Consumer Complaint: On X/X/17 I called National Credit Systems and spoke with a XXXX XXXX. I made payment of {$250.00} to close the account. On X/X/17 I received notification in the mail from National Credit Systems , Inc. dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX that NCS had been authorized to accept a payment of 50 % of the balance owed to close the account. This information was not provided to me by XXXX XXXX and she did not offer the 50 % reduction despite the offer being dated X/XX/17. I called XXXX on X/X/17 and spoke with XXXX, Collections Supervisor, asking that the a refund be issued for the difference. He declined the request.

Consumer Complaint: On multiple attempts dating back to XXXX of 2017 I have disputed an unverified account with National Credit Systems , Inc with client account number XXXX and XXXX account number XXXX. Each time this item was disputed with XXXX the collection agency responded with account verified. On or around XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX I called into National Credit Systems , Inc. and spoke with a rep that was unable to locate an account with my social but a similar account with the same or similar name/DOB. The representative would not provide me with any additional information although she gave a completely different name and an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, GA that I have never lived or been associated with. At that time the rep advised I dispute again with the credit bureau and stated that the account should not be reported on my credit bureau report. Well, on or around XX/XX/17 I received a letter from National Credit Systems , Inc addressed to XXXX XXXX ( not now or ever known by that name ) requesting I complete a Fraud Packet with that name. I declined to complete the form because the name associated with the account is n't mine and I was advised the packet needed to be completed by XXXX whom I do not know. After advising this information to the manager when I called in I was told thats what needed to be done for them to move forward with an investigation. As we all know, this means that National Credit Systems , Inc. have NOT verified or can not verify this account and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) if they fail to comply with this Federal Law. I demand the following account be verified or deleted immediately. As mentioned earlier, the name is incorrect, the social they have provided to the the credit bureaus does not belong to me ( which has caused and alias by the name XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX with a social ending in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I have only been issued one social and it does not end with either numbers mentioned and I have not been associated with any name mentioned.

I do not have a contract with this company also this company does not have an active license to collect debt in FL state. This debt has been placed on my credit report for the past five years and I have disputed it a numerous amount of times and have requested validation of debt from the credit bureaus to support the debt collectors defense and have never received it.

Consumer Complaint: I was victim of Identity Theft 3 times in the last 7 years. I have 3 separate police reports related to all of the items. There were mortgages, credit cards, loan, collections, tax liens and bankruptcies that were filed done without my personal. I have sent letters to all creditors as well as to local government to obtain original copies of all documentation. I will be sending the credit bureaus all of my supporting documentation and police reports. Please please removed and permanently delete these items from my credit report. This has RUINED my life for 7 years and I am desperately trying to get this resolved asap. This has stop me from getting apartments, jobs and everything. I need immediate help to once and for all resolve all of these issues. Please permanently remove all these items from my credit report immediately.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I have tried multiple times, with no success, to get validation of a debt being reported on my XXXX and XXXX reports. I have contacted XXXX, XXXX and National Credit Systems for validation, however, the only thing I continue to receive are updates to my disputes that the account has been verified and updated. I have yet to receive documentation, as requested from either party. I 've been trying for two months now with no success. I 've sent US Certified Mail to all three parties on multiple occasions. In addition to me trying to get these two accounts being reported by National Credit Systems deleted from my credit report, there has been a third account added to my report, with an open date of XX/XX/XXXX that was not on my report prior to XX/XX/XXXX. I am not sure why this account was added to my report. The account numbers are # XXXX in the amount of {$1900.00}, # XXXX in the amount of {$500.00} and the third account # XXXX in the amount of {$2400.00}, which is the total amount of the two previous accounts added together. National Credit Systems added a third account to my creditreport combining the two totals from the previous accounts and now, it is showing that I have three outstanding accounts with this company. Not only has XXXX, XXXX and National Credit Systems failed to provide me with written documentation as to the validity of this debt, they have also not provided me with documentation as to how they went about verifying the debt. I do not believe that the debt can be validated and am asking that all three negative entries be deleted from my credit reports immediately. Finally, I checked the North Carolina Department of Insurance website to see if National Credit Systems had the permits to collect on this debt and they do not.

Consumer Complaint: Original Creditor XXXX XXXX sold the debt for a studio lease to National Credit Systems after they changed management companies. National Credit Systems added three tradelines worth of debt on three credit bureaus without proof and incorrect amounts and account numbers. Only one discrepancy remains on Equifax and they 've refused to remove the last discrepancy because it 's due to expire in XX/XX/XXXX, the seven year mark, however it 's not fair and I 've been battling this for a long time over 3 years in credit repair. This is unjustifiable that three tradelines with inaccurate information were added to three credit bureaus and the only excuse they can provide is it 's due to expire in XX/XX/XXXX, I think I 've suffered enough injustice. Please look into this. Thanks.

I would like the following to be verified. *What the money you say I owe is for ; *Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe ; *Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe ; *Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable ; *Identify the original creditor ; *Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account ; *Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and *Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent. If National Credit Systems offices fail to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately.
