Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2021, i sent NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS , INC a letter about an alleged debt of XXXX that I don't owe.this is an inaccurate item and should be removed from my credit report. national credit systems , inc sent me a document in the mail claiming that i owe a debt on XX/XX/2021, i sent them a letter requesting the validity of the alleged debt of {$920.00}. they have violated my rights as a consumer. Pursuant to the FDCPA specifically 15 USC 1692g, it states ; Within 5 days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector SHALL unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing. ( 1 ) the amount of the debt ; ( 2 ) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed, ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within 30 days, after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed valid by the debt collector ; ( 4 ) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within 30 day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt and ( 5 ) a statement that, upon the consumer 's request within the 30 day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS has failed 3-5 and therefore, is in violation of the law. not only did they not include it in the initial communication, they failed to send it within 5 days.As you can see the date was XXXX and today is XXXXattached is the letter i sent to them about the alleged debt and i haven't heard from them as of yet.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call XX/XX/XXXX from NCS I answered and the gentlemen proceed with his lines. I explained that I did not have any idea what he was speaking of he got loud so I hung up. The person called back two more times back to back and left voice mails about the same thing. I called the company and asked to speak to a manager and was told that they did not have one they would have someone call me back. I contacted the company they spoke of XXXX that they said I had a balance with. It has been a year and a half and this debt was never sent to me and the company I contacted about the balance stated they must have started working the file. I left my forwarding address when I vacated the property if it was a balance they never sent me a bill in reference to the balance. I was informed when I called XX/XX/XXXX that they could send me a ledger with the information on it. My concern is that the collection company has poor business practices why would you call me at XXXX the first call and I spoke with you. This man proceeds to call back at XXXX and XXXX and leave a voice mail both times. Had XXXX told me of the balance in XXXX it would have been paid here it is XXXX and I get a collection call that is poor business practice on behalf of XXXX as well and apparently I was not the only person that NCS called per the person I spoke with at the XXXX. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I submitted a doesnt validation for validity of the debt, I received a letter from leasing a company not from the company that I sent the letter to. They failed to validate the debt that I had with that I entered a legally binding contract with company with my signature. In the US law encyclopedia, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Sections XXXX ; it says that one can not subrogate onto a contract that they were not originally on, did not have any interest to protect, and then claim successor in rights and interests. Thus, when an original credit sells the debt, they give up their rights to collect on the debt, BUT they do not give those same rights to the collection agency. The collection agency can not act as a substitute for the original creditor.

Consumer Complaint: Beginning Winter of XXXX after requesting my consumer report- I started a dispute THROUGH XXXX for National Credit Systems about INACCURATE information on my credit. This information was disputed through the other credit bureaus and was removed due to INACCURACIES and failure to provide proper proof from the creditor. I submitted written letters ( in which I have copies ) that have stated THIS IS NOT MY DEBT. XXXX claims to have done investigations ( which I counted to Dispute for almost a year ) ; this is false. I have requested for proof XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX Each month multiple times ( written form ). Just recently, XX/XX/XXXX, I came across an email for from the company in which I allegedly have a debt with ; with a EXTREME DIFFERENCE of what was reported which is still inaccurate. This LETTER IS FROM THE COMPANY AND READS FINAL BALANCE. I have done the work for XXXX. I submitted proof that could have been validated FROM THE EMAILS and signatures attached ( including contact info ). XXXX wont allow me to dispute this!!! They will not investigate and have not investigated. I provided documentation to support my argument and NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS HAVE NOT.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems repeatedly keeps adding and removing false debt from my personal credit. I have stated in numerous disputes and complaints that this debt doesn't belong to me and that they need to remove it. Instead they keep adding and removing the debt from my credit and not removing it permanently. They continue to violate the FCRA by not providing substantial evidence, like the original contract to support their claim. Please have this company to remove the inaccurate information from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I have had disputes with my landlord and their is a history of the landlord harassing me. This attempt at collection is another example of it. I have asked by phone and in writing for them to provide me a copy of the electric bill that they say I owe that shows usage and the dates the bill covers. They have failed to do so. I have also requested a copy of the lease that I signed that shows what they are basing the termination charges on, and so far they have failed to do that. They have reported this debt to the credit bureaues in an attempt to ruin my credit. I have been disputing this debt for two years by phone and in writing.
