Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 {$260.00} {$260.00} Ive disputed this collection multiple times, yet it has not been deleted as well as being on my report twice. National Credit Systems has furnished inaccurate information to the credit bureaus, and the credit bureaus have furnished inaccurate information to my consumer report without thorough investigation or my consent. This collection is on my report twice, and is in-fact incorrect. This was a joint account, the application fee & administrative fee were PAID, we were denied due to a background check, yet they are saying we owe something for moving out before a term was up when that never even occurred!

Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving rude and threatening call from National Credit system regarding a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never signed certificate and no one at the apartment complex explained anything to when i signed me lease concerning a XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has refused to dispute this charge with XXXX XXXX and per Fair Credit Act they have to dispute if one is not agreeing with the bill. XXXX from National Credit System has called me multiple times after I have asked her not to call me but send everything in the mail. She refused to honor my order and this is not right. She has violated my rights and I will be filing a sue with XXXX County Courts for harassment after I've asked her not to contact me via phone after the very first rude call. XXXX, National Credit System representative has yelled and was very rude and stating I do owe it. These people are monsters and very rude. I wish Consumer Financial Protection will investigate and shut these monsters down. Also, XXXX stated they would put this account on my credit file. This is rude and disrespectful

Consumer Complaint: Nation Credit System is trying to collect debt for another company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC. it was put on my credit on XXXX XXXX for {$1400.00}. Lately they have been changing the amount from XXXX to XXXX. I even called to pay it off but I asked to send me a letter stating if I pay the full amount they would delete it. She refused to do it. She was very rude. If they was just trying to collect the money why is it a big deal to send a promise to delete letter?

Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I received a phone call from the debt collector in question on XX/XX/XXXX. I told the gentleman on the phone that I had no knowledge of the debt he was attempting to collect on and would be immediately disputing. He said he would be sending me all of the information on it and marking it as disputed. After discussing the above, i verified on my credit reporting app that no additional information was provided and actually discovered that the debt has originally been reported to all the agencies on XX/XX/XXXX. The debt collector proceeded to violate Section 809.a of the FDCPA by failing to provide me written notice, within five days of initial contact, of all necessary information regarding the debt. They also violated section 809.b by reporting the debts to the credit agencies without making contact with myself and eliminating the thirty day period to provide written notice of dispute. Thus eliminating my ability to properly dispute a debt as required BY LAW. They have also allowed the collection attempt to remain active on two of three credit bureaus after being notified of my dispute. Due to these violations and failure to provide adequate information, I have repeatedly requested the debt to be removed from my history because as far as I know this is a fraudulent debt collection attempt.

Consumer Complaint: Original Lease agreement executed by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX signed on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX property management company for a house located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX I, XXXX XXXX, purchased a surety bond for {$1000.00} in lieu of a security deposit with XXXX in my name only on XX/XX/XXXX. The bond value was {$5900.00} Prior to the lease renewal, I reached out to XXXX XXXX in repeated emails over the course of a least a month asking to be removed from the lease. All my emails were received and acknowledged. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a " Lease Amendment to Remove a Resident '' fully executed ( signed by XXXX XXXX as agent for the owner removing me from the lease as of XX/XX/XXXX and released from " further liability under the Rental Agreement ''. On XX/XX/XXXX I inquired by email with XXXX whether the bond could be transferred. I was told that it not only could NOT be transferred, but they were not issuing any more bonds due to Covid. I told them I was moving out and provided them with the documentation specifically the amendment to the lease to remove a tenant among other emails documenting my moving and cancelling. I also made sure in several emails that the bond was cancelled and was not to be renewed. Their response in an email was " the bond purchased in your " my name '' will no longer be valid once you move out ''. I then notified XXXX XXXX via emails that the bond was cancelled and that they no longer had a security deposit. In an email on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX, I said that I had " a surety bond in my name that I am cancelling so please do whatever inspections/replacement of the surety bond that needs to be done '' I reiterated that I had moved out and thus the bond would not be valid per JXXXX email. This email was acknowledged and replied to. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was copied on an email from the property manager XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX to the owner of the home that I had formerly leased. I believe I was accidentally copied on the email. In that email, XXXX XXXX clearly says " the recent lease signed only includes XXXX XXXX as a resident and no pets ''. I never received any notices from XXXX XXXX on anything about the house ( unpaid rent, damages or anything ) and never even thought about it until I received a notification from credit monitoring that there was a collection account added. Needless to say, I was shocked. XXXX XXXX clearly had all my contact info and never once reached out to me stating there was a problem. I have been told by XXXX XXXX ( the remaining tenant ), with whom I have very limited contact, that there was a XXXX balance due for rent when he vacated. He said he received pandemic public rent assistance from XXXX County paying the rent in arrears in full. He sent me a screenshot but I don't know anything more than what he said. XXXX XXXX collected on this bond erroneously and it has significantly and falsely affected my credit. I have been working on trying to resolve this for weeks now. I contacted the collection company who were rude and condescending and would not supply any documentation. I then contacted the surety bond company and they said it was not them, but the bond was paid out by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said they needed to confirm my information with the leading company. I asked them for documentation about the claim on me and they have not provided it and have ignored my emails going forward. I have not heard back from anyone. I contacted XXXX XXXX, the property management company and they have acknowledged my emails and responded that it would be sent to the appropriate department... ..have not heard back from them. I have disputed the collection with XXXX and XXXX and the results were that the claim against me was valid. I was not allowed to say more than a sentence in the dispute.
