Consumer Complaint: It has been many months, can't remember exactly which date, I found out my credit was damaged in this spring, and realized there was {$810.00} non-payment rent ( it is the fee the landlord trying to charge for the cleaning, I had non-refundable deposit with them, so when I move out I didn't give the previous landlord my new address ). then, I asked my attorney friend to call the debt collector company in 3-way call, we told the debt collector that we didn't even see any bill or notice, and the debt collector told my attorney that they called me one time ( I can't remember or I might took it as scam ), my attorney told them that they have to send me a " 30 days notice letter '', they said they just give a call was how they do all the time. My attorney asked them to remove this and send me the '' 30 days notice '' letter, they refused, they requested me to pay first otherwise won't remove my record. then, I tried to dispute this with 3 Credit Bureaus many times, again and again, told them what happened, asked them to remove, but didn't work out.
