credit Systems , Inc. including, but not limited to : -I have received multiple requests for funds, without an explanation of why the amount is what it is. The collection bill is not itemized and does not reflect what I was actually paying while I was a resident of the collection agency 's client- Piney Point Apartments. So I 'm not sure where this arbitrary lump sum amount of {$950.00} is coming from. -I never once received notification directly from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying that I owed money or that they would be forwarding a balance to a collection agency. They have all of my personal information on file, so there 's no reason why I should n't have been notified before being sent to collections. -Neither XXXX XXXX XXXX nor National Credit Systems , Inc. have informed me when this collection balance became delinquent or when the statute of limitations will expire. -National Credit Systems , Inc. did not disclose that they would be sending the collection balance to my credit bureau immediately, without allowing for resolution first. -National Credit Systems , Inc. never once identified themselves nor did they have any identifying information about me or the specifics of my residency at XXXX XXXX , when contacting me. They also have failed to identify themselves either by name or by licensing number. -I 'm getting random collections calls from every state in America , which seems a little bit shady if this is supposedly a legitimate business based in XXXX , GA. -Legally, the apartment complex had to notify me before forwarding my personal information to a collection agency, which they failed to do. I never once received correspondence directly from XXXX XXXX.

To this day I have yet to recieve anything in written. It is my belief this company keeps stalling because they do not have any records. According to FCRA I have a right to ask for written verification of anything on my credit report that I believe is inaccurate. Their last response a few days ago was they were going to contact the credit bureau.They also asked me to send any information to help them verify the alledged debt. I do not have information.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint in ins regards to an apartment i previously lived in and the amount they are now saying I owe, which is absolutely incorrect. I rented an apartment from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. At the time I rented the apartment i was required to pay a security deposit of {$150.00}, a full month of rentin the amount of {$890.00} as well as the prorated rent amount for the remaining days in XXXX. I was told when I signed the lease the full month advance rent would be applied as payment for the last month 's rent provided I gave proper notice of intend to vacate. While living in this apartment I paid my rent every month by automatic draft from my bank account and was never late with my payments. In XX/XX/XXXX I provided written notice of my intent to vacate the apartment the end of XX/XX/XXXX and ended my automatic draft as I had already paid in advance upon move in the last months rent in full. My notice was given because I made numerous complaints about the the grounds and stairwells being extremely dirty and unsanitary, It was customary for other tenants to sit their garbage bags outside their doors for a week or more instead of taking the trash to the provided dumpster causing a horrible odor as well as maggots. Someone vomited all down 2 flights of stairs which was left for several months and never cleaned up as of the time i moved out. There were frequent late night noisy parties and drug use with the police showing up on a regular basis. After months and numerous complaints from many residents with children and families, the management continued to do nothing to address the noise or unsanitary practices so i gave written notice to move. Several months after I moved out, I began to receive emails and phone calls from a lady named XXXX XXXX stated i owed {$1500.00}. When I requested an itemized statement of the charges both on the phone and by email ( see attachments ) i was a move out summary of charges which i reviewed and highlighted numerous charges which I found questionable and emailed it back to XXXX with no repsonse. Several weeks later i received a voicemail from XXXX as if she had never spoken or emailed with me at all saying she has been trying to reach me for months and I was not returning her calls. I immediately emailed her ( see attachments ) to question why she left such a voicemail knowing she has been in contact with me and reminding her I was still expecting a response in regard to the disputed charges. She responded by sending me an attachment with the same information she had sent before but no additional explanation for the disputed charges. This same back and forth went on for several months and then she stopped responding at all. A few months after that, I received a call from a lady calling herself XXXX XXXX who stated she was collecting this debt for XXXX XXXX however this time the balance was {$1600.00} more than the balance XXXX XXXX originally stated I owed of {$1500.00} and the balance reported on my credit bureau is {$1600.00} which is again different and increase from the other 2 balances I was provided both verbally and in writing. I tried explaining the situation to XXXX XXXX who refused to listen and insisted that if I do n't pay her in full my credit would be ruined. I questioned why the balance was different and was told to stop trying to play games and pay what I owe. I again told her i was disputing the balance and the charges and I needed someone to explain why I was being charged ad {$250.00} pet deposit that was dated after i gave my notice to move out when I have no pet, or why I am being charged for carpet replacement due to pet damage from said non-existent pet, rental charges the washer and dryer for the month of XXXX when I moved out on XX/XX/XXXX, garage rent for XXXX when I moved out in XXXX when the garage was not part of the rental agreement or term but instead was a you pay for only the months you use agreement with no lease attached. Why am I being charged for water, sewer and trash for the month of XXXX when again I moved out in XX/XX/XXXX? There are an entire list of fraudulent and/or unfounded charges that make up this balance which I have from day 1 and continue to dispute and request an explanation. This even more inflated balance has now been reported to all 3 credit bureaus by the collection agency XXXX XXXX works for who promised to ruin my credit if I did n't pay up. This needs to be removed immediately and this case closed!!!

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I received a letter from National Credit System , Inc stating that the account with a balance of {$1300.00} is owed by me, I know of no such account and I owe no such amount. I 've tried to disputed the account with the collection agency to rectify this issue and they are still reporting this ridiculous information and damaging my credit on all 3 credit bureau. Apparently this is some sort of leasing agreement which I have no knowledge of or ever resided at. Along with that they sent me documents with a signature that is clearly not mine. This is not my dept and I will not be compelled and I refuse to send them any documents or identification.

The Credit Bureau has not updated the information and per the new law, National Credit Systems listed does not include this information and should be deleted from my report.
