Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX NCS, A collection company that Ive never received communications from added an account that they had recently closed after I disputed. Same amount and original creditor. I had already disputed at the beginning of XXXX when the collection first appeared on my credit, I sent them two certified letters to request validation from. No response. Again, I had received no initial dunning notice or anything in writing from them. Almost a month after I dispute, NCS adds {$1.00} to the accounts balance. I contact the consumer finance bureau to complain and after that, NCS closes the account. Just today i get notified on my credit reporting app that they have adding the same account that had been closed. Can they do this without having contacted me? I have not gotten any notice of the debt or my options. I have record of me trying to contact them and all of their updates they made before closing the original account. They have ignored my certified letters as of XX/XX/2021 I feel i have some right to the information of my alleged debt before paying it off, it says Im already late on a payment but I didnt set any arrangement with them considering weve never spoken.

Consumer Complaint: This account was placed on my credit report in XXXX. Since this alleged debt has been on my credit report, I have been homeless 3 times because I can not find adequate housing. Then when it is time to find another home its almost impossible. I have been denied form or passed over for at least 50 apartment homes in the past 6 years. I contacted the CRAs as well as National Credit System in XX/XX/XXXX. I was told the debt was investigated and came back as valid, although 15 usc 1681a ( e ) says to investigate any alleged debt, they would have needed to interview my friends and neighbors ( they did not ). On XX/XX/XXXX I sent National Credit System an affidavit of truth, they never rebutted or responded to the affidavit. I noticed that it was still on my credit report so on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a cease-and-desist letter, still not response or removal. I need help National Credit System is ruining my life!

Consumer Complaint: National credit system showed up on my credit report for {$6000.00} I was unfamiliar with the name so I got they contact off the internet and gave them a call and was told that it was a debit collector for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( old residence ) after I we was on the phone XX/XX/2021 I was told that I would receive something by email few days went by never received anything by email called the company multiple time and was told different things that another department was going to send it check my junk mail still nothing sent them proof that the back rent was paid they claimed they never received it few weeks later still nothing gave them a call again and asking for verification of the debit after requesting to speak to a manager the manager was rude which cause me to get rude still never received the documents sent a certified letter requesting them to respond with in 10 days with the documents I'm requesting ( XX/XX/2021 ) by mail since I was never receiving the emails they claim they have been sending gave them a call and was told that it could take up to 30days gave them a call and the same manager handle the call and broke down what was on the report and finally emailed me but refuse to give me anything supporting the claim that I had did damages to the property

Consumer Complaint: After taking a look at my credit report and seeing accounts that I did not recognize, ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I sent a validation letter requesting for documentation that shows I owe National Credit Systems for the accounts listed on my credit report or to have the items removed entirely from my credit report as it is inaccurate and untrue ( received XXXX ). Evidence concluding such was included in that validation letter. ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I received a response from National Credit Systems that said that I have not provided enough information to validate or correct their records when I thought it was me who requested validation from them. Included within that letter, they have provided me with a lease contract between a former landlord and I. No information or documentation that shows that I have done any business with them and it is listed inaccurately on both of my credit reports. When I have requested them to be removed from all credit reports within 30 days, and a copy of the deletion with 5 days of the change. The last updates to the accounts were XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive any notice of correction or deletion. National Credit Systems has not only failed to delete the invalid and unverifiable information from my account within the 30 days of complaint receipt ( XX/XX/XXXX ), but they also are continuing to submit information that they know to be incorrect.

I have never done business with National Credit Systems or XXXX XXXX ( Which is the original creditor listed on this false account listed on my credit file ) I am demanding that you remove this account from my credit report at once, it is absurd that your company would put something like this on my credit file without first making sure that it was indeed accurate. Consumer Complaint: I rented an apartment from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX GA. The original name of the compass XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. About 3-4 months after I moved in my spouse asked me if I wanted to move in with them. So I went to the leasing office and asked if I could turn the lease over to someone else. I was advised that I could. What I was not told was it would be a sublease. I was told I would be free and clear from the lease. Hence why I moved out. It would also make since as to why I was never notified that the person that took the lease over never paid rent while he lived in place of me. I signed paperwork under the impression I would be singing the lease over. What they actually had me sign was a new SECOND lease stating that the new tenant actually moved in with me the same time I did. So I am on a lease by myself and on a lease with the man that was supposed to take over. He was not a roommate and I never lived their. It was a one bedroom apartment. They also created a lease that was signed that had completely made up information on it. When I moved in I moved in alone and I paid the security deposit on my own. Im a XXXX veteran. I also have a XXXX XXXX. I have 48 address on my credit report because I have not been able to get an apartment on my own and I have had to rent out rooms from strangers and friends. Ive lost jobs because of this and it has ruined my life. National credit systems has not been helping either. I asked to be put on a payment plan if it could come down off my credit and they denied me. Im not working right now and Im homeless again. I dont have XXXX to give anyone. Can you please help me. Im trying so hard to get my credit back together.
